So in QC you "need" a prescription by a Doctor, which is an additional $50 fee here. Waited 45 minutes for Nurse consultation. Doctor took casual personal call in front of me, did not ask me personal questions, called me "young lady" (creepy), I'm trans, so I felt even more disrespected. Nurse chatted about other patient matter, such as referrals, to Doctor. Doctor hastily signed the prescription analysis document in all the patients sections, when I pointed this out to the receptionist, they told me to not worry about it. Right at the last minute, nurse tried to push product on me I had not indicated interest in purchasing. I left feeling super weird about this experience. I chose Victoria Park Medispa specifically for the high level of quality offered, so I do hope and believe my treatment settles well. Unpleasant experience due to the level of disconcern from staff.

My friend was so excited about this place initially. She immediately recommended it to friends. But she is having difficulty pinning down the appointment dates. The clinic keeps changing the appointments. She is beginning to feel that they do not appreciate her. Sadly if the situation does not improve she may be forced to look elsewhere for treatment.

Though the center is nice and well located, I've had one of the worst customer service experience so far. The fact that they are busy they do not put client's satisfaction as priority. They say they would call back for an appointment, but they never do. You have to keep chasing. A real shame as I personally believed they had potential. Not recommended if you are used to good service.

Excellent laser technician and service ! The only thing is that they always seem to have some kind of issues when it's time to pay, either with prices that have changed or their system that isn't easy to navigate. But overall satisfied with my experience.

They changed the technician, who had to do the laser treatment for me, three times. This is so unprofessional. And when I confronted them with my scars from the treatment, they asked their doctor to see me and she said, in my face, that are you sure it wasn't there before, even though the second technician who did this to me wrote in the log that due to burn in the bikini area, she had to change the frequency (not sure what they call it exactly) of the laser device she always used for me! I was burned so badly that the very next session when I told her I couldn't walk for almost three days, she offered me to laser a small area of my thigh (my inner thigh) to forget about the pain the laser caused me last time. We ended up not doing it though. EDIT: Almost two months ago, Sabrina, the new manager at Victoria Park Medispa, downtown branch, called me to discuss about my case and possible solutions. She suggested a REFUND on the sessions from the date of burning till the end session. I have to be fair that despite my bad experience with their doctor which I still believe it was unprofessional, the follow-up from the manager and her assurance for compensation was comforting.

Nice place and nice people, but be prepared to wait 20 min past your booked appointment time if no other clients are there, up to an hour past the booked time if they are running late because of other clients. I've had multiple treatments between this location and Westmount and them making you wait well past the appointment time seems to just be part of the culture. It became a problem for me as I bought a package with multiple sessions. I can leave work for an hour and a half, not two and a half hours. Also you'll be asked for a tip, even on treatments where the high price reflects the equipment cost. This seems new from the past 2-3 years.

My experience here has always been wonderful, The technician (Wean Ibrahim) took the time to explain me the whole procedure and was super gentle. And Yoanna Fitoussi took all the time of the world to take of me after the procedure was done. This is the second time that I've done this procedure to remove my acne scars with them and my improvement has been incredible.

Firstly they offered my wife a package that would give her 8 sessions and didn't honor the promo. Only after I got involved and went there did they finally honor what was promised. The last time we showed up we were told that our daughter is not aloud to go in with her mom. We explained she has been with her mom all the others times and whats change. We were explained that for security purposes and her safety she would not be aloud and that they had made an exception the times before. Imagine putting our daughter at risk and lying about its been there policy. The manager came to talk to us and was beyond rude and raising her voice and telling me that the reason they allowed our daughter in the room was because I pressured them. Wow I wasn't even there the other times. Horrible service and lying and making up false stories is shameful and pure unprofessional. If I could give minus stars I would. STAY AWAY

Considering that it’s one of the most expensive clinics, I was very willing to spend to get a great service in exchange, but wasn’t worth my money. I booked a consultation appointment to see which treatment would be better for my skin, the appointment was at 1pm, in fear of being late due to traffic I called to let them know and they said if I’m more than 10 minutes late they wouldn’t be able to take me (understandable), I ended up arriving right on time after all. Right when I arrived I received an email saying that my appointment has been moved 15min, I said okay no problem the team seemed to be having a meeting so I was trying to be understanding. I sat there waiting until 1:35pm before the technician came to get me, she wasn’t even apologetic for making me wait 35 minutes. She was nice, answered my questions but I was disappointed by the fact that she didn’t take any time to look at my skin closely, It felt like she was just trying to sell me treatments without trying to see which one fits better. Anyways, at the end we picked the time an date for the treatment, she said appointment is taken and that she will be sending me an email with all the information about other treatments I was interested in by the end of the day. One day letter I never received an email nor a confirmation for the booked appointment so I called to ask, turned out the appointment was never booked and the time slot is already gone, considering that I already took time off work to do it it was very inconvenient . The receptionist can’t help and all she says is she can send an email to the technician who might or might not reply within two days, and that it’s not sure the technician will reply. Now I found a clinic cheaper, better reviewed and with great service and took my business elsewhere. Thanks for helping me save a few hundred dollars and get a better service.

The technician named Lisa Best did not listen to my wish to avoid treating my birthmark with the CO2 laser. I suggest that if you chose that clinic to be very strict and precise when you ask something because you might not get the message trough properly and end up with bad scarring… I never do bad reviews, but that deserved it. Not only that, but I pay thousands yearly to attempt removing my birthmark with laser Vbeam… Her lack of knowledge cost me to have a line much darker on my birthmark on my face…. I asked before the treatment not to go on it… It was a very simple request that she did not respect.

I had a consultation session today for under eyes fillers to remove dark circles and Dr Wong was very honest and upfront that she doesn’t recommend it because it wouldn’t be effective and suggested some alternatives. She took the time to explain them all to me and although im sad to understand that my genetics skin color won’t be able to be brighter but I appreciated her worth ethics and honestly- she could’ve went ahead and do it and it wouldve been a waste of money. Definitely I recommend this place.

Although I have received some great treatments at the spa. I was disappointed in my Ultherapy results for my neck. It remove some of my fat the neck ..my skin has more laxity..i did elixis as well.

Don’t be fooled by the nice decor, my impression is negative— from quoting to treatment to post treatment customer care. During the consultation, the tech told me she would call me back as she had to talk to their trainer to finalized my plan. I waited for a month +, so I contacted the call centre and cancelled all my upcoming RDV, she then called me saying “further skin assessment needed after taking BBL treatment” I took the first BBL treatment, during checkout they told me a new plan and quote that I never heard about, I eventually paid the full price for a single session as they couldn’t find the quote paper. I shouldn’t have tipped, cuz they wasted so much time, the treatment was late and I told them I had to run. This treatment gave me reaction for three wks despite using the mildest product and putting sunscreen on everyday. I emailed them but no one helped out. One virtual appointment was scheduled to assess my skin condition, was told they would call me but they never did, tho later I found out it’s via video calling. Regardless, they should have called me as they have my number. The following week I received an email saying as I didn’t buy their products, reaction should be expected if not following the post care routine— I had emailed them what post care I used before this email, but they didn’t even replied to me. Completely disappointed, I called the call centre and was told my experience didn’t reflect their standard, they apologized and promised their branch manager Sylvie would contact me— no she didn’t. Fun fact on the quote: half face is more expensive than full face.. 😂

Took an appointment for mole removal which was already 1 month away. I confirm with them my appointment at the beginning of the week, all good. To now get a call saying the person they booked me with doesn't do mole removal!? I had to take another appointment another month away?! Shouldn't they have known that BEFORE giving me an appointment with the wrong personal. This procedure has to be done before summer to prevent discoloration or scaring. Since I'm going on vacation in beginning May, I cannot take their new appointment and would have to wait until the fall. If you value your time, look somewhere else.

I went yesterday to do some lip fillers with nurse Iryna, that Mariam referred me to, that works at the same location and let me tell you! I usually bruise very easily and I am terrified of needles, she made me feel so confortable and at ease. I barely felt the needle going Mariam told me that she had an angel touch but I did not expect her to be this gentle. I highly recommend her and I am for sure going to see her to do more procedures in the future! I had such a great service the team members were all so kind, friendly and made me feel welcomed.

I got my BBL treatment with Sabrina and it was AMAZING! My skin looked great even after the fist treatment. Sabrina was super helpful in explaining everything about the treatment and took her time to ensure I had a proper post treatment skin routine. I used to be a client a few years ago. I got laser hair removal. I would strong suggest everyone to avoid this place. This place is more expensive than most other spas, you’d think you’ll get better service but no where close to that. The salon has left me feeling selfconcious and feeling ugly.

I came here for a breast augmentation consultation with Dr. Hani Sinno. All of the staff is very welcoming and I felt very comfortable. During the consultation, Dr. Hani Sinno was very informative and explained all possible risks as well as the measures he applies in his OR in order to minimize the risks as much as possible. He takes his time in discussing his suggestions as well as what your ideal outcome would be. I did not feel rushed in any way and he was very attentive to my concerns and any questions I had. I am very excited to be having my surgery with him soon and feel that I've picked a surgeon who really goes above and beyond to provide the best quality results and patient satisfaction :)

First time going to Victoria Park Medispa, absolutely loved it! Thanks to COVID my appointments were canceled in January but I called them and they were able to reschedule them quickly. The place is simply beautiful and the location is convenient for everyone. Got my peeling with Marie-Samuelle and she was just so sweet and professional. She gave me really good advices for skin care products (which are amazing btw) and we had a refreshing conversation about the science behind every treatment. I was with this clinic since it's opening, though I didn't visit it for 2 years during the pandemic. As soon as I returned back, I am surprised by the new management team. All new faces, but a more dynamic and professional team, top down! They care, respect, and prioritize customer benefits over theirs sales. Compared with the past, I was advised to do BBL anytime, the new team advised not to do BBL in summer unless with protections. Besides, the new team seems adding new procedures to Microdermabrasion. It's been a while, I couldn't remember how it was done. But obviously, this time of treatment took longer and used different serums for specific purpose. Thanks to the consultant, Sabrina! She's knowledgeable and speaks like a chemist, knowing all the chemical ingredients. I do appreciate her academic style of approach. When she conducts BBL treatment, she also explains what it targets for during each step. The only a little bit "unpleasant" part would be a little bit late response to emails. I hope this new team could continue what they're good at, keep improving what need to be improved, becomes and represents the highest standard in the beauty industry. A side story, my file got lost during the pandemic, I was sad and kind of being irritated by the attitude of a girl from the call center when this issue was initially brought up. However, Rebecca, the reception girl, calmed me down with her sincerity, alerted the issues to her supervisor and had it solved. I could feel her care over the phone. She's the best reception girl I've met at Victoria park so far. I wish all the girls could have a good career at Victoria along with the growth of this brand.

Had a treatment with Dr Sylvestre. Amazing experience. She explains everything thoroughly, explains her rationale behind every decision. Every treatment is well thought out and meticulously planned. She is super friendly and makes you feel at ease.

I went in for microneedling. The lady that took care of me was a sweet heart 10/10! But when I got to the receptionist to pay, the lady was very rude for no reason at all. She even gave me a disgust/I’m angry look. She was very unpleasant. I never went back after that and never will.

For my first ever experience with neuromodulators and fillers, I chose Dr. Sylvestre, and I am so glad I did! As a first timer, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect but she absolutely blew me away with her knowledge, passion, and patience. She spent hours (!) with me between consult and treatment, and I am still so shocked at how meticulous and thorough she was. And of course the results were just amazing. This is an absolute gem of a clinic. The staff always makes me feel welcome and special. I was treated by Dr Sylvestre and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is so professional and makes you feel at ease.

A patient man, a good listener, focused on the needs of his patients, and warm with a human approach; these are the qualities I retain from my experience with Dr. Sinno. Dr. Sinno accompanied and cared for me for over a month after I had undergone cheek injections at another clinic (Clinique Luxe Beauté). Following the procedure, I developed a severe infection on my face. When I say severe infection, I mean: 2 months of antibiotics, three doses of intravenous antibiotics, more than five syringes of pus removed from my cheeks, more than 30 hours in the emergency room, a CT scan, almost a month without work, and so on. Initially, the Luxe Beauté clinic had informed Dr. Sinno to pay all costs related to my infection. However, throughout the entire process, we had no follow-up or payment from them. Despite the situation, Dr. Sinno reassured me that he would continue to help and heal me, and he did. Thank you again to the entire team for your exceptional service and humanity.
