I am an international student who just moved at the beginning of the semester and only have health insurance through the university. I needed a tetanus booster after an injury and they were able to see me as a walk-in patient despite having no medical history in Quebec. The staff was very kind, the clinic was clean and well organized. The nurse/doctor who administered my shot stayed with me to help calm my nerves. I highly recommend this clinic.

Not even in private sector you find this quality of services. There is not a single time we called and we didn't get the best treatment from the admin staff to the nurses to the doctors. The team running this CLSC is exceptional. While hospitals, private clinics other CLSCs are overwhelmed and overworked, at CLSC de Saint Louis du Parc, you can get same day appointment with no or minimum waiting time, you get a call back from the nurse very fast if no in person appointment is needed, you have quality time with the doctor you are visiting. What a great experience and a relief to have this CLSC.

I have been followed by the CLSC Saint-Louis-du-Parc for years. Maybe for more than 20 years, I don't really know. I admit that I do not know how this CLSC is organized - TO GIVE US SUCH A GOOD PROFESSIONAL SERVICE - which I have never encountered in any other clinic visited in Montreal. Except in all these hospitals (5) where I go and where I consider that I have always been treated very well too. So I consider myself very privileged and then grateful. I think that the Ministries of Health and that of Seniors would have every interest in taking a closer look at the functioning of this CLSC. Perhaps there they would find a solution for all CLSCs and clinics in Quebec. I wouldn't be surprised. When my GP retired, she took care of transferring my file to another GP. Which is very appreciable and frees us from a lot of unnecessary anxiety. The owner of the pharmacy Marianne Gagnon, to whom I told this, emphasized that she did not know of any other CLSC that was as well organized as this one. She said everything was easy with them. Confirmation, then! What is striking for us patients is that there is practically no waiting time, either. And often, in my case, not at all. While elsewhere we see lots of rows of patients becoming “impatient” because of too much waiting time. Many even choose to leave the premises, even after having already provided their health card. All the doctors, specialists and technicians met at this CLSC, men and women, all welcomed me - WITHOUT EXCEPTION - with availability and a smile. This includes all front desk employees. There is therefore an exceptional climate that we find in this CLSC and that I would never have encountered elsewhere. Unfortunately, until I had to move, I had to stop all my medical appointments and in all medical settings. Because the senior residence where I live has been demolishing concrete floors using jackhammers for years, 2015. Imagine how many high decibels we have to put up with! Under such abnormal living conditions, as I can no longer rest or recover, I have had to abandon all my medical appointments. I will have to take them again after moving and then start to recover a little. Moreover, I informed the ministries concerned. But hell, I can't wait to be able to resume them normally in this VERY HIGH LEVEL CLSC!

Clsc serves the area! Good to know! While I was there no line up and a few families were promptly serviced. Place to meet the social worker. The building entrance is a bit dilapidated needs upkeep and new signs! One elevator not working. Need to put a sign to that effect. Clsc has a great location corner mount royal & blvd saint Laurent!

During these epidemic days, I was desperate to make an appointment at clinics. My friend advised me to go to the CLSC next to me. I searched desperately. receptionist registered me over the phone within 10 minutes and asked what was wrong with me. Within an hour: Doctor Paul Hope called me asked me to come clinic .Professional and friendly approach by Nurse. Finally I saw Doctor Paula Hope . She was my hope like her last name. Also with smile and lovely care her patients. I wish all Human Care Centers acting like this. Thanks God still beautiful peoples exist.

I went to the clinic today and I got the feeling that I was bothering the gentleman working at reception by asking a few questions. Not social or wanting to be helpful in any way! It felt like I was disturbing him.

Superb welcome this morning at the CLSC in Saint-Louis-du-Parc! We went through the GAP, without health insurance (private insurance), which has already caused us mishaps, so we didn't come very calm this morning. We were extremely well received by nurse Mylane and doctor Chira. They answered all our questions with great kindness and patience. We left reassured and very satisfied with our first visit to the CLSC. I wanted to highlight it.

Get a baby vaccine with Nurse Wafa (sp?). Trust me. She provided a toy, provided a beautiful baby song (i.e., Petit Escargot 🐌) and played games with my 1-year old... while giving him 3 vaccines for his 12-month birthday. She went above and beyond any expectations we had.

(Translated by Google) Lady at the reception in February / March 2020 totally incompetent to send my file to obtain the health insurance card. Already do not understand that my file has been made and validated at the ramq and sends me to re-print the whole file. I do it and I go back there she tells me that she sends everything. I do not receive my card, I call and I am told that some documents are missing which have probably been lost by the CLSC. I made an appointment with the RamQ and I brought back for the 3rd time the part that was lost to me (the first registration form ...). I arrive at the ramQ, well it's ok, we can send me my card, but still a problem. There is no photo in the file ... The ramQ had lost a photo which cost me 20 dollars at the pharmacy. Finally more than 4 months later, I will receive a health insurance card without photo because of a lady who seemed totally to the west and not listening (Original) Dame à l'accueil en février/mars 2020 totalement incompétente pour envoyer mon dossier pour obtenir la carte d'assurance maladie.

I came on a Sunday for a last minute appointment with a nurse and I must say that she was very kind and very patient. Impeccable service. After taking a test I was called to give me the results and also to ask me how I was, which I found so thoughtful! The ladies who called gave me good advice and encouragement, in addition to the results. In short, it was a very human and non-judgmental medical experience for me. Thanks to the whole team!
