I had an image in mind of what I wanted so the only thing I had to is describe it, Susan’s husband took a very good care of me and showed me all the options I had with no pressure and compromise. I pick the diamond and the shape and a week after they created a dreamy ring. Highly recommend Pallotta Jewellers. The Owners really care about their customers. They don’t try to push you into buying something more expensive.
