We have been staying with Obasa suites since 2022. We have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Neale Yeo since day 1. Because of Neale, our stay has been a dream. Any thing we may need or think we need, Neale takes care of in a very timely matter. We've stayed in 3 units now & each has been very comfortable, safe, clean & exactly what we needed. If you require short or long term executive housing, Obasa is honestly the only place to go in town. As long as Neale Yeo is with Obasa, know with complete certainty that you will be taken care of in the very best way. I was delighted to be back to the downtown Saskatoon location. All details of my booking, pickup, and checkout were handled online. Suite was spacious, incredibly clean and comfortable. In suite laundry was appreciated. This is where I like to stay when in Saskatoon. Thanks!

What a cool place to stay. Massive modern suite in an ancient (for a Western Canadian-built) building. We had 2 families stay here while visiting relatives. Everything you want ensuite; washer-dryer, jet tub, furnace for personal temperature control, and a super-amazing kitchen area. Our suite easily could have managed a corporate social of 20. Plus the building is pet friendly. The site oozes with history, then the suite bathes you in luxury. We will definately use OBASA group again. For our group, a perfect 'non-hotel' experience. Did I mention the site manager? Super professional. We ended up here because of a misunderstanding from a hotel website, and related to another OBASA building. The problem was solved immediately and without hesitation. No-one can beat that kind of customer service.

We are so very fortunate to have discovered OBASA Six Three Suites. We needed to relocate to Regina for medical treatment and stayed at the Hamilton for just over six months. We rented one of their two bedroom suites and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful decor with very functional living space. It had everything we needed. Large windows afforded us a lovely view of the city line. The location was excellent....close to many restaurants, banks and shopping. The indoor parking and security of the entire building was an added bonus that was very much appreciated. We must give a huge thank you to Jagjyot Singh who managed absolutely any questions or concerns quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and kindness added even extra comfort to our stay. Definitely recommend OBASA Six Three Suites. You won't regret it.

If you need help for anything, it is just a call away. Customer friendly. Put best efforts for your comfort. Spacious, clean, nice river view, walkable from common utilities.

Stayed here for the last week. Amazing view of downtown Regina, close the the Cornwall. Large beautiful 2 bed and 2 bath! Much cheaper then a hotel and it came with everything from stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Staff were awesome. Going to stay there again in a few weeks

Superb communication from the time of booking to departure. Neale was fantastic, the condo unit is excellent, and location ideal for both personal (near the river walk) and professional reasons (close to Children's Hospital/RUH/College of Medicine). Excellent consistent WiFi signal. The underground parking is showing its age and could be better lit: but that is not Obasa's fault. Many thanks to Neale and the team. Shashi

My roommate and I needed a place asap because of an electrical fire in our home and Vanessa was so spectacular! She worked so fast and got us, and our dog, into a suite in less than a day! After hotel hopping for a few nights it was a huge relief to have a semi permanent space.

I am an owner of a rental unit and management is so disorganized and completely useless. We had multiple issues while they were managing our suite and management took no accountability. They lost two sets of keys and never replaced them. I wouldn't trust your unit to be managed by these guys.

I had the most wonderful experience staying with OBASA / Six Three Suites. The suite was absolutely beautiful, and was furnished and equipped with everything I needed and more. The location was fantastic, with great shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops all within a short walk. Sharla was incredible to work with, exceptionally responsive to anything I needed, and a very caring person. I would highly recommend OBASA / Six Three Suites. There is no better place to stay when in Regina!

We had a very nice one month stay at the apartments. The location is awesome and easy access to everything. The reception manager Jag is awesome guy and very helpful. Very airy and nicely furnished apartments. Will definitely stay there again. One suggestion that I can think for improvement would be to put exhaust/air ventilation in the kitchen.

I spent 3 months at the Hallmark in Saskatoon. The suite was very well appointed and all my needs were supplied. Also had a lovely view from my suite. I did have an issue with the plumbing which was quickly taken care of when I contacted Neale Yeo at Obasa Six Three Suites. I have now moved to another Obasa Suite in a different part of the City and will be spending a few more months here. Definitely recommend Obasa Six Three Suites.

At first I was unhappy with our first accommodation. I explained to Sharla what I was unhappy with and she did not hesitate to find us a new place to stay. The new place was absolutely wonderful that she found us. I would highly recommend using Obasa Six Three Suites because of their fantastic customer service and attention to the customers needs.
