I don't like being picky, but on top of the super slow service... I feel like at least I should be getting a good banana if I'm gonna pay $12+ for a bowl.

Whenever you crave for açai bowl, I would recommend this place. Have been there so many times and the customer service is amazing. Jaspreet was the one who helped me the last 2 times and she is always caring in provide the best experience. The bowl was well served, beautiful and the most important tasty.

Wow this place gets busy! Despite that, the quality of the smoothies remains consistent. My favourite by far is the Almond Butternut Dream smoothie. It starts out at about $7.95 and if you make add-ons it can quickly become well over $10. I have to say the quality is great though, you get a full meal out of the smoothie and feels like you get what you're paying for. I've ordered from here at least 5 times in the last 2 months, its my go to place when i forget lunch.

I’m only going to share my smoothie experience. They have a broad selection of smoothies. I tried 2 and they were delicious. It would be nice if they had more keto options. Only one at the moment. They have a food supplements store, they sell healthy snacks and juices and offer some stretching services in the back.

We’ve been to other body energy clubs And this location has been the worst one. They did not blend the smoothies properly and all 4 of our smoothies were chunky with pieces of ice. Not good.

30min for a smoothie, while i was waiting in the freezing cold outside! i saw multiple people (more than 8) after i had placed my order getting their smoothies so when at almost half hour mark i went back inside to check on my order that had never been placed at the “kitchen”... it was ready in 2min. since the girl in the back got my receipt!

I go here a lot and they never disappoint me. This is the best location as they have excellent smoothies, tasty and extremely beautiful looking bowls. :). The quality is amazing, the staff is super helpful and polite. Robson BEC is a "must visit" location for sure.

Love ya'll - but you guys aren't blending your smoothies enough. This is the 3rd time in a row I've ordered a smoothie and there's chunks of fruits in it. Pretty common at this location. Plz just extend time blending...??

Supplement store and smoothie bar. This store is the smallest BEC I've been in but it looks like the variety in the stock of supplements, snacks, and ready meals is still very large. I didn't really look at the supplements but I did notice they have a lot of protein bars here that I haven't seen in other stores. I've gotten smoothies at the UBC location many times and I really enjoy the smoothies there. They have a variety of flavours, so whatever I'm craving, I can find a smoothie or bowl for it. You can choose whey or vegan protein for all smoothies. The smoothies always have a great flavour and consistency, and the bowl toppings complement the smoothie base perfectly. Fruits are fresh. It's stuff you want to eat not just because it's healthy, but because it's delicious. This was my first time visiting here and I got a Chocobliss bowl, which met the same quality standards that I expect from the other location, so I'm going to assume they're consistent. At roughly $9 for a smoothie and $13 for a smoothie bowl, the prices are actually competitive with similar smoothie bars, and I have no complaints about the product. The cons of this particular store are that it's really cramped. I couldn't find a place to wait for my bowl to be prepared without getting in the way of other customers or the staff stocking the shelves. I went back later that day to pick up some packaged snacks and drink mix and had the same problem where I was always in someone's way or someone was in my way. There's also no place to sit and eat, except for a single table outside, which I tried to use but quickly gave up on since there was a guy smoking on the street corner which is an appetite-killer. The bowl took a while to make. This is partially just inherent in the nature of how precisely the toppings are arranged. Based off other customers I saw that ordered smoothies, smoothies are significantly faster, but still not really fast enough to actually be called fast.

Always a great customer service and knowledgeable staff who patiently answered my questions being a new gym member. I was suggested many great products that truly made me feel better in terms of energy and weight loss. I love my Keto smoothie there! It’s the best 💙

Once again, BE Robson fails to deliver. Order placed @ 7:09 am. I arrive at 7:22 am to pickup. When I arrive, I am informed that they have NOT received my order and they are not accepting online orders at the moment. Confused as to why my order went through. Selected the extra liquid option, smoothie comes out with popsicle-like consistency. Poor staff member is working by herself with zero support (kudos to her) and once again, this business fails to meet basic expectations when it comes to execution and ergonomics.

Stopped by for a protein smoothie after a workout and it didn’t disappoint! I ordered the blueberry açai smoothie and it was super refreshing and delicious! Highly recommend! The staff are super nice and helpful. They also have a great selection of protein snacks. The price for the smoothie was fair (~$8.99), but I think the bottled cold pressed juice is overpriced.

Customer service here is not friendly. The chashier has a bit of attitude while I was trying to choose a meal and using my gift cards. The girl who prepared my meal was nice. The only reason I shopped here was because we received gifts cards from our employer otherwise I would never come here.

This is the best place to go for smoothies, period. Everything is fresh, healthy, while tasting delicious. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about their product. They are open early at 7 am and you can place an order online for pick up.

Probably the best açai bowl I’ve ever had. Mixed with protein, fresh, cold and delicious. This is place has very healthy options and it is ideal for someone with a very healthy lifestyle and diet. Lots of macros and nutrients in every option. There is only two tables outside to have a seat, so if you want to enjoy your order in house this is not your place.

Super nice way to eat healthy, to grab or eat in the small terrasse outside the shop. Best açai bowl I’ve ever had 💘 Smoothies are great too!! I really recommend them! Very nice service as well!

I’m in love with this store. Great variety of drinks, salads and bowls. They’ve got something for everyone. I usually go there for Açai bowls and smoothies and you can taste the freshness and energy in the food. Very friendly staff and definitely worth every cent that you pay for it. For anyone who says healthy/vegan food is rabbit food, check this place out.

I’m from NY. This place is INCREDIBLE. In town for a week … came here for a smoothie in am and some probiotics in pm. They went Above and Beyond to answer questions and help. Store was full tonight and still…. The woman came out from behind tree counter (making a smoothie) to speak with me. Their selection is off the chain ! Yes yes and yes.

Love body energy club. I go at least 2-3 times a week for their smoothie bowls and use their protein daily. However the last few times I’ve been they’ve said their smoothie bowl blender is “broken” or that they don’t “have time” to make the smoothie bowl. Today I was told the wait would be 20 minutes, and then another employee told me they were done making bowls. I told the employees I’d be happy to wait, but they ignored me. This happened at 6:50pm, they don’t close until 10pm. If you can’t make the menu items why are they on the menu. The man that helped at the cashier was kind and helpful, but the other staff was unfriendly and dismissive.

I have to say, as tasty as the smoothies are and how valuable some of their merchandise is, service is slow, unfriendly and elongated, despite having an adequate amount of staff. The front staff member continuously tried to upsell the customer in front of me on membership to body Energy Club, despite her telling him that she was only interested in buying a smoothie one time, absolutely ignoring myself and and those begind me in line. After finally placing my order, the two women in the back making the smoothies prioritized socializing over their role of making a smoothie, again, not being concerned with the queue of smoothies to make. Don't waste your time here. The amount of inattention given and lack of respect to the customer is absolutely absurd, uncalled for, and a true testament to the pretentiousness of many people in downtown Vancouver. Take your business elsewhere if you so choose.

Great prices and selection of nutrition products: such as vitamins, Whey Protein, fish oil, etc.....just about everything you need! Great Customer Service. They also make fantastic Smoothies!

Although I normally never have issues at this location. I did not have a good experience this time around. Not only did they take 15 min to make my smoothie (people that ordered after me got theirs before me) but they also made it with whey not vegan protein, making me sick.

Love going here and great food but this location was rude. The girl working messedup my order so I nicely said it was wrong and the girl making it rudely said well you need to go tell the cashier so she can charge u. Instead of letting the cashier know she made me wait in a long line and decided not to make my bowl, she made it last again making me wait for a second time and taking her time while making it when she was done she rudely was like there you go... Definitely not going to this location again

I really love their smoothies usually but I just ordered a cherry ripe smoothie with vegan protein and I haven't had it before so I don't know if it's supposed to be like this, but it's the consistency of water but with bits of cacao nibs giving a really bad mouth feel. Again, I don't know if this is normal ? I'd love some insight on this thanks!

I order from a few of your locations. I haven't been satisfied since I got my smoothie from the granville store. Both the bowls and smoothies are inconsistent. Moreover the service is all over the place. Every store serves it differently in terms of quality, flavor, texture, and the time it takes to get delivered to us customers. Some stores are better. I get it's on high demand and the workers have to work in tight time constraints, but this shouldn't reflect back on the quality of your products. Just so the company can accomplish profit margins and such. The points system that was offered to the customers prior to covid had been altered to sustain a more profitable financial gain for the company but yet there has been NO improvements in hiring more staff or better domestic workers. Previously it was every 1000 points accumlated, us customers would receive $120 in store credit to spend in stores. The latest program is every 1000 points accumalated we are ONLY receiving $75 in store credit. Case and point. This establishment has been in vancouver for decades, but appears to be diminishing in many aspects as time goes on. What even happened?

Last week I ordered a cookies and cream smoothie with the Salmon cake. The smoothie didn’t taste like the regular c&c. It tasted like banana smoothie. It was 50% off so I didn’t complain that day. But I had diarrhea for the next 2days. I never had any problem with Body energy before that day.

In the past, I've had amazing smoothies but it is inconsistent as other reviewers mentioned. The last 2 weeks I came, the smoothies were super watery (Wednesday morning at 8:45am). I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same person working the same shift, but unfortunately that is the time I like to get a post-workout smoothie. I love their bowls and the portion is great, but yesterday I ordered the Pistachio Dreaming Bowl and the almost liquid texture makes me want to gag (combined with the green color). Maybe I should have sticked to the other bowls.

Definitely the best BEC location with the thicc-est smoothie consistencies. Plus, always happy to accommodate a tonne of changes (my bad) with a genuine smile! They also have some pretty hard to find items, too. Would recommend/10 x

Very poor experience!! The staff did not bother to display bare minimum customer service. No acknowledgement when we entered, which is fine, but to be ignored when you are trying to order/purchase from them is just plain disrespectful. Not to mention that the whole staff may have been working that day, as there was about 10 of them crushed behind the cashier while no one was making smoothies. We were not aware that this location was an opportunity for the staff to make friends with each other. Maybe do that at your Christmas work parties? Anyways overall super disappointing to be treated that poorly from a bunch of arrogant 30 year olds.
