Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. There are so many wonderful scents and an overwhelming array of products to choose from. They always have a sale going on as well. For example; Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 3 Get 3 Free

Nice experience in the store today. It is well lit. It is a nice delight to see the nice assortment of colours set beside one another. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The offer a coupon per customer as the end of September and then at the end of October. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. Kudos to Jada!

Neat and tidy location! Staff are not intrusive and clingy but readily available when you need help or have questions. Easy to locate in the mall its in. Not a bad trip at all.

Well lit & well organized store with helpful & patient staff that are not intrusive but available for answering your questions. Sales are well marked and the store isn't too overcrowded.

Way to agressive sales people. We are so desapointed. This used to be a fun place to shop. I guess making money is way more important than courtesy.

This location is my favourite in the city. I can always count on the employees here to have a wonderful attitude when I come in to ask about halloween releases in July, lol. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to help make the shopping experience enjoyable.

I went to rideau center to get the same scented perfume and they had none but ask for assistance and I got an excellent service by Amy super nice and charming. Help me find something as close as possible to what I had before. She listen to what i needed and if ever you need assistance I recommend Amy!! thanks you so much for your service ❤️

I went to the Rideo mall, Bath and Body works today. I was so impressed, I, uncharacteristically, decided to leave a review. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable sales associate. She was making sure everyone had their masks on and had sanitized which made me feel very respected and valued. The store was clean and laid out in a logical and beautiful display of fragrances and colours. The sales associate asked me questions on preferences, allergies, and even the mood I was trying to enhance for specific rooms. She made some fabulous suggestions based on my individual desires and I left feeling extremely satisfied and thankful I had stopped by. I never knew there was so much to know about fragrances and accessories. THIS IS NOW MY FAVORITE STORE EVER! Thank you BBW, you made a lifetime, devoted customer out of me!

Seasonal staff need more training. Greeters are polite but cashiers are rude for no reason.

Good products overall. Candle prices are a bit high, but wait for Candle Day, which is once every year, and they get 50% off.

Aromatic atmosphere filled with an assortment of smells, sights, and sounds. I was greeted right away and helped to find a good birthday gift for my friend. The price of the product was reasonable and it was quick and efficient service.

Found everything I was looking for :) always a rush going in there haha. Staff is always super friendly and always eager to help you find what you like!

I love coming to get candles but last night at around 6:30pm I encountered a very snooty worker. We asked her if the candles were on sale and she said: “all the candles are regular price”. She said it with such an attitude that was completely unacceptable. I told her that I had received an email and she made a face at me and then said, “okay well if you have the email then yes there’s a sale”. I don’t understand how someone can be so angry and rude and confrontational for no reason. Another customer was at the receiving end of the workers snootinesses and we looked at each other in shock at how rude someone could be. I won’t be coming to this location anymore. I’ve spent a lot of money on the products but I am not going to get snooted up while simply trying to buy candles for my house.

I love shopping at this location, the staff is very friendly and always help me find what I’m looking for and more. Sales associate Rachael always knows what candles and soap I like and takes time to show me similar scents based on my preferences and current promotions going on in the store. I always leave this store feeling cared for as a customer
