Ordered Thursday's daily deal - dinner for two. Had an excellent experience. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and even after the drive home, the food was still a great temperature. The pick up order was ready on time. The biggest plus was the price, what a deal! I will definitely visit again.

The atmosphere is good and the customer service is very good. Staff is really nice and the servers always come by to check up on how things are. The manager also comes by to make sure all is well. As for the food, mostly it's great but sometimes the lobster is more on the soggy side. Some of the seafood is naturally salty, so if they add more salt to the dish it would be too salty. The biscuits are by far the best I've had and I like how you can ask them for more to take away 😉. Endless shrimp is also an event you must check out. Overall I would recommend it to others.

I have not been to red lobster since I was a child many many years ago and this place was 100x better than I remembered. Good affordable prices (for sea food) and staff were great with my small fussy Children. Clean spacious dining room and just A great place for families! Too bad the toy treasure chest is gone though

1st time visiting here will also be my last time at the Red Lobster Restaurant. Where do I even begin? We had the seafood stuff mushrooms and the seafood trio as main course. After 20min wait, we were presented with something that looked microwaved and thawed from the freezer. The shrimp is drenched in melted grease and butter. The Alfredo tasted like a soggy Mac and cheese. The crispy shrimp tasted old and did not have any batter. Our appetizer came later and did not look anything like how it was shown on the menu. I’m appalled at the quality of food served at this joint. I would not recommend this restaurant for any reason. Supremely disappointing.

We went for our dinner and ordered clam chowder and salmon fish with mashed potatoes and Cesar salad. And they served freshly made biscuits with dinner. O my God, every thing was soooooo yummy. We never had that much delicious seafood anywhere in Canada. Service was impeccable. Bill served us food with great suggestions. Even he offered us free biscuits because we love them. Overall it was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended

Had a great experience! We went during lunch hours and were seated and taken care of promptly. Food was delicious! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Dessert was very yummy as well. Definitely recommend the chocolate cake.

Had a really great server here (I think her name was Sara). She was really good and accommodating. The food itself was extremely delicious. The mussels for appetizers are THE BEST! I also love the lobster tails too!

The biscuits were delicious, can't say enough about how good they are. I stuffed myself eating several of them. They are free and unlimited! The unlimited Shrimp for $25 on Monday was great too. The Sweet & Chilly Shrimp & the Garlic Shrimp were my favourite. The Fish & Chips were decent, not the best!

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in YEARS. It's much more upscale than I remember. I recall nets hanging from the ceiling and a more fisherman feel. It's more like a regular family restaurant now. Very family friendly. Food was delicious and not dry. I got the ultimate endless shrimp. Came with one side which I thought wasn't very much for all the shrimp you get. The classic platters were filling and we were all stuffed after the meal.

Visited here today and tried the new Lobster &cheddar bay stuffed shrimp, it’s delicious My partner tried the ultimate endless shrimp (it’s kinda like a buffet that you can keep ordering shrimp from different options). He tried all the options and all of them taste amazing!

The service was super fast and staff was very friendly on the night before Valentine's day. Our waitress was super attentive and very accommodating. It felt like we had no sooner ordered our food and it was then on the table. The crab, shrimp, and scallops were delicious. 10/10

Biscuits, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp linguine and grilled shrimps were the best items on the menu! Lobster was okayish, baked potatoe was cold, dry and bland. Overall a good experience, but for me personally it was a one time thing. Didn’t really think it was worth spending 150+ on food that ended up tasting similar after one point. Service was excellent though!

Haven't been to a Red Lobster in over a decade and I decided to have some lunch with my father. It was like stepping back in time, same decor with some new high tech table top entertainement / ordering at each of the tables. We were quickly sat and our server was awesome (Elise). Her demeanor and service level is excellent. The reason for a 3 star review was the speed of service ( in her defence she was busy with high maintenance tables/ parties) Food quality....hmmm... accpetable. Cheddar biscuits are awesome. I could eat these all day. Appitzers were very oily. Entrees were tasty but my alfredo pasta had so much oil at the bottom of the plate..it was quite hard to eat. Portion sizes were very generous and in some cases excessive. Thanks to the awesome service and friendly staff...3 stars

We had the unlimited shrimp and tried all 5 options. The restaurant was busy so it took some time for the service and food. The server said we can only order 2 options at the beginning and both persons have to order the same shrimp for the first round. This doesn't really make sense to me tho but the shrimps taste good.

Last time I visited here was 2018 and it wasn't the beat experience - so I never returned here again. We saw the all you can eat shrimp and decided to try it out haha.... not only was the food on point, the customer service was excellent. I love how the seating is so spaced out and you don't really hear other parties around you.

First time eat here by gift card. The service is good. But I firstly know the tips is based on the left bill after Gift Card deductions. So I gave very little tips this time. My waiter may feel not good for this case. I am really sorry for it! His name seems starting with K.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. To start, I ordered fried calamari and seafood stuffed mushrooms as appetizers. The dipping sauce that came with it was also delicious and added an extra kick of flavor. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were also a hit, with a flavorful and savory filling that was cooked to perfection. For my main course, I went with the shrimp linguini and it was perfectly cooked and had a great texture, while the shrimp was juicy and tender. The sauce was the perfect balance of creaminess and tanginess, and the addition of fresh herbs added an extra layer of depth to the dish.

Unlimited shrimp was great as usual and overall wonderful service from King! I was very disappointed in the bacon mac and cheese. It was worse than Kraft dinner. I would not recommend it. Overall friendly, prompt service and mostly delicious food.

There is no words to describe this place . Food is still delicious since years and service is still 5 stars . Taher was our server and he was professional. For muslims Customers:Ask for non alcoholic cocktails and food without alcohol or pork. They will provide it for you with a smile

Went there with my family for early dinner. Surprisingly wasn’t busy . Food was good , but I think food portions got smaller than I remembered. Staff nice and service was good .

I drove 1 hour from Kitchener to come to this Red Lobster, my reason we're bad service at Kitchener. I did not regret the long drive coming here. Bill's service was INCREDIBLE omgness my 6-year-old son was so empress by Bill's service that he said “Mom that guy is the best”. That warmed my heart. I cannot express the feeling he made me and my family feel. After spending almost $300 I didn't regret anything! Hats off to billy ❤️❤️oh and food was nice as ALWAYS!

Still had fond memories of red lobster when I came when I was kid. They had all you can eat shrimp for $20 which was an awesome price for the 5 ways they cooked the shrimp. We had a new server B and he was very good and attentive with drinks and food orders. We started with mussels and then got right in the shrimps, it kept coming and the server would place the order so you didn't have to wait too long, the restaurant gets quite busy. Ended with the brownie ice cream dessert not as good as in the picture. Think, sub par freezer burned vanilla ice cream with 3 hard sliced brownies with whipped cream and one cherry on top. But overall I was so full and had a great meal, I would comeback but have to watch the waistline.

In Canada first time I am trying Red Lobster. I took ultimate feast ( comprise of shrimp, lobster and snow crabs) and grilled scallop. Food was tasty, fresh. Service was excellent. I did not give five stars only for price. I think it is expensive compare to food quantity and quality wise.
