I just had the most friendliest kindest and cleanest Dollarama experience I have ever had. Staff were super helpful even to find the oddities I was looking for. Made suggestions of other places to go should I not be able to find the items I needed. They also allowed me to use the washroom, which was very kind. I was stunned of how impeccably clean it was and the pride of ownership of the staff stocking and arranging shelves. Excellent Dollarama location

Always get great deals. Finally found 60 watt' 8 Watt LED A19 bug lights. I must have looked in at least 6 other Dollarama stores all over the country before I finally found them in this store.

They have very nice people working here: friendly and helpful. The store is a good sized one with plenty of stock. Parking is OK except on weekends when the crowd invade the nearby T&T supermarket. Nice store with nice staff.

I loved Dollarama $1.25 Gatorade are the best.

Consistent chain appearance. Low prices for cheap stuff, mostly not name brand. Good for cheap toys, crafts, disposable serving, storage, cooking sheets, holiday decorations. Now accepts credit/debit. No returns or exchanges. Usually good service. Better than non-chain competitors.

I like this place. Consistant good finds here. Best prices for greeting cards, and so much more.

Not as big as other places, but never the less, great for shopping!

Stock and aisles are decent, parking is ok, not my fav location but no complaints.

I find this location to have the best selection of all the Dollarama's. Most carry the same items, but this one seems to either get the items sooner or carry some differences.

The cleanest, most well stocked and friendliest Dollarama in the city. I had the most pleasant employee serve me this morning and she was a gem! I can't recall her name, but she was on cash as the store opened. Despite the challenges this front line worker has endured to ensure we as consumers have our essential items, she was so friendly, polite, helpful and definitely made my trip a positive experience. Thank you!

It's a dollar store. What more can I say. I wish the aisles where better marked. Good for random odds and ends but your aren't going to find the best quality items here. But you get what you pay for.

It's a regular Dollarama ... There's nothing particularly wrong... It just seems to have less variety than some other ones. It's located in a busy mall, too... So parking is difficult.

Had everything I was looking for

Absolutely loved the stock. Was extremely disappointed in the attitude of one employee who continuously was talking about how we were buying too much, and not staying home enough, therefore we are in lockdown cause of it. This was my first time in a dollarama in over 1 month and was looking forward to getting a few things I hadn't grabbed in a while. She was also short with the cashier, who nicely and very politely asked if she could hop on cash to help. She responded "Well, thats what I'm here for" extremely rude. The entire time we were in the store she stood in one spot talking as another employee worked, and continuously said how great of a worker she herself was. Boasted about her 20 years of experience merchandising, and then proceeded to make excuses as to why she wasn't getting work done, due to the volume of customers. I would like to point out, the cash was empty as we approached, but I had grabbed as much as I could, to avoid another trip soon, therefore my order was 200+ and caused a lineup. Won't be returning after that embarrassment.

This is one of my favorite Dollaram in Ottawa. Great staff with excellent customer service. The variety of the products is good especially craft and stationary.

Place is a typical Dollarama. The checkout is streamlined - which is great when it gets busy. Staff are nice, and helpful. One negative, and I'm thinking it's likely an honest mistake, but when I asked if they had chop sticks, the worker seemed to think they did and proceeded to bring us to their wooden screwers. I don't think they had any, been back twice since and there were none...
