Thank you so much to everyone who helped with the pocket watch that I ordered. My boyfriend's birthday is mid- November but I picked this piece up back in August. I was on a waitlist for that piece for a while and I didn't want to miss out so I ordered it as soon as I saw that it was back in stock. Customer service was absolutely remarkable. I put down a deposit and they were so patient while I awaited the rest of the funds. He absolutely loved it when I gave it to him today, and we will definitely be back!

Purchased a watch online... promptly got a text about my order with pickup information as well as getting prompt responses to my questions about other watches in stock. I went in to see another watch not listed yet on their website, but realized they were closed for renovations. I sent them a quick text about coming back when they re-open, but got an immediate response to just come in the store so I could inspect the other items in stock (going out of their way to help me in the middle of renovations). I ended up swapping my original order a different watch with absolutely no hassle or extra steps on my part. Great customer service, highly recommended! (I was weary of a mall location store, but rest assured the service here is top notch similar to purchasing at downtown/bespoke locations -- from my experience).

Called this place in search of a limited watch and was happy to hear they had it at no markup since they are a Grand Seiko retailer. I showed up a few hours later and they had great customer service and a smooth purchase process. The manager/(owner?) And his son are friendly. Making a large purchase can be a trying time, but the wonderful humans at Golden Tree Jewellers made it easy. I had visited the store several times and dealt with a couple of different associates, however after shopping at a competing store and not getting a great vibe, I returned and met Clarissa. Clarissa took the time to show me tons of options they had in store, and when I asked about a special order did everything she could to provide as much information as possible. I decided to pull the trigger on the special order Grand Seiko I wanted, and sat down for the long wait (as these orders can take now adays). Well, less than a week later I had my beautiful new watch on my wrist, and couldn't be happier. Dealing with GTJ is an absolute pleasure, and I hope to be dealing with Clarissa for many years to come when making a significant purchase.

This is a great local family run business that caters to their clients. Super friendly staff and great selection in store. The only place this side of the Port Mann to buy a high end watch such as Tudor, Breitling and Omega. They have a great selection of jewellery as well. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. NO PRESSURE at this store. I have shopped here for 25 yrs and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough for our experience with Joe and golden tree jewellers. My fiancé and I had become a bit frustrated and defeated after having visited so many different stores in search of the minimalist style that she wanted for an engagement ring. Finally when we came upon golden tree and met with Joe he knew exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable!!! The first time I went to Gold Tree the service was amazing. Madison has exceptional customer service skill :). I originally went in to purchase a Christmas gift /10TH wedding anniversary ring. Madison was great with helping me pick my final ring. However, 7 days later a diamond fell out of my ring. I drove from Abbotsford to Langley again. I told Madison of my situation and was given the opportunity to either get the ring fixed or get an exchange. I opted for an exchange and purchased a ring that was more expensive, whomever was in charge gave me $100.00 off. I went to golden tree based on a recommendation from family who had previously purchased jewelry from them. I was a little skeptical based on my experience with other mall based jewelry stores (other stores were pushy, over priced, inexperienced, not knowledgable, using phrases like “if you really love her, you’ll go for the more expensive one”) After my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and integrity of the sales people. I ended up using golden tree for almost all of my jewelry gifts, engagement ring, wedding ring, etc. they were extremely helpful and empathetic to our situation when we had warranty issues with Noam Carver (not golden trees fault at all). They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. It is refreshing to be able to post a review like this since not many companies offer the customer service that golden tree does. To put it simply, just go to golden tree for all your jewelry needs.

The level of service and support was amazing. After much consideration and a great deal of assistance from the Gold Tree Jewelers team with my choice, I ordered a speciality piece from italy that needed to arrive before Christmas. A tall order! They were on it every step of the way and even stayed up past 11pm a couple of nights to check tracking to ensure the item moved through Europe on time to meet the deadline. A family business that goes above and beyond. It was nice to have such an extraordinary level of attention from beginning to end. You just can’t get this experience on line!

We walked in randomly one day to look for wedding bands (not gonna lie, we were pretty annoyed with shopping at this point) and we’re greeted and helped by Clarissa. Honestly, this girl was a breath of fresh air! It was so nice to be helped and not pushed/sold a product in a jewelry store. She cleaned my engagement ring so it would shine just as brightly as the other bands we were testing out. She told us she had only been working there a couple months, but you couldn’t tell. She was friendly, good sense of humour, helpful, and most of all GENUNE. She helped me find the perfect band, but even if I’d found a ring somewhere else I’d likely still go back to her to see what she could do. She 100% was the reason our experience was so amazing! Given that I was looking to purchase a watch that's still quite hard to get your hands on (Tudor's Black Bay Fifty-Eight) I shopped around at all the Tudor Authorized Dealers in the lower mainland. Sometimes AD's for luxury watches can be a bit... stuffy, but that wasn't at all the case with Golden Tree. From beginning to end Chelsea and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, accomodating all my needs and patiently answering my occasional eager phone calls. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will certainly be back to shop with them again.

My fiance and I went to Golden Tree Jewlery to look at wedding bands for him and I. We worked with Simer and he was wonderful, friendly, and accomodating to any request we had. I had a special request about my wedding band and he made it happen, no problem. My fiance had a problem with his ring size and they fixed it (twice!) with no hassles. Simer in particular was amazingly patient and made sure we had exactly what we needed but the whole staff there were exceptional.
