Montreal
Peruvian
food
has
nothing
to
envy
Peru.
Both
Chifa
and
Tiradito
are
a
great
homage
to
flavours
uniquely
Peruvian
and
it's
always
a
pleasure
to
feast
like
a
queen.
Yesterday
was
my
first
time
at
Tiradito
and
the
person
who
helped
me
throughout
my
dining
experience
was
stupendous.
Being
Peruvian
himself,
he
was
knowledgeable
about
the
menu,
the
classics
and
was
eager
to
present
excellent
recommendations.
This
man
is
a
gem
and
made
it
all
worthwhile.
This
man
deserves
5
stars
alone.
The
reason
I'm
giving
it
2
starts
on
service
though
has
everything
to
do
with
the
poor
experience
hosting.
I
stood
by
the
door
waiting
unacknowledged
for
about
7
minutes.
Employees
walked
by
me,
in
front
of
me,
behind
me
and
no
one
said
a
thing...
Eventually
someone
came
to
take
me
to
my
seat.
As
I
wrapped
up
my
experience,
I
was
looking
for
the
bathroom
and
went
back
to
the
entrance
where
a
group
of
employees
was
gathering
around
listening
to
one
complaint
about
who
knows
what.
I
tried
to
get
their
attention
three
times
until
someone
else
behind
the
bar
noticed
what
was
happening.
I've
said
this
before:
Montreal
has
excellent
choices
and
hidden
gems
waiting
to
be
discovered.
Poor
service
is
not
something
anyone
should
experience.
