I called on sunday january 22nd to book a reservation for 9 on january the 28th at 8pm. Im not sure what i did wrong because when my friends showed up they had no record of such a thing happening. Which is a little frustrating because we werent able to have a table to sit down at and have dinner beforehand so we ended up with 9 people at 1 pool table until an additional one opened up and just had to make do with snacks and drinks. I didnt get the name of the person that "booked my res" when i called but next time i will. They rectified the situation by having my party "jump the wait line" but thats more of a last minute uh oh rather than just having the reservation held like i expected it would be. Staff were friendly. I had a nice time. They did the best they could and im sure the people that were on shift could only do so much when whoever took the res down in the first place didnt actually take the res down i guess. Im not sure what i did wrong or how to make sure that in the future when i call for a large group of people this doesnt happen again.

Great lounge, very well maintained pool tables and tools. Staff are friendly and the food is tasty. Great experience hope this will be maintained ! Highly recommended

The place is pretty nice. The music and vibe is great. Food and drinks are affordable. Service was excellent.

Great for large wings, (I had 1lb Dry Cajun) while you wait or playing pool. Fun atmosphere all round.

Perfect meet up place for friends game time. You can get a pool table for $21 an hour and have great ambience serving great brews and food. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Hope the place maintains its charm. Save your buck on Tuesdays with 1/2 price pool.

Extremely overpriced at $24/hour, especially when the equipment is mediocre at best. We brought our own cues, so I can't speak to the house cues, but the rakes are wobbly and the balls aren't even from matching sets??? It's strange to find a pool hall without carpet, but regardless, the floor has seen better days, with large chunks taken out of it. There were empties laying around and our assigned table was super sticky; we actually had to request that the area be cleaned up, as if that isn't something that is a given when the table changes hands. The bathroom was pretty disgusting too and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The music is blasting, so it gives off more of a nightclub vibe than a pool hall. I would recommend going elsewhere, even if you have to drive super far. I definitely wish I would have asked the rate before playing (but to be fair, never in a million years did I think it would be almost 2.5 times as expensive as competitor's rates), as I would have laughed and just walked right back out. We will not be returning. On the plus side though, they do have lots of tables and the staff was friendly enough. Reply to your reply because I don't see a place where I can do that...we were there for just under 2 hours and we paid over $50 (we did not get drinks). When we asked the girl how much pool is per hour, she told us it's $24 plus tax. So maybe your staff just overcharged us or doesn't even know your own pricing, but that's where my comment of $24/hour comes from. Thanks.

I really like this billiard. My son and I go every few months to shoot pool and hang out. There is a sweet lady there that provides terrific customer service. :)

great place with a very friendly atmosphere! lots of space and pool tables and everyone was really mindful about not accidentally hitting each other with the pool sticks! the drinks were 💯 and Sonya was the most friendly and engaging waitress 👏🏽👏🏽 just a lil pricey if you’re tight on cash - but worth it

Walked in on 1/2 price Tuesday for pool thinking I would get a long wait, got a table in 15 mins. Good tables with more than enough room. Ping pong is also very fun. Prices are very reasonable and will look for another reason to come back.

Great place to hang out with some friends and play some pool. Their nachos are delicious too!

Crowded, as expected. Lots of tables to play at, with a good service. Went on a weekend and had to wait for a bit before we could start. Good for a group as well and since it's kinda cheap, long play times shouldn't be a problem, if you know how to play. Don't need to be a pro to play. Equipment needs to be replaced/upgraded, since it's damaged because of heavy handling

Good service, good amount of pool tables, the cues are generally pretty good and the place is well kept and clean which is more than I can say for a lot of pool halls. The food is also pretty good. If you want to show your kids how to play pool, I would recommend this place above any other pool hall. Obviously it goes without saying that it's good for adults here too and it's not like you're going to find children running around all over the place.

A fantastic place for a cold one or shots with great atmosphere to play or just watch the shots to brush up on the angles that work or not .,surpassing the old pool hall stereo type .Very clean and professional without killing the fun of it all .I highly recommend it to anyone. Perfect place for a nice unwind at the end of the week. Their fries and snacks are very decent. Cocktails not so much.

Gets jam-packed on a Saturday night, arrive early for a pool table. We got there at 8pm and had to wait an hour to play pool. But in the meantime we enjoyed some beer, nachos, and chicken wraps. The staff were extremely friendly, service was fast, and food was surprisingly delicious!

We needed a good place for food and billiards, this is it. Lots of tvs for sports, great and beautiful staff. Only need them to do more rounds to check on patrons. We weren't certain to eat there or eat out so based on the staff not coming around to check we decided on a place to eat out. But what we did get there we enjoyed it.

Great lounge, lots of pool tables. One ping pong table. Good quality rackets, not enough space but still does the trick. Server is super friendly. Prices are acceptable for spending some time there. Will be back. Didn’t try any food or drinks here.

Clean, good atmosphere, good tables, good prices. Only reason I didn't rate it higher is because I didn't try any of their food. I would next time though.

I can't believe I have never visited Ripley's aquarium all these years. We went in a large family group. We parked across the street in a huge paid parking lot from aquarium (entrance of parking lot from lower Simcoe street) and it was a two minute walk to the aquarium entrance and CN tower. From parking lot to aquarium you also get to see the railway exhibition display. So cool to see the old rain engines. The aquarium itself is so amazing and has auto moving escalators as well in the tunnels with water all around you behind the clear see through glass. You can also just walk the tunnels if you prefer. You get to see massive sharks and sea life of all kinds. About half or three quarter of a walk they have washrooms and food area with seating and kids interactive play area. Then you also come across souvenir shops at the end and an open water pool where you can touch sting ray fish (if you get lucky). I think it's a must visit place for everyone and you will love it!

PLEASE fix your tables!!!! someone along the way messed up the facings on the pockets. the balls don't drop when they should, and instead rattle in front of the pockets. i know the difference between a missed shot and what i'm seeing here. also, please vacuum the tables more often. thanks.

A good friend took me by there in hopes that we wouldn't run into anybody I didn't know. Low and behold I knew a beautiful waitress that works there. The service was amazing and the food was great. Highly recommended.

This is the place I learned to play pool at! I'm still not very good but the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are lovely. There are a good number of pool tables and the food is great, just your typical bar food. The facilities were also very clean and the place is open late to keep the party going.

After visiting JJQ’s a number of times i can gladly give this place a 2 star rating. The idea of the place is great. A billiards lounge with table service for food and drinks. Unfortunately, the service is just terrible. On multiple occasions i’ve struggled to find a server just to order a drink. i sat in the lounge for 30 mins the other day waiting for a pool table with a friend and a server didn’t come by a single time. Not even for water. The staff isn’t all that friendly and above all else the pool tables aren’t that good either. The cues are all either crooked or have broken tips and the tables aren’t very high quality. if you want to go to a billiards lounge there are much better options in mississauga and if you want to go to a bar there’s also better options. this combination of the two just isn’t working. Overall wouldn’t recommend at all.
