I visiting Sona for my first time for a 40 minute sauna and cold plunge treatment. This was such a relaxing experience and think this is the only place in this city that offers a cold plunge with sauna experience. I will definitely be back!

I've tried all 3 services and each were fantastic!!! The Ballancer Pro was a perfect postpartum treat- what felt like a relaxing massage was also reducing cellulite and easing back pain. The Colon Hydrotherapy was also helpful to boost my metabolism and absorbing more nutrients. And the Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge was a nice activity to share with a friend and get that circulation going- a mini spa experience only 5 minutes away from home. I highly recommend Sona Wellness!

The colon hydrotherapy experience was waaay better than expected lol. Kelly made the experience easy actually (I'm a 1st time user of this type of service). No pain, no unpleasant smells, no awkward conversation and I felt great afterward. I will be doing this periodically for general health. Thanks Kelly!

We went for our first cold plunge/sauna. It was a really neat experience. The room was nicely set up with the sauna, cold plunge and a shower. Definitely recommend. We will be back

Tried the infra red sauna and cold plunge. What an amazing experience. Everyone should try it at least once. And it’s very affordable at only $25 for a 20 minute session. You can choose how long you spend in the sauna vs the cold plunge. Do what works for you. I’ll be back. Totally transforms your physical and mental state.

This was my first cold dip experience and um... Ya, it's really cold! Haha. The location is great. Private room with a lovely sauna and big cold tub and shower! It totally allowed me to work through my fear and build up my courage into actually getting my whole body into the cold tub! I'll be back! The colon therapy... Again, my first time and I was so nervous! Kelly was amazing. So patient and kind and reassuring. And she is such a wealth of knowledge! It was great hearing about all the amazing health benefits to someone who is new to this whole world of services available! I felt like a whole new person when I left!

Such a great healing space. Kelly is wonderful. She explains everything she is doing and makes you feel comfortable. We have traveled from Kamloops to see her and will continue to!
