Normally I expect to be ignored in “regular” sized shops, but not Pennington’s! I was in there for a good 10 minutes and not ONE employee even said hello. There was one other customer in the store, at the cash register. I walked around with a pair of pants and a shirt; I felt so unwelcome that I just left. I doubt I’ll ever return to this location.

Went shopping for the great after Christmas specials with my sister Kim. We were there for a long time while we both tried on loads of clothes, accessories and even new wide width footwear. The staff is always friendly, attentive and courteous. I always love to go for new underwear every Christmas season when the specials are on. I found numerous lovely items and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. There are always plenty of change rooms which are really large with seating. There is also a large spotlessly clean washroom for everyone to use. So if you want a really pleasant shopping trip come and try this beautiful store out. It offers clothes for some of us more well rounded people with high fashions and fair prices. Serves right up to 5X. Thank you again Pennington’s for a great shopping trip and for your fabulous work of providing for us larger ladies of Canada. Amen.

My wife got an amazing winter coat at a great price.

Good place to find clothes but wish they could honour the work a customer does before entering a store. I found a few deals but walked away because the deals changed overnight. US customer Service representatives are really good that way to honour prices, miss shopping there when I experience such situations.

Me and my friend had the BEST experience shopping at this Pennington location all thanks to Diane and her outstanding customer service and friendly attitude. She was always keeping up with me in the fitting rooms with sizing and helping me choose pieces that worked best for me. Can’t wait to come back!

Great service at this location. We came in yesterday looking for something specific and the woman working was extremely helpful, helped us find what we were looking for and made good suggestions for alternatives when something wasn't available. She was also extremely friendly. Overall great experience.
