Not a bad stop in here but not a great one either. The server was polite and made our experience better. The prices were atrocious for the value of what we were ordered and $3.50 for a half cup of coffee? come on "give yer head a shake".

It was my daughters 22 birthday and it’s been our tradition to have a birthday breakfast at Denny’s. Today, Jessica A was our server and was very sweet. She made us feel so welcomed and made my daughters birthday special. We have been coming here for years and the service is always great. If you’re looking for great food and excellent service eat at Denny’s!! ❤️

Our Denny’s was an overall spectacular experience. Having our waitress Charlene attend to us was such a good experience. She delivered the food with a smile and refilled our coffee. 10/10 recommend to a friend

Jessica was an incredibly lovely waitress. She went above and beyond to make our experience top tier and if I had to choose anyone to serve me again it would by far be her. Had a delicious, filling breakfast with my family. The eggs Benedict were great! Our server; Tanya, was very friendly and efficient. She checked up on us many times to make sure everything was OK. With food prices so high these days, it's nice to get great service for your dollar. We'll be back!

Jessica was a great server, food was good and when our egg was a bit undercooked, she replaced them quickly and even gave us an extra. Super kind and polite. Fast service. Typical prices for the area. Pretty good coffee.

Great restaurant! The food was surprisingly good. I have the Bourbon Burguer and my husband has the Big Dipper Melt Sandwich, for dessert Cookies and cream cake. Our server Manoj was very polite and friendly and checked on us frequently. Manoj went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.

Had some time before work so stopped in just after restaurant opened at 6am. Server was excellent. Always brought fresh coffee and was attentive. Breakfast were cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed the meal.

We went to Dennys for my partners birthday, Jessica was our server and amazing doesn’t even begin to explain how great our experience was. She brought us water without asking, brought us whipped cream with our crepes. Everything was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Everyone was so friendly and happy to see us. We will keep coming back to this Denny’s time and time again.

A decent Dennys early morning. Server was quick and bright. Food was fairly typical for the venue. One thing that caught my eye was the video ad display. I found it a bit distracting but on closer inspection discovered they were dual cell phone chargers. Fairly ingenious exchange of our attention for marketing and our constant need to charge our devices so we can see the marketing.

I have been there 4 times . Two times with friends and two times just myself. I like their T bone steak. 2023 February 4. I went to ikea and drop in Denny again. As usual . I order T bone and had a very good time.

Fantastic dining experience. Jessica went above and beyond for us and brought lots of yummy snacks for our baby. The restaurant was under staffed tonight and there was a bit of a wait however she definitely made it worth the wait for us. Food was delicious. This is our second time we have had excellent service at this location and we will definitely be back.

When we are in a rush and near by we like to hit up this Denny’s. The food is hot, good quality and great price point. Healthier versions of breakfast options make it easier to grab something more nutritious. The service has always been good at this location. We really appreciate their efficient service with a smile. The seating area and bathrooms are clean and tidy.

Excellent service. Prime rim Benny was delicious. Krushanth was great with our order and got us a meal for our kid within a few mins of ordering. Would definitely recommend.

Balakrishn (Bala) is simply brilliant. He served us with greatness and genuine care. Anyone can provide service, but his is the best I have ever experienced anywhere! Always made sure that we were taken care of. Simply awesome you Balakrishn! Kudos!

Kushanth was our waiter and he was quite detailed in getting our orders right. He did occasional check-ins to see we were happy with our meal. I'll definitely visit again.

One of my favorite places for comfort food and again I was not disappointed with the meal. I got the French toast bacon sausages and they were awesome. The whipping cream and strawberries are definitely required for this breakfast to be completed. My server was amazing I was completely allowed to be myself and the laughs came with the coffee which was always a full cup. I was suggested to have Bailey's with my coffee and had it being my midnight snack it would have been yes however on my way to work I figured it's best to stick with the sugar and caffeine. Something's never change although the prices have.. the friendly service and my server Tanya created an atmosphere of being home where I usually create this type of meal in order to get exactly what I want. I took a chance and I'm So Satisfied I'll take it again. The restaurant was clean and the music seemed exactly what I asked for weird. Thanks again everyone at Denny's PS the bacon was perfect

I went there with my family to have breakfast thinking of spending a good time. We ordered some items as per menu thinking it should be served as per the details. I was surprised when the food arrived and neither it tasted nor looked like I am paying so much for it. It seemed so awful in presentation and taste. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard as not freshly cooked, same as the fish nuggets. It was served with roasted potatoe cubes which were not crispy. The main dish didn’t taste as it was mentioned in the menu. I am wondering how come the management is allowing the degraded level of service to continue and even charge for it. It ruined my day , wasted each penny spent there. Not happening guys, totally disappointed. ☹️

I had a fantastic experience at Denny's restaurant recently when I visited with my son, all thanks to our amazing server, Sheena. Her exceptional service, great attitude, made our evening truly enjoyable, not to mention the fresh decaf coffee she made for me. Sheena went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return in the evening just to be served by her again. Great dining experience! Highly recommended! Most recent visit was the worst service wise. Food was and always is good. My coffee was empty from the time I received my food until after I finished eating when a separate server came by asking to fill my coffee. After trying to substitute a side dish I accepted I was going to pay more. When my food came out I received both dishes (Which is way more food than I could handle; the regular amount is too much which is why I generally substitute the pancakes [lumberjack slam]) and mentioned it to the person who brought it out they said I could just have both. When I brought it up to the server that I got both and I wanted to make sure it was going to be rung in correctly (I didn't even touch the pancakes) I was met with the server rudely saying I was charged extra and that I accepted it and that's what you get and the system doesn't allow substitutions only add-ons. I tried to say it was fine and I can pay the extra I just hate food to be wasted AND that I had no problems with having my ask met in previous outings as recently as last week. That is when the server seemed to get mad as if they owned the place questioning me who did it and they were going to get them in trouble for doing so. When trying to clarify the waitress walked away while I was mid sentence saying she's too busy for me. I promptly went to go pay at the front and left feeling as though it was the worst Denny's experience I have ever had. I normally enjoy my Denny's experience and like to have a few coffees and take one to go, which I felt the waitress was hostile enough I didn't even ask for one to go and I didn't even get my fill of coffee while I Was eating. PS: If any waiter or waitresses get in trouble I do apologize, that was never my intentions.

Arrived late to the restaurant and fairly close to closing time but we were greeted and welcomed exceptionally well. The service and the food was outstanding. The effort by the staff at this Denny’s was more than expected and we highly recommend this restaurant. Service was great, Kondal was always replacing my drink without even asking. Always checking in and asking if we needed anything frequently. Will definitely come again!

We were visiting Calgary and had Denny’s one morning during the Covid resurgence. We had a server named Kondal M and he was great. Very friendly and upsold me baileys and coffee (which I needed). Made me giggle and we had a great breakfast. Kudos to Kondal!!

I go to this Denny’s for the exceptional service (especially from my long-time favourite waiter, Kondal), and for the consistently great food! As a former hospitality professional of many years, I don’t often see this level of attentive, quality service in a diner-style family restaurant. I love this Denny's a lot, it feels way more personal and homey than the one on Macleod to me. The food is great (I highly recommend the waffle slam, yum) and the food feels fairly high quality for the price. The waitress was a total sweetheart and made us feel special. I will definitely be coming here if I want to go to a Denny's again.

Always have a great experience here. Food comes out fast (even though it was busy today), waitresses/waiters are always on the ball & very polite. I had a waitress today & it was her first shift (didn't catch her name) but she was very kind and if she hadn't mentioned it was her first day (brought it up because I said "Take your time, it's busy" and I was dining alone), I would have guessed she had worked at this location for a while. The food was great too. No problem with substitutions or food coming out hot (or in the case of the fruit bowl - cold). Awesome location, great staff, great food. The staff always seem to get along too, which is great to see. :)

It was an okay experience. The place wasn't busy. It was clean. The food was good. The waiter served it quickly. He never came around to see how it was or if we wanted anything else. He only came around to give us the bill and to pay. I don't think I'll return there again. There are other places in town to eat at that are much more friendly and eager to make your dining experience a great one.

Came in mid-afternoon so it was nice and quiet. It is nicely renovated with a bit of wear and tear but very clean. We had breakfast foods, which were exactly as expected and the coffee was hot. The best part was definitely the staff. We were served by Krushanth who was really nice and attentive. But it's a Denny's. It's not exceptional, but it's a solid bet, and it's relatively inexpensive.

Love the food at this Denny’s location in Heritage Meadows. The service is great and the food is quickly prepared. Because of covid we appreciated that the staff let us sit away from others. A new server was very welcoming and Kondal made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our meal here at Denny’s.

Our server was Jessica A and believe me when I say this, she was our best server we’ve had in awhile. My friend and I go out to eat quite a bit and we’ve always had good servers but Jessica really was so kind, polite and willing to get you anything you needed to make sure dining experience was top notch. We enjoyed our food but the service is what we’ll be back for. Manifesting nothing but good vibes and hopefully all the tips she deserves. Well done Jessica from Zendaya!

Stacy our waitress was so friendly and helpful and really made it so nice to be out. She went above and beyond to ask for things we might need before we needed it. It’s hard to do this job these days but she made it feel normal and easy. Thanks again.

Place must be on cutbacks when it comes to hashbrowns. I've got 2 and a half bites of hashbrowns on my plate. All this for 17.99 and then $5 for this apple juice... The apple juice is the size of a small. I can't believe the cutbacks. Place must be hurting for cash. Lol. Sorry Denny's. I won't be back.

Best Denny's I have ever been to. The food was surprisingly good. I got the Berry Crepes Breakfast; the fresh strawberries and vanilla cream were delicious. Our server Jessica was an absolute sweetheart, she was very polite and attentive. Despite how busy she got she was calm, friendly and checked on us often. Jessica went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.

We went there for mothers day. Some mothers were very happy because they received a complimentary flower. Unfortunately my wife didn't receive one. The service was fast considering it was a full restaurant. The food was well prepared. The host and waiter frequently checked up on us. I enjoyed it and appreciate the service they provided us. ALSO really appreciate all the people that were working there that day because they were giving up a special day to make it special for us.

We always come to this Denny’s cause it’s the closest to us but to be honest it’s the best in the city in regards to the food and service! For some weird coincidence we always have Kondal as our server and we love him! His attention to detail and kindness goes above and beyond every time. We always look forward to coming here.
