My favourite family owned snack spot in Ajax hands down. As a local resident, I simply love to come here any chance I’ve got. I’m a sauce lover, and this place knows just how to lay it on. With a wide variety of chicken, beef, lamb and tofu/paneer options available, this place accommodates everyone. I recommend calling in 20 minutes advanced as these people are always overbooked on food orders, which shows how popular they are. We typically get the chicken boti/tikka roll or the beef bihari roll, although the bbq paneer roll is also worth trying out. All of these “rolls” are pretty much just wraps in tasty paratha’s (Indian style flat bread) that are bound to win your taste buds.

Amazing Experience eating here. Best rolls I’ve had in Ontario! Highly recommend. If you don’t want to wait just call in. Them beef and chicken kabob rolls absolute fire!!

Absolutely amazing food served by La Rosh! The quality they serve is impeccable. Absolutely love the chicken kabobs, chicken biryani and the rolls. Very few restaurants in Canada that serve the taste we get back home!

The quality and quantity of food at this place is so good. The biryani is the best I have eaten in Canada, the botis sizes and qty in the biryani are hearty and best part is the potato . The rolls are spot on with the perfect combo of sauces and paratha size. 1 roll can easily be shared among 2 ppl and be filling. In the same way 2 ppl can easily share 1 serving of biryani and be completely content and full. The only draw back is that this place does not cater to family pack servings of take large orders in advance. Only single servings are available. This place is a must try and I can guarantee that you will never be disappointed.

Today we ordered two biryani which was very bad the rice was not cooked and there was a lot of oil in the biryani. Biryani had raw rice very poor quality

Let me start by saying this is my first and last trip to your establishment. Well let me start. The biryani had flavor but very disappointed in NO available options for this dish such as boneless or heat levels. The chicken was under cooked and rubbery with no flavor (couldn't eat the whole thing due to it being quite under cooked) Absolutely NO heat and a tad oily at the bottom. Beware folks who read this that there is nuts or seeds buried in the dish, breaking your teeth is a guarantee 💯 The dish is PREMADE and kept in a heated device for lord knows how long, unlike most if not all restaurants always make it fresh in front of you and give so many options during the making of your dish. It's really unfortunate that this place has made it to my list of places to avoid in Durham Region. If you follow my reviews as you can see I am in the top 5% of restaurant reviewers and because of some of my reviews I was able to close down some places due to bad food or lack of cleanliness or great customer service. This review only outlines a few thing's regarding the food, I didn't touch on cleanliness or customer service. During my visits I look for a multitude of different thing's and do so quickly and without prejudice and a very open mind. I do highly doubt the restaurant will contact me directly regarding the outlined issue's in the statement. I do hope they improve their practices. See photo's attached. Really love their food. Rolls are amazing. I’m trying their biryani this time. It’s flavourful and delicious. Goods portion size . Value for money. Must try.

FYI: It's closed from February 16-28, they have a notice on their front window and I didn't know that before I got there today. Review: I really like the paratha and chicken, however the rolls have a house sauce that didn't appeal to us. Next time I would just buy them individually instead of as a roll.

Tasty rolls - since it was my 1st time, I asked them their popular roll and they replied it’s the Chicken Tikka roll. It didn’t disappoint and we also ended up ordering a biriyani and a beef kebab roll which was great as well.

They have the best biryani….paratha rolls are also good, they only need to put some more sauce in paratha rolls…..they have very good taste overall, but just are not advertising it enough…..today i tried their biryani for the first time and it was excellent. I have had biryani from almost all the places in durham region, never have i ever enjoyed a briyani this much, rice were a little hard but the taste was so close to the really biryani from pakistan.

Yesterday had a chance to try their Chicken Biryani and Paratha Rolls I would say their biryani is top notch and paratha rolls are absolute fire. Biryani Among all the places who serve biryani in Pickering, Scarborough, and Ajax biryani from LaRosh is top notch, impeccable in taste, packed with all the spices, aroma and taste that anyone crave for. The only problem that I must highlight is their boiled potatoe that they put in chicken biryani. Suggestions: My only suggestion is to try to cook the potatoes with masala and it will add value. Paratha Roll We tried bihari kabab and chicken bihari roll and both were absolute phenomenal, great in taste. Chicken bihari was loaded with sauces and was having immense pleasure in each bite. Bihari kabab was tasty too a bit spicy too. Great in taste. Suggestions: Just wanted my rolls to be more crunchy n karak. Recommendation: Absolutely I would suggest to all the biryani n paratha roll lovers to try it and find the taste yourself.

Meat is tender and juicy so the rolls turned out to be pretty good. However, too many onions and on top of that, mayo based dressing ruins the taste. I would prefer the usual mint or even yogurt chutney that we usually get back home. This is take out only joint and the staff (probably the owners) were courteous and pleasant. They need to work on keeping the place clean though as it looked filthy (doors/floor).

We’ve been coming here for a while now.. It always hits the spot whenever the craving comes up. We usually go for the rolls, if you like spice make sure to get it spicy!

Amaaazzzinnng food. I was recommended this place via a friend and I have to say that it's mind-blowing. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. This is my new favorite restaurant now. The tikka roll especially tasted yummy. The biryani was good, the potato had skin on, and I found that weird. The chicken kebab roll was good as well. Overall, it was a good experience, quality food and quantity were good. Husband already started eating the half before I could take a better picture.

These are the absolute best rolls I've ever had. The flavour of the beef and chicken rolls are very flavourful, the special sauces they use are addicting! I'd recommend ordering 20ish minutes before getting there as there is no dine in area and it takes some time, nonetheless you need to go!

Best rolls you will ever have! Definitely recommend! If you’re trying it on the weekends, I would recommend the beef bihari rolls! Absolutely delicious! Call ahead, as there is a wait.
