I
have
been
followed
by
the
CLSC
Saint-Louis-du-Parc
for
years.
Maybe
for
more
than
20
years,
I
don't
really
know.
I
admit
that
I
do
not
know
how
this
CLSC
is
organized
-
TO
GIVE
US
SUCH
A
GOOD
PROFESSIONAL
SERVICE
-
which
I
have
never
encountered
in
any
other
clinic
visited
in
Montreal.
Except
in
all
these
hospitals
(5)
where
I
go
and
where
I
consider
that
I
have
always
been
treated
very
well
too.
So
I
consider
myself
very
privileged
and
then
grateful.
I
think
that
the
Ministries
of
Health
and
that
of
Seniors
would
have
every
interest
in
taking
a
closer
look
at
the
functioning
of
this
CLSC.
Perhaps
there
they
would
find
a
solution
for
all
CLSCs
and
clinics
in
Quebec.
I
wouldn't
be
surprised.
When
my
GP
retired,
she
took
care
of
transferring
my
file
to
another
GP.
Which
is
very
appreciable
and
frees
us
from
a
lot
of
unnecessary
anxiety.
The
owner
of
the
pharmacy
Marianne
Gagnon,
to
whom
I
told
this,
emphasized
that
she
did
not
know
of
any
other
CLSC
that
was
as
well
organized
as
this
one.
She
said
everything
was
easy
with
them.
Confirmation,
then!
What
is
striking
for
us
patients
is
that
there
is
practically
no
waiting
time,
either.
And
often,
in
my
case,
not
at
all.
While
elsewhere
we
see
lots
of
rows
of
patients
becoming
“impatient”
because
of
too
much
waiting
time.
Many
even
choose
to
leave
the
premises,
even
after
having
already
provided
their
health
card.
All
the
doctors,
specialists
and
technicians
met
at
this
CLSC,
men
and
women,
all
welcomed
me
-
WITHOUT
EXCEPTION
-
with
availability
and
a
smile.
This
includes
all
front
desk
employees.
There
is
therefore
an
exceptional
climate
that
we
find
in
this
CLSC
and
that
I
would
never
have
encountered
elsewhere.
Unfortunately,
until
I
had
to
move,
I
had
to
stop
all
my
medical
appointments
and
in
all
medical
settings.
Because
the
senior
residence
where
I
live
has
been
demolishing
concrete
floors
using
jackhammers
for
years,
2015.
Imagine
how
many
high
decibels
we
have
to
put
up
with!
Under
such
abnormal
living
conditions,
as
I
can
no
longer
rest
or
recover,
I
have
had
to
abandon
all
my
medical
appointments.
I
will
have
to
take
them
again
after
moving
and
then
start
to
recover
a
little.
Moreover,
I
informed
the
ministries
concerned.
But
hell,
I
can't
wait
to
be
able
to
resume
them
normally
in
this
VERY
HIGH
LEVEL
CLSC!
