Awesome store with delightful staff eager to help. They have an amazing selection of new and remnants carpeting. They have hardwood floors and rubber home gym tiles. If you are considering doing a home gym, the 8mm fitness tiles are amazing!

Worst service i have ever experienced. Dont waste your time and energy on this store. Called them so many times for a carpet repair, every time they said they will get call back or send the installer but never heard back from them.

Dealing with the team at End of the Roll was a pleasure. They helped me to find a good match to the sample I had. I got the flooring exactly as scheduled and when I needed more they did all that was necessary to get additional material from another locationi a few days. They also rolled it the opposite way so it wouldn’t get dirty during transportation, and offered to cut it if I had the proper measurements. On top of that they helped me load it into my truck. 10/10 service!

We were very happy with the service and carpet we purchased. Jai was super helpful throughout the whole process. Due to the pandemic the original carpet we chose was on back order. Had the carpet done on the basement stairs. From beginning to end it was great experience and a job well done. Hans took the time to walk us through the different options (capping; hardwood; laminate etc.). We chose the carpet for us and the quality was amazing. The installers are professional grade and very friendly to work with. With a low budget our stairs now look like spent a fortune. I can’t say enough about Hans and the Team from End Of The Roll in Pickering. After dealing with a lot of ‘characters’ from Homestars it was very refreshing to deal with End of The Roll - Pickering. The installer arrived earlier than the promised time as the job previous to ours finished more quickly than anticipated. The installer was friendly, respectful and very competent.
