Visited first time with my wife, and was really pleased… food was great and so was the service… will surely return!

I got the 3 course meal - comes with a starter soup or salad, appetizer, and meal for 19.99 which isn't bad! I got lobster bisque for the soup which was good, then coconut shrimp for my appetizer (delicious with the sauce it comes with), and shrimp linguini. This meal along with the delicious cheesy garlic buns are so filling that I took the majority of the main course home to enjoy tomorrow!

Very enjoyable spot to eat. Nice atmosphere with amazing service. Try the cheesecake it is a must. I had steak and didn't need to add salt or pepper. Beautifully cut and cooked. Company had seafood which they claim was amazing as well

It's always a pleasure to go to Red Lobster. The food is fantastic and the biscuits are amazing. Only con, the inside if the restaurant is dated a bit. Which is ok for me by doesn't look fresh and inviting for some.

++⭐️'s Anniversary dinner tonight. Minimal wait to be seated. While waiting there was entertainmet.. two lobsters in live Tank were fighting..lol! Seated in Nice quiet corner area. Within in few mins our waitress "Tali " arrived, smiling & bubbly! Knew this was going to be fun enjoyable expérience. Took our orders, adding personal touchés about menu, sharing à laugh & returning making sure everything was to our liking. Our food was delishious! Tiny bit leftover for tomorrow too. The icing on the cake when Yali brought us à sundae for two for our celebration...omg so cute!! Loved it! Finally I hope Red Lobster realizes the gem Tali is 😊 She definitely loves her job! Having her as our waitress sure was cherry on the sundae 🍒 C.j.

Food is fresh but fairly salty to me. I took out my order and used their restroom. The atmosphere is excellent and restroom is sanitized after every customer use. Service is above average

The food was ready quickly and cooked very well. There was a hiccup with their lineup/calling service as out phone number was dropped and we were not notified of our table. But the restaurant staff was very kind and gave us free desserts for that mistake. Red Lobster's signature biscuits are amazing, soft, crumbly, fresh and warm. The main dishes were served perfectly cooked and in good portion sizes. The drinks were also good especially the peach smoothie. My only complaint was the ceasar salad, it was too saucy/salty and had no crunch, seemed to have been mixed with the sauce at least 10 mins before being served. It would have been perfect of it were served with the sauce on the side as then it wouldn't wilt and the customer could adjust the sauce level. Other then that a perfect meal :) Thank you Red Lobster!

We always have a great experience here. It's expensive so we only go occasionally for a treat. The steaks are so good and cooked perfectly 👌. Shrimps are always fresh! And the lobster mashed potatoes are drool worthy. We had a small mix up with our order, but it was fixed so quick and easy! Our server (I think his name was Manuel) was so attentive and friendly. Can't wait for our next dinner here!

Staff are exceptionally friendly and there are even display boards to play games, browse menu, and make payments with!

I went for lunch today and the wait staff was fantastic. I was served by Cissy, who went above and beyond with the customer service. It definitely did not go unnoticed, and was much appreciated. Also, the food was delicious. 👍🏻

Amazing food. Was not able to be seated immediately and but they do have a waiting area as well as a bar area to wait in. Staff was fast and friendly with a strawberry beverage. Was smooth and cold. Works amazing on a hot day. Tasted great 7.5 out of 10. Bar tender worked steadly cleaning and polishing glasses as well as restocking beverages. Used her time effectively while mantain costumers. When our server was ready to seat us she offered us a 2 person boot. But, stated they didn't have room and could try to be seated. But, offer a booth when people stood up to exit. Noting the large booths have room for larger people. The wait was not that long at all. The menu is a bit pricey so I went with the Endless Shrimp deal for $25. Garlic shrimp 9.5 Shrimp Alfrado 7.5 and cocanut shrimp 8. Cold slaw 7. All around great experience the complimentary biskets 8. Will return again. The bright note is the historical pictures of Kingston in the bar area.

Excellent service and good food

The service here is very good. They are always bringing more of those tasty cheese buns. The seafood is good quality and hasn't let me down yet. Have always wanted to try one of the fresh live lobsters they have in a tank but haven't yet. Maybe next time. Recommend if you are in the mood for some seafood.

Soggy greasy food with too much salt added... They don't know very much about preparing food, to get fish and chips wrong... That and a tired decor added.

With mandates for masks now off the table, it was nice to dine out in public once again. Service was extraordinary, servers were so polite and went above and beyond to assure a pleasurable dining experience. The food was delicious. It arrived hot and at the perfect pace. Will definitely be back to dine in again!

Enjoyed the crispy thai shrimp, incredibly delicious! Large potion - enough to fill me up while also taking a sizeable amount home! Social distancing in the restaurant was fantastic, tables are super spaced out. The complimentary biscuits were fantastic too. Overall great experience, would recommend 👍

Coming here with my mom over the years has always been a treat to us. The service has been wonderful and the food is always on par. I used to work at the Kingston location before I took another position somewhere else and loved working at RL. Everyone was so nice and showed support to me. My husband, myself and my mother are moving to Ottawa so last Friday my mom and I had lunch. It was so good and yummy. Our server Tali was and always has been super nice to us both over the years and as a going away present she bought us a going away card and bought my dessert (chocolate wave) We will miss Red Lobster in Kingston but will definitely make a plan to stop by when we are back in Kingston.

The service was wonderful food was great good times. Went back again December 31 2021 server was awesome could’ve been the same women because she did look familiar, but everything was really good food was a little salty this time but overall very good, and they had a new coffee drink that’s a tall one in the picture it was pretty awesome.

First time trying lobster and scallops, and it was a good experience. The waiters came off as a bit rude, but no big deal as the food made up for that. Loved the seafood platter I got. Scallops were delicious. Coconut shrimp was good too.

Right from entry to this restaurant, they greet you with a smile. Service was excellent, they knew the menu and could answer any questions we had. The biscuits were fresh and hot right out of the oven. Our entres were delicious, the steak cooked to perfection and the lobster, salmon and shrimp were scrumptious! There was plenty of food (had to get a take out box so we could leave room to split a dessert)! We were not disappointed and will be returning to Kingston and this restaurant!

We made the reservation a few days in advance for our anniversary and when we showed up, despite being seated at our table, we didn't get any service for 30 minutes. Nobody came to our table to greet us and take our orders, although other people who came after us were getting served and brought their food. They didn't even bring us water. It's a shame because last time we had a decent experience here.

Red lobster is ALWAYS busy. So make sure to call ahead. Great food and service.

Ate at Red Lobster Kingston on Christmas Eve an hour before they closed and was greeted by friendly staff welcoming us in. Meredith, our service was excellent. She provided us with one of the best services I received at a restaurant in a while. Was she charming, hard working and was great at her job. Thank you Meredith!

We had the dinner for 2 today at Red Lobster, Kingston and were very surprised that you got 2 lobster tails but only 5 each of Walt’s favorite, 5 scallops and 5 garlic shrimp for $60. This used to be $46 and you got 6 not 5. Not right!! Our server Michelle was excellent and food delicious but not happy with the amount of food for the price. Dorothy

Everything was perfect. My salmon was moist and not dry and the rest were tasty. Gotta love them biscuits! Our order didn't take long. Will be going back there again

I am so happy with this restaurant. The food was amazing as always at Red Lobster, the lobster mashed potatoes was incredible. But it was the service that really blew us away. We came on our anniversary and our waitress was unbelievably nice to us. Always right there when we needed something, happy as the day is long. If you are in Kingston, please I beg you, come here. You will not be disappointed, and if you're able to get the waitress initials A.C. you will have the time of you life. P.s. try the lobster mashed potatoes, they are the most delicious thing I've ever eaten.

Mussel dish was not good at all and the rice was undercooked by probably 10minutes. Other than that, everything was good. They were 15minutes late for curbside pickup apparently because we were in a to go parking lot. We were the only red car so I'm not sure why that makes sense.

Perhaps give some thought to replacing the worn out cubicle seats while it could be done without disrupting crowds. Other than that, great as always.

Pretty good food, and the staff was super friendly. The lobster was a little overdone but not too bad. Marty's (I think) Shrimp was delicious. Staff was awesome, good was about an 8/10. Atmosphere was a bit odd but at this time with COVID policies I don't blame them.

It was our first visit to the Kingston location. A friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was A1. Also, noticed that all the COVID precautionary measures were well handled.

Great meal! Suggestions from waitress were excellent. Food came out very fast. Portion size was ample. Everything was very clean and social distancing practices were followed.

Last night was my first time ever having Red Lobster. I ordered mushroom caps, mozzarella sticks, and two orders of fish and chips. I only live five minutes away. Honestly I would not recommend ordering takeout. The mushroom caps were like a bed of cheese dried up on top of six mushrooms. The Fish was so small and the fries were like they were left over from the day before. The only thing worth eating more than mozzarella sticks. I even tried using my air fryer to reheat the fries. I still couldn’t eat them. The only thing worth eating with the mozzarella sticks. Thank God it was a gift card and I didn’t have to use my own money. I’m sure eating in would be much better than having takeout.
