My place of comfort in Edmonton! I run to their cafe for a cup of coffee. I enjoy it so much, because there is nice music, nice smells, nice polite Edmontonians, having their nice chitchats over their coffees, what a beautiful atmosphere! Tried their pizza, perfect! Sandwiches, perfect! Coffee, perfect! The cakes are soooo good. Recently i arranged with them to make my sons birthday cake, although they dont make number cakes but they made me one, it came out perfect and had it ready on time. I highly recommend them and im one of their loyal customers.

It was our first time at the West Edmonton Italian Centre Shop and we were super impressed! We’ve been going to the own downtown for years but this location has a wonderful selection and it’s super close! I would 100% recommend the sandwiches, deli and the bakery!! We can’t wait to come back again soon!

This place is great. It has a huge variety of just about anything you need to make great meals, authentic Italian or not. They have a great little cafe inside with a patio outside and the prices are fair. The customer Emma service is outstanding. This should be your next stop for great food and service.

The Italian Centre is one of the best grocery stores in Edmonton. The food that they sell is always high quality at affordable prices. The best item in the store is the pre-made Italian sandwiches. Found in the grab-and-go fridge at the front of the store, these $9.50 sandwiches are filling and delicious. The hot one is spicy, but not too spicy. The deli counter is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable if you're overwhelmed and need some help. And they offer a sample so you know what you're getting. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The Italian Centre Shop, Teresa Spinelli's amazing $100 million company with over 650 employees whom the heartful Teresa knows by name is truly appreciated in Edmonton. My go to is the original one in Little Italy; Late in the evening just before closing at 9 pm at the Westgate Mall, we stopped over at the Italian Center after many years and it was brilliant visit with staff, Bogland informing us of how much he enjoys working at this Italian Centre. Vegetarian pizza Cheese cake and latte were prepared to taste and exceptional value for money in the inflationary times and encouraged to return again if in the west end #YEG

I work near this shop and finally made the effort to take the time to go inside. Lots of parking outside. Had a nice outdoor patio with a trellis. On a day with less wind I could see it being amazing. Pizza menu board was outside and I'd love to try one, just another time. They have soo much at this shop and I honestly was an idiot for exploring it before going out for supper, or smart….not sure which one. There are soo many options to choose from but since I already had dinner plans I picked up no ready made food but I drooled looking at them all. Their fresh baked treats, meats and cheeses had me beyond hungry and excited to return. They have whole rows dedicated to just oils, olives and two for pastas! Picked up some gluten free options to try as my Mom has been looking for some new options. Never heard of Corn pasta and I’m excited to test it out. Finding good orzo pasta has been hard so I had to pick up a bag. Found their aisles dedicated to coffee a dream and I want to try a few. They even carry unroasted beans so you can do it yourself. Picked up two types of cookies as I love cookies. Can not wait to return with a proper appetite and allow myself to buy all that my eyes were feasting on. Prices were also decent and for the convenience of locating some specific items, makes it worth it. Bonus *** They also carry locally made products too***

Update: July 7/22 Great bread, meat and cheese selection. Staff are very helpful and polite. And if a customer feels like an expresso or latte and pastry, tables to sit and chat are available inside and out. Wonderful establishment. I love the Spinelli family history and their contributions to this city. They are adhering to Covid protocols. Parking can be a challenge due to its proximity to West Edmonton Mall. Also, product pricing may be a challenge for some but you do get what you pay for.

A person could easily spend an hour shopping here if you wanted to. The restaurant/cafe part of the shop is also well worth trying if you haven't yet. If you are new to the shop, I suggest having their coffee, in house sandwiches, desserts, then picking up some items from the deli & cheese department as well.

Desserts and fresh bread are always great. Nice spot for getting European groceries. The ready to eat meals have gone down in quality over the last few years, taste is bland and not what it used to be. Parking is always a nightmare.

I've had coffee meetings here for years. Recently, over the past number of months, I have not had a chance to get back here. I will soon I hope. Great coffee and snacks. I've had a sandwich here and it was good too. My only let down is that there isn't a great outdoor option.

A busy packed place but I was still able to get in and out rather quickly. We bought a birthday cake and I wish I had more time to shop around but the cake was so delicious and a hit at the party

This reminds me of shops in East Africa where I grew up. It's so clean and beautiful. The service is amazing. They have so many things to shop for. When you're done shopping there is a cafè there you can enjoy some coffee, they have lunch specials, the bakery goods are to die for!

The cafe is the best for lunch. Try a cream puff, they're incredible. Only place in town where I've found clotted cream for scones. The croissant sandwiches are amazing. It's ALWAYS packed, and for good reason.

A small cafe by the store. A large selection of dishes and drinks. Delicious and beautiful pizza. Friendly staff. But there is very little space.

Large variety of food, snacks, and beverages! I like their sandwiches and soups the best :-) Prices are slightly higher than typical (around $10-15 for a sandwich), but still reasonable, flavourful, and filling. I also love their lemon gelato. Clean indoor seating, but it is often quite busy. Nice place for any small groups of people, or to go solo.

They have burrata cheese and colatura di alici, but they don't carry salo.

Love real Italian pizza. They do it perfectly. Coffee fresh and delicious, I drink only oat milk, they do amazing cappuccino with it. Big selection of sweet treats. I have no comment on the store, as we only went to the cafe part. Would definitely come again

Went to the deli to get some meats and cheeses. Very helpful! So pleasant! Making a charcuterie board for the first time. So excited. The best products. Can't wait to try them.

I found the store with its variety of foods extraordinary especially the cheeses. Washrooms were easy to find. Maybe I went at the wrong time, 11 o'clock, it was quite busy. I had a coupon for a free donut. So I went to the Cafe area and waited in line a while. With some doing I got the donut and also ordered a Cafe mocha and ended up getting two. But the Cafe itself seems nice and clean and the patio was very nice on a mild October day.

Little bit pricy but on other side you're able to buy a lot of tasty stuff what often it's hard to find in Canada
