i booked an appointment here for an ultrasound and it was amazing. they were quick to get me into a room, and my ultrasound technician, Chelsea, explained everything amazingly and made me feel super comfortable. i also had an x-ray on my requisition, and she made sure to let me do that as well! highly recommend!

I came for my appointment yesterday and I must say the service was amazing. The lady who helped me listened to my concernes about the tests I was getting and made sure I was at ease with everything. Then as I was about to sit down they called me and I was taken back with the tech. All in all things were fast and quick. I will be back again.

Amazing location and amazing stuff. That's how I believe any health services should work. Great front desk ladies helped us get our referral which wasn't sent from my family doctor even they spent lots of time on the phone. Really appreciate their help as well as technicians nice attitude which makes any examination way more better. Thank you.

Fast and efficient. Minimum wait for mammogram and ultrasound. Results were available about 2 hours later on MyHealth. Please note that they don’t give mammogram results on the spot (there is a note in the change room mentioning this). Quick tip: don’t hesitate to call multiple times to get an earlier appointment. They get multiple cancellations every day and I went from a 8-week wait to just 4 days in 24 hours!

Receptionist was a little cold but I got in at 12:31 for my 12:30 appointment and my technician was amazing. Easy, natural conversation and professional. Results available online within a couple hours.

I would like to say that my experience at Mayfair diagnostics was amazing. Thank you too Nusrat, she went up and above to help me in my appointments. Although went this location first time but felt great. A welcoming front desk staff to both technicians gave amazing services. Mostly, I do not write google reviews but decided to do due to great customer service at Coventry Hills Mayfair. Besides other imaging clinics, I always prefer Mayfair as technicians, Radiologists and other staff do their job carefully.

The whole staff was amazing! From the receptionist (who was so kind when I realized I had forgotten my req), to the techs who performed the tests. They always let me know what was happening and what the next steps were. Wonderful experience (especially for tests that can be a bit uncomfortable!)

I just love how close this is to my place. Very clean and friendly staff. The receptionist was very accommodating and knows what she was doing. I unfortunately forgot her name but it starts with a letter "R" I also want to say that the technicians were very nice and gentle during my ultrasound.

I arrived 15 minutes early as they had requested. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. I only sat down for a couple minutes when the technician called my name. She was cheerful and polite and had me gowned and in the mammogram room in just a couple minutes. The procedures were quick and no fuss. I was finished and driving away before my actual appointment time. The facility was clean and organized. I would definitely prefer to go back here if other procedures are necessary.
