Overall, it was fine. The location was okay, not ideal for those walking in the area, but if you have a car rental it would be perfect. They had lots of snacks and drinks in the room, for purchase, and they were quite up-priced. Even the 50¢ water bottles were $3.50 - when we asked the price for the cheap bottles of water, a staff member they brought us some free ones because they agreed the price was a lot. The breakfast was okay, only hot food at 9am was scrambled eggs.

We will definitely be returning when we need to travel on business again. The king suite was absolutely worth the minor fee to upgrade! Breakfast was a generous spread of scrambled eggs, multiple different breads and a good selection of bagels to toast. There was also many choices of spreads (jam, peanut butter, cheese spreads, and even cream cheese)... waffles, fruit bowls and cereals.

A nice stay, though there are some improvements needed: we didn't have our room serviced for a 3-night stay; a shelf had been removed underneath bathroom sink and the wall had not been repainted. That also meant that the hairdryer was very hard to find (it was above the room safe).

Impressive hotel and stuff, beautiful and large rooms. Breakfast has plenty of options. We enjoyed a lot for sure. There is no indoor pool, if you mind.

We walked into a room smelling damp. Once we walked in we saw ton of hair on bathroom floor and the bath tub had black moldy looking stuff all over it. Next, the bed sheets had dark curly hair all over the blanket as well as the sheets underneath the duvet. When we asked for a housekeeper, we were told that there was noone on site and we were given sheets so that we can change our own beds. Plus we found a bug on the bed as well. DO NOT STAY.

The best hotel ever the room was very spacious and clean . The most comfortable bed and pillows . The service was remarkable from the.staff . And last but not least the complimentary breakfast was the best. . I cannot wait for my next trip to Laval .

This hotel was beautiful! The most wonderful comfy beds in a beautiful cozy room with a fireplace, and a lovely breakfast the next morning. We also walked back from Place Bell after a concert, so that was very convenient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Unethical worst service by the hotel, i checked in afrer 11pm, until now time is 12:53am, i complaint many times that air-conditioning is not working. WORST RESPONSE STATING THAT NO MAINTENANCE AFTER 9PM... SHOULD I SLEEP IN HOT WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONER, AFTER PAYING A HUGE MONEY AS RENT

Front desk was very polite and showed respect. The room was nicely laid out and didn't feel like the typical run of the mill hotel vibe.

I was there for just one night with my son. I did have the opportunity to try the breakfast, but the room was very clean with a decent size and the bed very comfortable. We had a very good night sleep. Will definitely come back for a lo ger stay

The rooms were great! Clean with all the amenities. We were there for an appointment and wouldn’t have thought of booking there otherwise. Now that I know of it, I would go back. All was great! Wish I could have enjoy it more!

What can I say, when you like the hotel for everything they offer. Top class facilities, Friendly staff, amazing ambience. Spacious rooms, cozy beds. Picture perfect hotel. I highly recommend it !

I was stunned that such architecture exists in the hotel sector. The front desk was very welcoming and friendly - I believe he was Morrocain. Once I got to the room, it was clean and ready with all what a room should have. The breakfast was pleasant and the kids liked the variety of cornflakes and eggs, truly wonderful. Two incidents I'd like to report, one the balcony situation could have made my morning coffee much more pleasant. The cleaning lady in the first morning told me since I am working in the room on my laptop, she cannot renew or change the bedsheets unless I leave the room. Yes

We are a party of 4 and had visited this amazing Hotel this weekend for a wedding. Antoine ( hope I spelt it right) was a very pleasant young man, very courteous helpful. The hotel was absolutely fantastic, great ambience and decor, clean and a good breakfast. It was very centrally located with many options for shopping and restaurants to choose from.

Great hotel, very impressed with the room, it's location to Bell Place, and the breakfast. Maids are prompt in the morning so leave the sign out 'do not disturb' if you are there to relax in the morning. Would definitely be back next time I'm going to a late show at the Bell Place.

The hotel was ok….definitely not 4 star. Honestly the Hilton was better. The breakfast was great. I accidentally left a package there and called the same day they told me they cannot do anything and I had to call at 3am then when I questioned the time to call she said 7am to 3pm…the next day. It took 20 hours for them to get back to me to tell me they didn’t find it…I knew exactly where it was. They need customer service training.

Not a bad place. The amenities are limited, but a clean hotel. The hot water in shower is VERY hot. Do not underestimate. I noticed they had a charging station for an electric car. Overall, solid property.

It was fine. Note that having a car would have been better as it is a 20 min walk (on busy roads) from the nearest metro station. No free water - everything was $$. Breakfast was basic and tasty. No complaints but nothing that blew me away.

From the time we arrived to the time we left you could not have asked for a better team. In a time where finding exceptional service is hard to find there was no shortage of exceptional service at Le St. Martin Laval. The hotel itself is well set up and a great place to stay. Would recommend anyone staying in Laval book Le St-Martin Laval!!

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it. Impressive hotel and stuff, beautiful and large rooms. Breakfast has plenty of options. We enjoyed a lot for sure. There is no indoor pool, if you mind.

Great staff, they are friendly and ready to help. Nice hotel but with Covid many things are closed- not there fault. I would stay again.

Gorgeous place, clean rooms but took a star off as the staff were never at the front desk. I had to wait Everytime I had to go to the front desk. They lock the doors at night and I had to buzz several times for someone to unlock the door for me.

Pretty enough hotel. Needs some upgrades for example please fix the leak in the shower Staff havent been rude but seem icy and annoyed always. We have stayed here a few times. Probably won’t return though.

Instead of Complimentary Gourmet European style Breakfast we received indivitual bag with,1 apple,1 Croissant and small Single-Serve Peanut Butter & Jam Tubs. It delivered to our room by hotel staff. The the hotel located right across the street from a car dealership with strong out door lights ,I had difficulty to sleep because of that.

Great hotel! Well situated in Laval, there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. It was not too difficult to find, and we loved our room.

The hotel itself was beautiful, but I wasn’t impressed with the service. This is far from being a 4 star hotel! I would say 3 just because it’s pretty, but I have been to other 4 star hotels and the quality is vastly different. The room at Le St-Martin is very small. Every time I called reception to ask a question the staff sounded annoyed. I mean if you don’t want me asking questions maybe a booklet in the room with information about the hotel would be helpful i.e where is the pool located, the hours it is open (especially during covid) with other amenities. FYI on the website there’s a jacuzzi as an amenity, but when I asked they said it had been destroyed a couple years ago -.- the worst part was the breakfast, I was extremely annoyed it came in a brown paper bag with a yogurt, a juice box (as if we’re children), croissant and an apple. It looked like my mother had packed me breakfast for a school trip. It honestly felt like robbery. They can’t even say it’s because of the pandemic, I was at a hotel in Ontario, where restrictions are still in stage 1, last week and I had a full breakfast on a platter brought to my bedroom. This hotel is highway robbery. The property is beautiful but owners need to ensure the rest of their guests’ experiences reflect that otherwise they will lose customers. Definitely not coming back here.
