The store was busy but she put her full focus and care into my appointment. She was helpful, easy going and not pushy since it was my first time trying on dresses. I ended up finding the one I love at Park & Fifth and couldn't be happier with the end result! The dress made to order fit me like a glove. Liza again helped me when I came to pick it up, and it was such a warm and lovely experience again! So happy with everything - from my simple yet elegant wedding dress made in Vancouver to fabulous customer service. Highly recommend for the simple, elegant, and sustainable bride. If you’re looking for a wedding guest dress, start here. You’ll probably save half a day trying to walk between stores. There are so many styles, sizes, and colours available and the space is beautiful. Every time I visit, it’s just such a calm experience. I know I’ll find something that works and it just puts me at ease. Plus the staff are so helpful and they have cute shoes you can try on in all heights.

So far, so good! I just completed my virtual fitting and Lindsey was warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was ready to purchase the Kensington pretty much off the rack but Lindsey guided me through the options for mixing and matching bridal tops and skirts which opened up a whole new set of possibilities! I'm receiving two dresses through the sample program before making my final decision and it feels like the perfect balance between the ease of shopping online and the special moments of trying on dresses with loved ones.

I got a beautiful wedding guest dress here. They have sophisticated design dresses in nice colors, a variety of sizes, good materials, and atmosphere. They helped to find a certain design that I was looking for. The fitting room is nice and big, they have some heels that you can try to see with the dress. The first time, I booked an appointment for the weekend but it seems I didn't have to. Speaking of wedding dresses, there are not many varieties of wedding dresses and They are super simple so this place suits you who are looking for a simple natural wedding party.

I recently visited Park & Fifth for a bridal appointment. The bridal space is a nice touch in the otherwise beautifully-appointed space. Liza was super friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed having her help me find my dress. She emailed me all the relevant information I needed immediately after my appointment. The dresses are beautifully simple. They are very well made and the fabrics are high quality. I think the value cannot be beat for this kind of quality and design. I'm pumped to get married in this dress! Also looking forward to coming back for regular clothes; everything looked super cute!

Two positive experiences shopping for bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses. The team was extremely helpful and even offered their opinions to help narrow down to the right colour and style choices. The showroom is elegant and spacious with a wide variety of fabric and colour options. I like that they offer different price points so it's easy to find a dress with many under $200. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dresses, especially the satins! Highly recommend checking our Park & Fifth if you're looking for bridesmaid dresses that don't look like traditional 'bridesmaid dresses'.

Non existent customer service. I walked around with a handful of dresses and no one offered any help to start a room. None of the associates were around to flag down while in the change room, making it a disappointing experience having to go and grab your own dresses in different sizes. A “laid back environment” for the associates indeed. While I do appreciate they carry extended sizes, the dresses just don’t work as well on curvy bodies. The proportions don’t scale properly when they were designed originally for thinner and straighter figures.

I’ve purchased 5 dresses from P&F. All from their social occasions styles. The rules were very clear on the website and I even called ahead and made sure I was able to go in-store and try on dresses without an appointment (I was not shopping for a bridal dress though). There was a lot of selection and good sizing available. I am a large in regular clothes and an XL in P&F. Across the board, most of the dresses fit me well in XL. There was only 1 or 2 that I’ve tried on that I had to try on as an XXL. So I would say the sizing is consistent. I have visited the Vancouver location and the store is beautiful with ample fitting rooms. The quality of the fabric is great and I love how it is made in Canada. Every time I have come in, the staff are always so friendly and helpful! I have never had a bad experience. I get lots of compliments on my dresses and I have recommended this store to all my friends and family. Will definitely keep an eye out for new styles that come out!

I had a great experience at Park and Fifth and would definitely buy a dress from them again. I really enjoyed working with Amanda. She was thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable throughout. When my wedding dress arrived (it gets shipped in the mail), there was a defect in it, so I reached out to customer care and they fixed it for me right away. My only feedback would be that it would have been great if there was the option to pick up the dress in store once ready. The dress gets shipped in a box, so if it was raining outside it would have got all wet on my doorstep from the rain. Luckily, it was dry the day it arrived!

We had such a wonderful experience for our bridal party shopping at P&F! Our assistant was Chloe who managed our big group of 6 loud ladies SO well. She was so lovely and helped us find styles and sizes that worked for our entire group, which was made up of all heights and sizes. The extended sizing options at P&F were so great and we were able to find a dress for everyone; the inclusive sizing is so appreciated. We previously went to another bridal store that just was not as helpful to find sizes for our group and the styles were outdated. The styles and colours at Park and Fifth are so beautiful, we are hoping we can order the dresses we want in time for the big day. The only thing was that we were a group of 6 so we think 1.5 hours would have been just a bit more time than the permitted one hour time slot.

What an amazing store! I had my first appointment last week and my second one today. Both girls who assisted me during my appointments were incredible. They were super helpful but not pushy or over bearing at all. Their customer service was really top of the line. My first appointment was try on as many dresses as possible and then my second one was a lot more relaxed as I had narrowed it down. I ended up buying my wedding dress today - I love the bridal event dresses concept and it’s not something that I’ve been able to find anywhere else in Vancouver. Highly suggest!!

Went to Park & Fifth on two separate occasions, helping friends look for dresses for weddings. Super appreciated the kind ladies helping us out. Thank you for helping zip zippers, tie laces and making us feel comfy and safe. Dresses are a bit on the higher priced side, but the quality and fit are beautiful. If you're looking for a wedding dress, party dress, or an any occasion treat-yourself dress, this is the place to be. Bonus is that it is a very safe experience as you prebook your appointment. They're good about not having much people in at the same time and it's a huge space. There is no rush and you can take your time looking at dresses within your time slot. Really enjoyable and lovely experience

I had the best time at Park & 5th. My friend booked me a bridal appointment here and I couldn’t be more thankful. Dresses were in fact below my budget, which I’ve yet to find, and are gorgeous, amazing quality. I’ve officially found the dream dress for me!! It’s nothing like I thought I wanted but simple is just undeniably classic and chic. I brought my sister to shop for her maid of honour dress too. Lindsey (hope I’ve got the spelling!) helped my group and we loved her; she perfectly struck the balance between giving me help and letting my friends and I do some shopping and discussions on our own. I came in for a bridal appointment with my 3 best friends and we had a great time at their new location. Lisa was very helpful with making sure that I understood the different styles and how customizable things really were. I found my dream dress and all 4 of us also ended up trying on and buying the same dress that Lisa had on! I had been looking for 7 months for a dress to wear to my cousins wedding. Specifically a dress that was plus sized that did not make me look like a grandma. I came upon this company by chance 4 weeks before the wedding and they were able to accommodate the size I need, the colour I want and even did a rush order for me. They also allowed me to pick it up in their Toronto store so I would not have to wait on shipping. The team was nice and friendly and really worked to show me that they are willing to help out their potential clients. I will definitely buy from them again when it's time for my own wedding!

Booked a bridal apt, had an excellent service and although I didn’t choose any gowns for myself at the end of the fitting the designated assistant was lovely all the way through the process. Great quality and service, choose my bridesmaids gowns and they are very happy with it !

Really beautiful and well made dresses. Got a bridesmaid dress from here last year and had a first fitting for a bridal dress here last week. Jenny helped us with the bridal dresses and was great - didn’t feel like I was being pushed into a sale and she showed us a lot of great accessory options. Will likely be getting my wedding dress from here in the fall!

An amazing shop with beautiful well made dresses for brides and for regular shopping. The BEST part was they are sooo affordable. I bought my wedding dress for 375 dollars!!! Well worth the trip. It's not a huge store but if you go online and check out what you want, you can go and try it on and see what works for you. I ended up picking a dress i thought I wouldn't like! The woman who helped me julia was also wonderful to work with. She didn't rush me and just guided me to the right dress and gave her opinion when needed. I loved the service and the dress! Can't wait for my wedding day!

I LOVE Park & Fifth! I came here shopping for my wedding dress and had a fantastic experience. The space is so beautiful, and Jen made the experience so seamless and fun! While I didn't end up buying my wedding dress here, I ended up purchasing another dress from their social occasions collection, and have plans to buy more! The styles and patterns are so beautiful, the quality is excellent, and I feel really good supporting a company who cares about sustainability and makes their garments locally. The customer service is also excellent. Love love love!

One of very few Canadian retailers that has modern dresses for special galas, events and weddings, including a bridal collection. Very reasonably priced and the service is exceptional. I was looking for a specific dress for my friends wedding and I was in a time crunch. I called the Park & Fifth Calgary location and they were able to find the dress in my size in a matter of minutes. The woman working took my information and had it shipped the same day. My bridesmaids also got their bridesmaids dresses from the Calgary location and they were amazing to deal with! I would recommend Park & Fifth to anyone for bridal, bridesmaids or events. They are an amazing Canadian company!

I recently visited the Vancouver Park and Fifth store in search for a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. The dresses at the store were perfect for me and my bridesmaids. My experience at Park & Fifth was exceptional! I recently got engaged and was super nervous about finding a wedding dress. I knew I wanted to feel beautiful and confident but I never pictured myself in anything over the top. From the moment we walked in, my mind went to ease. The dresses were perfectly modern and the vibe was very calm. Bennie (our stylist) made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole appointment. She was so kind and helpful, showed me ways in which to alter the dresses or add to them. Since I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, I really needed this guidance. I am so thankful for Bennie and Park & Fifth for making this experience memorable. My appointment was so nice. JENNY WAS AMAZING! I was apart of the bridal party and she just was honestly so pleasant and accommodating to the bride! She listened and was patient and just kept everything so genuine. All the dresses were gorgeous and her product knowledge was truly top tier. Jenny had such amazing ideas about taking different elements we loved in certain dresses and how we could incorporate it together. Definitely coming back with the bride and also just for myself as they carry some great bridesmaids but also casual dresses!

My bridesmaids and I had the best possible experience here. The staff was fun, accommodating and supportive! number of the staff members even went above and beyond to accommodate my bridesmaids from out of town who were unable to attend the appointment purchase the right dress. 11/10! I'd also like to mention the selection and variety of dresses is impressive, there was a style and color that fit each and every one of my friends! that still aligned with my vision. Thanks P+F!

I really enjoyed my experience at Park and Fifth. Ashley was so helpful! And the dresses and store are both beautiful. Appreciate that you can often order gowns in other colours or with small changes (like thicker straps). I do wish they had a larger variety of sizes on hand. But really appreciated that Ashley went out of her way to find things in my size, and we were able to look at the different options online.

I said Yes! to the Lincoln dress at Park & Fifth. P&F was the first of three places I checked out for dresses and I knew I would end up choosing a dress from here. I actually had a hard time deciding between at least three dresses! Maddy was a great stylist. Warm and helpful every step of the way. The dresses I tried on were perfect for my beach wedding. Classy and modern, light and breezy. The best part was the price. I’m wearing this dress (and dragging it over sand) for one day so I’d feel like weird paying an arm and leg for it. With customizations and the 90-day rush fee, my dress came out to slightly over $1,000. I will need some alterations so Maddy was very helpful in providing me with recommendations for trusted tailors in the area. I love this place and will be coming back again for other formal events or just when I feel like buying a gorgeous summer dress.
