Ample parking and well priced for comparable facilities. On arrival staff was great to check us in, cubby shoe storage and a coat room available. For the small space there is a wide array of activities to engage many ages of kids. The baby area was nice to be safely separated from rough big kids, the main area has target shooting and a spot to race cars. There’s a small arcade downstairs (I loathe tokens & tickets but see the draw of extra revenue) and food concession. Upstairs the seating area is built loft-style so parents can easily look out into the structure but also has TVs showing camera feeds of the areas you can’t see. Pretend play houses there, a room full of Lego, and another room upstairs with more play options (ball pit, large musical toys, small climbing structure, interactive full body moving play) really gives kids the option to play differently or with different people/energy levels as they wish. The bathrooms were ample but definitely showed wear. Leaving I was happy to see the staff cross checking kids with parents to make sure no one snuck out.

Great facility. Their system to keep families safe isn’t the best though. They give everyone from one family a stamp with the same code, but the stamp rubs off/gets washed off in after washing your hands.

I have mixed feelings about this facility. The staff are not the most friendly or approachable. To feed myself plus two small children turned out to be expensive $$$ ordeal for 1 pizza and 1 poutine and three drinks ..👎the facility is clean but dusty 😔 The girls bathroom is a little scary to walk in . it's dingy n dark . I have a hard time as a single mom, there are limited seats for sitting, the benches provided are not bolted down and are a tipping hazard.......it's hard when your kids want to go upstairs and one wants to play on the jungle gym part. I wish this tree house had a better layout and had a updated Reno to give the facility a face lift . I wish there was more toys for children six through nine . Some oversized balls perhaps. Some foam ball so they can play Maybe some dodgeball in the upstairs some basketballs as a mom, I wouldn't be upset if they asked us to sign out there basketball or a rubber balls? I'd love to see some oversized Legos so they can play Legos but then small children wouldn't be able to put the larger ones in their mouth ..... A big Jenga blocks bucket or something. Maybe some bowling pins or bean bag toss games. There's an absolutely zero sensory option other than a board you push your hands into then it makes a picture imprint with pins. I find a lot of things at this facility are broken or in disrepair..... I am happy to announce that they updated the arcade center but it's really confusing because some game are coin only I put coins in and there were no signs saying that it was a free game ... It's disappointing that most of the drinks and snack things are literally within an arm's reach of the small children and the floor where they walk by to go to the bathroom. If you're a parent who doesn't have a whole lot of money and your child gets into a bunch of drinks, I'd be very sad to be that parent.

It’s all we have for a Play Place in red deer and my kids enjoy it. Woman’s bathroom reeks of urine (I know kids can be gross and diapers stink but I would just clean more often) and when you walk in it looks like something from a horror film. Up keep on games is fair (my dad worked in the arcade world) so I know how annoying they are to keep in service. Staff are happy to give us our stolen coin or fish out stuck air hockey pucks. I don’t love that I can’t see my kids play from the upstairs where the majority of seating is (kinda freaks me out). Foods is good and staff always check stamps to make sure I’m leaving with my own kids which I appreciate.

I've been here several times since I recently had grandchildren. Each time the young students were working, and they didn't look like they were properly trained. I don't know if they were told to do that, but there is always no manager. It doesn't even look properly maintained. I came here because it is the only place for children in Red Deer, but I don't really want to spend money on a place like this. Better service for the same price in Calgary and Edmonton.

Many machine (4-5) were down for repairs. 2 of the 3 ticket redeeming machines were full and couldn't be used, had to ask staff to empty them so kids could redeem their tickets. We were there for a birthday party which was done well and staff were friendly and helpful. Seemed like they were understaffed but they generally did well considering they short staffed.

Very disappointing. Bought tokens for the arcade and SEVEN of the 16 available games are broken. Why wouldn’t you say something before we purchased?

It is a great place to take the kids when the weather is bad outside or just for a birthday party. There are designated areas for different aged kids, which is perfect if you have more than one child. The staff are friendly, everything is squeaky clean, and the security is great. They have a wide selection of food and drink, which is a bit more expensive than usual but expected.

I take my autistic son here, and he loves it. The little venues upstairs are quiet enough and allows him to explore his imagination. There is so much for kiddos to do and we always have fun. Definitely recommend.

What a waste of money this place is for kids over 4. Way over priced for 1 jungle gym that resembles the one at McDonalds play place. The "arcade" is a joke as well. Almost all of the games are out of order, and you get maximum 10 tickets per game, which only allows the kids to get candy at 5 tickets per candy. Very disappointing. The 2 women working the place were helpful at least when we needed help in the arcade.

My 2-year-old daughter absolutely adored this place. She had an absolute blast and couldn't have been happier. The facility boasted a captivating arcade, along with an upstairs section tailored for younger children. This designated area featured a ball pit that seemed to possess a magical ability to keep my daughter entertained indefinitely. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. Our order included a scrumptious pizza and a couple of servings of fries that were equally satisfying. In summary, our experience at this establishment was nothing short of fantastic. The affordability of the venue is especially noteworthy, making it a budget-friendly choice for parents seeking high-quality entertainment for their children.

My grandkids love it here. I've never been and was really surprised. It seemed to be quite busy but it's so spread out with little areas, there's no waiting to use the slide, or anything. They can run around and just have fun!

I had my son's birthday party here and the staff were nothing short of amazing. Everything was organized and perfect. The staff were great at communicating before the party to have all our wishes taken care of. The food and decorations were wonderful!

We always have fun at treehouse! An amazing selection of play areas for your kiddos & their age groups, food is great, staff is nice, we definitely never run out of things to do there. Whether you’re 1 or 30 - it entertains everyone!

Treehouse is a fun environment. My toddler loved the little gated space just for little ones. He was able to play away from the older more wild children. They have lots of healthy snacks to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly too.

Definitely Recommend! Had our sons 2nd birthday party here and it was amazing and was so nice how timely they were! Very organized!! Definitely relieved stress as they had everything come out at certain times, and the kids loved having chase come for a visit and they all loved their pizza!! They decorated the room for us as the kids played the hour prior to getting into the room.. will definitely be having more functions here:) thank you Treehouse for being such a great host!!! We have one tired birthday boy lol

I love this place for my kids. However I guess Covid took it's toll, many toys and games are not working or in disrepair. The heat in the upstairs playroom does not work at all, so myself and half a dozen other parents had our parkas on. The bathrooms used to be so clean but the toilets no longer properly flush, toilet paper was empty or just about to be. Basic cleaning has gone down hill, still better than other locations. Staff are friendly and quick to help. Again I understand inflation but some of the prices on food items and treats has nearly doubled. We will still go and I do hope they bounce back, because it was the best kept location between Calgary and Edmonton, my family has been to all of them.

A great and clean environment for kids to play! They even have an area for smaller kids to play with a ball pit! They also have an upper room with more toys for smaller kids and some cool cutouts of a police station, grocery store etc. In the upper Cafe.

Great service, fun for the kids. I would rank a 5 star but there arcade machines are not well maintenanced. Several were out of order and some of the ticket dispensers were jammed, or the machines didn't always register when you inserted a coin.

My 1 yr old and I had some serious fun here along with his cousins 🙃 can't wait to make another trip

Staff were friendly and efficient, facility was mostly clean, bright and pleasant. Several of the arcade games were out of order, a few of the areas in the back portion of the climbing area were difficult to see and poorly lit. Bathrooms needed maintenance/cleaning. Food was underwhelming but not unexpected given the venue. Music was far louder than it needed to be, adding to the already chaotic and overwhelming atmosphere.

Fun place for the kids, my 4 year old had a great time. The high touch areas seemed pretty clean, but other areas such as the windows sills, ledges and the bathroom floor were filthy. I did not try the food, as the reviews turned me off. While the lockers are a nice touch, having to get buzzed in and out to get to them is a huge pain, especially since there's things inside the gate you'd want easy access to your wallet for, but you also want to put your valuables in the locker to play with your kids. All in all, I would visit again, but I really hope they make some small improvements.

We recently had a birthday party at Treehouse and our kids and their friends had a blast! They were so helpful and kind. We even got a free coffee as party parents. It was so great to see our sons reaction to their Pokémon theme party package. The fruit and veggie platter and jugs of drinks were great! We were able to bring in our version of a birthday cake for our son which was lovely! Our kids loved seeing the party mascot as well. Definitely worth it!!!
