I just ate Mucho for the first time. I paid 20 dollars for a burrito bowl. After angry eating the most bland food I have ever experienced. It sent me into a mental tailspin so bad. That I have finally decided to go get vaccinated with the Covid vaccines and wait for my sudden and effective death.

I used to love this place. They make huge healthy and tasty Burritos which is why I would always recommend them to all my friends and would have rated them 5stars. Recently they refused to serve me, and would not accept my exemption. Really sad to see them lose out on business and discriminate against customers for a medical decision.

Delicious!!! Nice space and good food! Regular burrito is huge and tasty! Whole wheat or white flour options, lots of veggie toppings and beyond vegan meat offered here. Alcohol served here.

Just tried to eat in this establishment as someone with a mask exemption. Was turned away and not served. I will never support a discriminatory business ever again. What’s next… not serving people of colour. This is disgusting

I was standing in line with my girls. A customer ahead of us asked for steak on her wrap. The worker put on chicken. The customer corrected the worker, the worker dumped the chicken back into the bin. Instant cross contamination. I am aware that cross contamination can occur at restaurants, but to do it deliberately is ridiculous. Another worker brought over some fresh chicken and dumped it on top of the old chicken. The old food is to be put on top of the fresh food so it is used first. . Shortly after another worker brought over more fresh food and dumped it on top of another old bin. God knows how long that older food has been festering in the bottom of those bins Food safe is not being observed at this location. I wonder how many employees have their food safe? The counter where the meals were prepared was covered in food. Anyone with food allergies, food sensitivities and those who don't enjoy cross contamination or food poisoning should avoid this location at all cost. We walked out in disgust. The woman ahead of us asked for her receipt so she could talk to a health inspector. We will never return. We will not bother trying any other location. **Edit** After reading many reviews, I am amazed at the amount of customers who have experienced food poisoning. How is this disgusting location still open?

Not much service. Ordered the much. Asked for guacamole. The girl takes a small spoon and put a little on my much. No hello no thank yous. It wasn't busy. The burrito was ok, rice was a bit hard

I usually get decent service here but today I had the worst burrito I’ve ever had. Took forever to make. Guy was rude. I wanted more salsa and even asked for more and he didn’t even put a teaspoon’s worth! You gotta care for the customer. You gotta care. You can’t just slack off. Do better next time please.

Great food and very good service. Everyone in staff is nice and kind, especially manager who is always there to help customers

If you like Mexican food, you will probably like this place. One observation: one group of food prep people seem to get 5 stars and the other group gets 2. Time for some additional training?

Super healthy, and delicious depending on how you make it. All our experiences here was greattt, except for that one time, when our burrito was rolled incorrectly and it was so hard to enjoy it. Otherwise, it’s a great good place.

Have tried this place a few times and must admit that after not prefering this restaurant over another burrito fast food chain close by, I have developed a liking for the food here much more recently. Can't finish their regular burrito or burrito bowl without a burp! The portions are pretty good and the ingredients taste good and fresh as well. Chips and queso was awesome as well. Love their sauce options. Have found the staff to be courteous almost always

The staff was unprofessional.The Punjabi guy preparing food was too casual while our food was getting ready.We were there late with the kids and he was totally not in the right attitude.The food was nothing special.Everything was sub standard. The washroom didn’t have soap or sanitizer. It was really a sad experience.

I’ve had the best serving experience and quesadilla with you guys but please be aware that the location in Montreal at Complexe Desjardines is ruining your brand. It is not possible to put guacamole inside quesadilla and heat it… taste is horrible.

First time here food was ok but the customer service was terrible. The restaurant was empty so I asked simple questions about some of the menu options available so I could make a choice and the lady stared at me with a blank expression and looked at me like I was stupid for asking. Better off going somewhere else with better customer service.

I had hard rice and I called to complain. They told me they ate the same rice and it was fine. They offered me 1 bowl at 50% my next order when all 3 bowls were bad. They gave me attitude and as someone whos been in customer service for 14 years, I know when I am getting it. I left a bad review and the manager showed up my work. Crimson red flag. They offered me a $50 gift card but never followed through. I have zero intentions of taking this down.

The ingredients are always fresh and so yummy!! Staff is friendly and portion sizes are big! Always my go to never disappoints :)

I ordered a bowl with chips and queso. First of all amazing chips and queso bar none recommend it everytime. however the bowl was a little off not bad perse just it seemed off i've had their burritos in the past best burritos by far as well. But unfortunately some of my rice was hard and the chicken was sparse overall i'd give it a 3 stars this time around will try it again and update based on next experience mistakes happen and that's ok will be back soon.

We’ve been here three times. The other two have been fine, but today my husband found a bandaid in his burrito bowl.

I go to mucho buritto locations but this wasn't the best location to go. The buritto was very soggy and i had to eat a buritto with knife and forks. I told the guy to put a little bit of habanero sauce but he spilled it all over which made it extra spicy. Also the customer service wasn't the best. I think the guys working there dont know how to serve. Wouldn't recommend going to this location.

Food is awesome. Update from my previous review. I have been here 2 or 3 times since. And the staff here gave greatly improved. Like wow. The manager is a class act. Very impressed with improvements made

Always a fresh and tasty option when I need a quick meal to go. The burrito with carnitas and all of the fixings is my go to.

I have been to bunch of other mucho locations and they don’t hit like this one does. They are very good with their portions and don’t cheap out. Definitely recommend this location

The front staff can improve on cultural sensitivity. For example if a Latin American folk uses another name for the same food, try not to make them feel like they are making a mistake because the same food might have different name in several Latin America countries. Rather, take that as a learning moment. I will be back hope the service improve. But 3 star for now.

Ever since the chicken switched to chicken thighs the meat doesn’t taste right because it’s either over cooked, burnt or leaves an after taste. I would not recommend getting the chicken bowl if the chicken is going to still be thighs instead of chicken breasts. When it was chicken breasts the food was 10/10 now that it’s thighs it’s not even 2 stars. Also staff isn’t keeping things fresh as I also got stomach upset after eating here. I used to order almost everyday but now I will not be because of the random changes to the quality.
