I visited Cycle Paul in Vaudreuil for the first time the other day. With all the rave reviews, I had to go see for myself. They do not disappoint. Even with all the supply issues, they had the perfect bike for me in stock! I guess I got really lucky. What I loved is being able to put down a refundable deposit to let me think about it for a couple of days. The whole team is very knowledgable and passionate, and helped me get started with confidence. They made me feel very welcome and got me into the perfect gear for my needs as a newb. Bike fit is on point! All in all its a big two thumbs up from me!

The service at Cycle Paul is very friendly and professional. They were patient with my husband when exploring bike options and let him try many bikes out in the parking lot. The team also ordered in a pair of Cycle shoes for me. When I brought my bike in for service they immediately racked it, assessed it, and asked me if I had any issues with the bike the previous season. Reasonable prices for service. Even got an invite to their Strava Cycle group.

Very cool location. Staff was friendly. Limited amount of people can enter at any given time currently. Essentially one person or family per available sales person. Store has lots of cool stuff, well worth the visit!! I've used Cycle Paul in the past for purchases and bike tune-ups at their other location.

After I brought home and drove my brand new 2022 Trek FX2 I noticed the rear hydraulic brake was spongy, I checked the hydraulic hose screw bolt at the lever and it was wet with oil and not screwed in as far as compared to the front brake side. This is equivalent to getting a brand new car with leaky brakes. Also, the disc brakes are advertised to be Tektro HD-R280, they are not, what is installed is a brand called RUSH which I cannot find any info about. I am somewhat disappointed to say the least, not what I expected for nearly $1000.

I am a beginner and bought my first bike in about 20 years, the customer service was honest and very helpful. I work in customer service and truely blown away. I will only go here and recommend everyone to do the same for your biking needs!!!

The heart of any bike shop is it's customer service and repair/service dept. Cycle Paul is the best at both. I have brought my bikes in for servicing on multiple occasions (bought at other stores/different brands) and the folks @ Cycle Paul are always helpful, friendly and very professional. they always get the job done right the first time and make sure you're good to go when walking out the door for a safe enjoyable ride.
