Found the outlet with good brands, big parking space, food options onsite. Prices were good and many brands had discounts. Spacious and easy to move around. Not crowded.

You can find some nice deals. The food court doesn't have much variety and nothing there is good. There is a decent play structure for the kids which is a life saver.

This place has most of the major brand outlets and isn't much crowded also. Good thing it has a small playground as well where kids can play. The food court also has good options. If you don't like the food court then there are many major food joints around it like Starbucks, McDonald's, Tim Hortons. Parking is ample and restrooms are available at multiple spots. Well planned outlet complex with lots of greenery and seating options if you get tired of walking.

A great place in the west end of the city. It has a good selection of stores and little cafes. The fire pits are an awesome element that makes the place really cozy. The place has a very decent play structure, and all around the outlets, there are nice little trails where you can spend great time with the kids.

Good deals on clothes and shoes. Nice place to shopping with family. Clean restroom. But not much choices. Update June 2023, seems they have more stores, more stuff but the price wasn't reasonable, it's just like normal prices we shopping at others malls, still a nice place to do something with family at weekend. Has a playground for kids.

This location is easy to get in and out of and I love the covered walkways. Lots of variety of stores. Also it was easy to find a wahlahroom when needed. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Overall a good shopping experience. Having the Starbucks in the parking lot and Beavertails as well was a great after shopping stop.

Usually very empty during the weekday and very busy during weekend and holidays. However, not very busy that you can’t find a parking spot! Many stores with great deals. I believe it is always open during holidays, which is good since Bayshore mall is usually closed in Stat holiday. It can be very windy usually, making it too cold during the winter.

Not worth it! (2h30+2h30back=) 5h of drive and 80$ of gas from Brossard just to discover that Tommy, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Banana, Michael Kors, Coach,... Are selling almost the same thing at the same price than our Dix30. You can even find cheaper by ordering Online and get free shipping to your house.

I was fortunate to find everything I needed at this mall. It offers a wide range of brands and sales, making it an ideal location for families to shop for various items. Highly recommended!

Lots of designer outlet stores in one spot. Easy to get to as it's just off the highway. Parking is not easy to find on weekends though as it's very busy. The food court is limited and small, but there's a Starbucks in the parking lot and a beavertails in the parking lot. Prices are still fairly high in many of the stores, so you need to watch for sales. There's an outdoor playground and an area with outdoor games like giant Jenga, chess... It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter as you are outdoors between each store, but there's lots of nice benches and shady areas to rest.

Shoppers paradise - Tanger outlet is a decent place to shop without breaking your bank. You’ll find what you’re looking for, and at times, something you don’t really need. But you buy it anyways cause the prices are that good! Do visit puma for great deals on shoes and mountain warehouse for affordable winter gear.

It’s good to have many famous brands in one place. Even though there are long lines in the specific times such as Black Friday it’s a good place for shopping. I don’t believe that the discounts and offers are really good but still it’s a good idea to come here and have an idea before buying anything.

I went to a few stores hoping for better deals but the prices are comparable or slightly lower. The box stores have the typical deals all the time which is nice but I didn't see any door crashing deals that I couldn't help myself not buying. I would definitely recommend it for some stuff - so you gotta go and figure out what is good for your needs and get the best deal there. Otherwise, you may end up paying more for some stuff.

Location is good. Has a good selection of store which you will find in most outlets. Reasons I gave 3 stars is the restaurants there are terrible. Me and my friend have ordered shawarmas and chicken noodle. Both taste really bad.

Fun! If this store or that store isn’t to your liking, just go around the corner and there are more stores to choose from! So. Many. Stores. Personally we love the kitchen stores. And the clothing stores. And there’s lots of choice. It’s a fun way to spend some of your shopping dollars.

Beautiful outlets shops, there are a lot of parking spots, food court and restaurants closed by.

The outlet is pretty good. A lot of different choices for clothing, shoes, and more. A good food court and other places like the bubble tea one. I like it's all outside, especially in the summer. It is a good place for gifts and buying clothes for events like weddings.

Easy access during road trip, near highway. Not many people when i visited. Limited food choice tho.

Glad they are open again. Love visiting outdoor malls with plenty of parking and plenty of outdoor lounging while waiting for my kids to shop. Great place to visit and don’t forget to pick up your coupon book for added savings.

Love the atmosphere. It is a nice collection of brands and stores, mostly clothes. It is a kind of open-air mall. Worth the visit.

In my opinion, the best mall in the Ottawa region. It's a distance from our home, but worth it. You get the best of everything, fresh air, quality shops, good prices on most goods, and even a park for the little ones. Nice in the winter, but great in the summer. Highly recommend it. My family and I love it.

You can have many different experiences here as there’s lots of stores, but the good thing is you have several options if you’re looking for an item and you’re likely to get what you want. I always find good deals here and the product variety is one of the best in Ottawa. Plus, it’s even nicer if the weather is good.

Worth the drive from Kingston, good selection of outlet stores, plenty of parking (be patient- it is BUSY on the weekends). Prices on items we shopped for (for her - MK purse, for me ASICS trainers) where very good. Not giveaway- but I would guess 30% less than the mall. Suggest planning your visit by checking the online map, it's a large area. Note - due to Covid store limits, some stores had big lines upside e.g. Nike and Under Armour.
