Was
honestly
very
excited
to
get
treatments
here,
but
was
very
disappointed.
Considering
that
it’s
one
of
the
most
expensive
clinics,
I
was
very
willing
to
spend
to
get
a
great
service
in
exchange,
but
wasn’t
worth
my
money.
I
booked
a
consultation
appointment
to
see
which
treatment
would
be
better
for
my
skin,
the
appointment
was
at
1pm,
in
fear
of
being
late
due
to
traffic
I
called
to
let
them
know
and
they
said
if
I’m
more
than
10
minutes
late
they
wouldn’t
be
able
to
take
me
(understandable),
I
ended
up
arriving
right
on
time
after
all.
Right
when
I
arrived
I
received
an
email
saying
that
my
appointment
has
been
moved
15min,
I
said
okay
no
problem
the
team
seemed
to
be
having
a
meeting
so
I
was
trying
to
be
understanding.
I
sat
there
waiting
until
1:35pm
before
the
technician
came
to
get
me,
she
wasn’t
even
apologetic
for
making
me
wait
35
minutes.
She
was
nice,
answered
my
questions
but
I
was
disappointed
by
the
fact
that
she
didn’t
take
any
time
to
look
at
my
skin
closely,
It
felt
like
she
was
just
trying
to
sell
me
treatments
without
trying
to
see
which
one
fits
better.
Anyways,
at
the
end
we
picked
the
time
an
date
for
the
treatment,
she
said
appointment
is
taken
and
that
she
will
be
sending
me
an
email
with
all
the
information
about
other
treatments
I
was
interested
in
by
the
end
of
the
day.
One
day
letter
I
never
received
an
email
nor
a
confirmation
for
the
booked
appointment
so
I
called
to
ask,
turned
out
the
appointment
was
never
booked
and
the
time
slot
is
already
gone,
considering
that
I
already
took
time
off
work
to
do
it
it
was
very
inconvenient
.
The
receptionist
can’t
help
and
all
she
says
is
she
can
send
an
email
to
the
technician
who
might
or
might
not
reply
within
two
days,
and
that
it’s
not
sure
the
technician
will
reply.
Now
I
found
a
clinic
cheaper,
better
reviewed
and
with
great
service
and
took
my
business
elsewhere.
Thanks
for
helping
me
save
a
few
hundred
dollars
and
get
a
better
service.
