I really wanted to take my boyfriend for his birthday here and have some quality time painting and chilling together. The whole atmosphere was really quiet and mellow music was playing which was really nice. We had the chance to choose from many different cermic there and choose how many paints we want to paint them. The only downsideto our visit was the staff, we waited for like 30 minutes just for one of them to come explain to us what to do and whats the process even though we went and asked for help multiple times; they were very short-staffed. But overall i would recommend this place more than the one downtown cause it is less busy and more chill!

Amazing café with a wonderful staff. The employees there are so welcoming. They take their time to explain the entire process and they check up on you throughout your stay. I highly recommend visiting this location. Also, they have some delicious food to snack on.

Went with my friend today and painted a cute cat on a plate! The people are very nice there and I enjoyed my experience, would definitely go there a third time💪 Big variety of brush sizes/colors and good choices to paint 👍🏻 (amazing ambiance too)

Love this place! Great for a fun and memorable date night or with friends/family! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with a large variety of ceramic pieces that you can paint! We love making custom Christmas ornaments here every year. I even made a special momento for a dear friend who lost their dog this year. The staff made a custom drill hole for ornament hanging and an opening for her to keep his collar inside. If you want a fun evening with a meaningful keepsake/gift, would definitely recommend this place!

A fun activity to do with kids & adults. Service is great, and food. We had nachos, and I didn't expect to have such a yummy cappuccino!!!

The kids and I had a great time! Staff was friendly, helpful and service for AMAZING hot chocolates and coffee was quick. Was much more crowded than usual due to march break, but the staff handle it well, we called same day and they booked us a time & the table was ready when we arrived. Overall a highlight of our March Break.

Didn’t have a reservation but it was a Saturday night 8pm so not too busy. It’s great that it’s open until 11! Staff very helpful and very friendly. Great selection of pottery’s to paint.

Used to love coming here, but recently every time i’d receive the ceramic it would have splotchy or scratched off areas. Especially disappointed in this cup that i painted a week ago. Don’t mind the outlining of the letters, that was my messy job😂. Although, you can see that bits of the blue paint got in the middle of the letters (even pink somehow?) and it looks splotchy. Also on the edge of the cup, it unfortunate got scratched off which i kind of upset me. The service was fine tho. Hope this won’t happen again.

It's a fun activity but a bit pricy for a dog plate and a bowl it cost us around 70$. I would come back!

Be aware that when you go there, they don't charge you extra without telling you in advance. When i was there, everything was okay and satisfying، and I paid for all 5 pieces that we used to be cooked. I brought one of them home with me to complete the painting and then deliver it and they said its ok, but when I returned the next week to deliver it, they charged me extra because I had taken it with me! And they didn't tell me on the first day that I had to pay extra money when I came back!

I had never been here before, which I advised the *many* young ladies standing at the cash area as we entered. I naturally expected a detailed explanation of the process, and (perhaps naively, or misled due to all the mentions of tipping on their website which I read ahead of time to make my reservation), even hoped for a bit of a one-on-one walk-through. Instead we got walked to our table, the young lady pointed to the back where we could choose our piece, saying nothing about the prices or options or suggestions for young kids other than to say there were animals *on that side*. She just as unenthusiastically pointed to the area where we “could get our brushes and paint”. And she was gone. I tried to get some sense of what to do next by peeking at the other tables, many of them filled with busy people who seemed 100% at ease and comfortable with everything. And yes, obviously this is not rocket science but a decent intro to first-timers is definitely lacking. We observed habitués walking back from the paint and brushes area with multiple canisters FILLED with brushes, while we newbies only took 4 of them, rinsing them stupidly (and unsuccessfully but we didn’t know better) in between changing paint colors. The 2 pieces our grandkids took were $29 EACH!! These, plus the hour and a half we spent there, cost us $83, including 2 tiny packs of gummies they sold us for $1.49 each. The experience was way, way too expensive. And frustrating. Word of caution I wish I would have had prior to booking, perhaps it should be written on their website: NOT for children under 8 years old, I would say. It takes patience and interest in reading the instructions at the table. In fact teens and adults seemed to be most at ease with this activity, which when you know the how’s and what’s, I am sure can be a pleasant time. But don’t count on any of the 5 or 6 staff standing huddled together at the cash to lend you a hand, except to receive a tip as you pay and leave. Tip for what I still don’t comprehend.

I had a great time with my niece, price for ceramic is a bit extra as I paid 110$ for 4 small items but my niece was so happy. We had a great time! And the food is really good.

We had a reservation. We called to make a modification to add 2 people and were told no problem. Upon arrival, they seem to have "lost" the reservation but even though the place was busy, the staff found us a table so that was appreciated. The atmosphere is full of children so it can get loud and chaotic but that is to be expected in a place with many children. Coffee and food was ok for this type of venue. We had coffee and pastries. They had all the materials required. Never ran out of anything or had issues with supplying any tools / products. For a chaotic venue, the staff was surprisingly on top of things. They were busy but kept up and handled everyone as needed. Well done staff. This is a fun craft venue for the family and would recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you for the good times.

This place was so cute and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's such fun date idea, whether it's with your friends or partner. They literally give you everything you can possibly think of to encourage creativity. The prices are decent too.

This place is amazing. A lot of ceramics to choose from and multiple food options. I went with the hot chocolate and it was delicious. [TIP] Don’t put too much paint (like a blob) because it is going to smug. As you can see in the photo, I put too much paint, the end result was amazing but the paint “smudged” because of me (not the workers). It is an amazing place to visit with family and friends. :)

A great experience of painting your own ceramic! It's a bit pricey, but worth the experience. An alternative place for children birthday parties and hang out with friends. They have a wide selection of ceramics and colours. They also serve food and drinks (must pay extra).

Great place to go, relax and enjoy time with friends or family. You do not need to be artistic or talented to enjoy a trip to this café. Woyld definitely recommend and already looking forward to my next visit

Concept, figurines and setup pretty cool. But poor service if not non-existent. Clearly big lack of manager or leader. Got a birthday party today: i litterally had to ask for everything and lead (paint explanation to the kids, clean the table, bring cake, then get them the included drinks, etc..) it was so disorganized: i don’t even understand what they offer for birthday if there is such nonservice or organization!!!!! Seems a bunch of students who has no clue what to do and nobody to drive them. Very bad: especially they force 15%service fee on the bill so you can just complain but nobody will listen or even act 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

A bit pricy but worth the experience. Enjoyed it with my 12 yo niece ,it was her bday gift . We each picked a ceramic and then we painted the other’s ceramic. Was fun and a nice bonding activity.

Three of us went here yesterday and we had a blast! We knew the basics, that we would pick a ceramic piece and paint it, but we didn't realize how many options they actually had, stencils, colours, brushes, food, drinks. But most of all the service was really great and super nice and they made sure we had a fun day at ceramic cafe in Dollard-des-Ormeaux I would recommend you guys to go here if you have nothing to do.

Amazing. The staff is friendly and the place is very cosy. It’s relaxing and you can come with your friends to have a good time. I also recommend it for birthday :)

We were a group of 6 people, we were told about the 15% service fee at the beginning at least. However, the employees did not even check on us, just explained things at the beginning and that was it. Some of us bought drinks, some of us did not, but we were all required to pay 15% just because we were a larger group. How deserving was that mandatory 15% tip, not really. We would have take the same amount of paint and brushes if we sat at two different tables, we were not check up on, and at closing time, everyone at the café started to pay and a line build up by 9pm. Our two friends decided to continue to paint for fun though they were done, because why just stand in line and wait. The employee soon told us essentially to get out as soon as there was no line, the way she said it was quite rude as if our two friends are the reason why it's past 20 minutes. The reason why is because of that line build up as stated. My whole group works at the customer service industry so we know there are ways to ask people to leave without being rude about it. This woman just came across very unprofessional at that point. Which makes the whole 15% feel a whole lot worse and a whole lot undeserving.

Awesome place to paint pre-made ceramics, Esta small snack and have coffee. Very helpful staff. It was a good experience both times I went with my kids. Also did a birthday party for one of my kids with friends

It was my first time going to ceramic cafe, and Wow, as someone who does crafts as a hobby, this place is heaven. They have a lot of colors to chose from and different ceramic to paint. I was extremely happy. I got a coupon so I took my time painting my Gengar plate. All in all, I loved the experience. I would gladly come back again. It was an amazing experience.

Lots of fun! It seems quite expensive for what we get, but the place was packed, the facilities clean and well maintained. Staff know what they're doing, and each table has helpful tips on how to get the most out of your painting experience. We will be back!
