I lived at the Yaletown 939 back in 2010-2011, and came back in 2014 because we loved it so much! Just a really lovely place to call home: friendly and attentive building manager and staff, clean and well maintained, helpful security/concierge staff, awesome gym facility and hot tub, convenient and central location. This review sounds a little over enthusiastic, I know, but as a long-term renter living all over Canada, I've experienced the good and the bad, and the 939 is the best place I've ever lived. I know that living downtown can be expensive and tricky to find a good spot, but the 939 is an excellent place to put some roots down if you work in the area, or want to live downtown. P.S. Having a fountain in your lobby is so rock star.

Beautiful views and nice modern appartments. Prices are ok for the city. Great location in the middle of the downtown area.

I had the pleasure of living in this beautiful boutique building in Yaletown for a year. The management team is truly professional and easy to deal with. The care that the staff put in really shows through the building’s cleanliness and their smiles. If you ever had any problems, you knew that someone would deal with it as soon as they can. Things I enjoyed about the building/my unit: - newly renovated gym - quiet outdoor bbq area - nice views of BC Place, False Creek - QuadReal connect mobile app for payments, service requests, community bulletin, etc.

Quite possibly the best management I’ve ever dealt with during an apartment rental. All the staff, caretakers and security were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Lived here for about a year and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

Stayed here for a year ish. Overall I think it's a very solid apt in the area. The good - location is unrivaled. Arguably it's biggest selling point. Very walkable / bikable. ~10 min walk to Yaletown / Chinatown skytrain stations, multiple bus stops nearby, ~5 to Robson St / VPL, ~15 to DT / waterfront. You have immediate access to a wide variety of shops, eateries, etc. There's also Costco / T&T nearby, BC place for shows, running / biking trails by the water if you are active...the list is endless. - staff does care and responsive to maintenance requests. Building is well maintained. - apt unit is well equipped. In-suite washer and dryer. Also they offer nice amenities in the building. - application process is very smooth. Very newcomer-friendly as they don't require a credit record. They also give virtual tours. The not-so-good - during my stay one of the elevators were always down (presumably) for repairs so we were left with 2 most of the time. Even worse sometimes at night the security ppl would shut down all elevators (to save power?) Happened to me a couple of times. If you came home from outside they would turn one on just for you but if you wanted to go out then your only option would be using the stairs. I hope the elevator situation is fully resolved by now! - had minor pest issues during my stay. Ran into silverfish / clothes moths. Guess it had to do with the building - rent is quite steep but I guess can't expect much from Vancouver!

We stayed here for 16 months, the whole experience was great. The building was calm without any major issue. The management were super helpful & maintenance was unique. They did what they could to be friendly & supportive. Never had a problem with elevator which I know could be a hassle in downtown buildings. Common areas were clean & cozy. Neighbors were nice. During spring & summer you could enjoy the yard & the BBQ area with friends and family. It was a great place to call it home. We were lucky to have this place as our first home in canada/ vancouver

The building and amenities are well-maintained . The administration, staff and security are top notch. Great gym, fast elevators and generally quiet neighbors. Overall positive experience.

Fantastic experience with QuadReal. The Community Managers in the office were amazing with all questions and logistics with moving in. All requests have been handled very quickly as well. The building is quiet and clean. Greta location in Yaletown!

Excellent place to rent. The building and townhouse was well-maintained and any requests (for repair or maintenance) were promptly fulfilled. Excellent management team who really made the experience enjoyable.

I had an astounding experience when I lived in Yaletown 939. The Managers and Security were super helpful and committed. The building itself was always taken care of and amazingly clean. I just want to say so many thanks to all the people that work there!
