    Amazing workers actually came out and explained what might be happening to the car. Got to celebrate Canadas 150 th got free juice and free cookies and chips . Thanks for making us feel like family

    This store has degraded in service, staff don't care. I pointed out a display that was supposed to have featured sales flyer items and none were on sale. Manager didn't care. Also items are not priced correctly. Does this store adhere to the Canadian scanning code of ethics? If so my purchase should have been free since it scanned way over the marked price and it was less than ten dollars. I pointed it out, again no one cares. Also you will notice the staff stand around behind the counter and chat and don't bother asking you if you if you need help or if you found what you are looking for. The store looks tired and about to go under unless proper professional staff are engaged.

    Had an amazing customer service at the store with employee Rabiul. Came to pickup engine oil and filters and he went above and beyond to help me find it and also explained the current promos at the store. Will definitely come back!

    Shout out to Arvin at Part Source Pickering! I showed up about a half hour before closing looking for wiper blades after being sold the wrong ones from the local Canadian Tire. Not only was CT expensive, there was nothing else compatible. Nor was i asked if I would need any help with installation. Arvin, at Part Source, not only took the time to find the correct wipers for my vehicle, he also, without hesitation, installed them for me and was happy to do so. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes and I left relieved that I had wipers that fit and work properly. It's nice to know that you can still get great service without being gouged.

    At first, I didn't believe it when a friend told me that this place is owned by Canadian Tire. After speaking to staff, it erased all doubt.

    Misleading and waste of time. Website clearly states they will price match with *any* local competitor but after driving there, their employee’s refuse to price match with Walmart. However they did state that Canadian Tire was fine. When argued that Walmart should be included with the *any* local competitor they then tried to argue that the product was different (which it was not and their argument was disproved), then they tried to argue that they will not price match it because Pickering Walmart is sold out of the product (nowhere does it state that the item must be currently in stock + not to mention Scarborough which is within their 20km radius as stated by the employee for local stores did have 6 in stock). TLDR; Literally tried to use any possible argument to deny the price match for no valid reason.

    If you want amazing customer service and a fair deal on parts for your car then come to this location. Josh provided me with excellent service and should be manager at this location. Thanks josh your awesome.

    I waited for 15 minutes in line, lady employee finished with customers, just to start something else, while I was still waiting there. She was too busy to help me. 4 employees with only 1 helping customers. The rest are too busy to help. Terrible customer service. Never go back again. Pickering location BTW.

    Worst part source I've ever been to, called on the phone an hour in advance for an oil drain plug and was told that they had it stock, so I asked for one to be set aside for me, i was told no problem and whomever i spoke to on the phone proceeded to take my information, After driving from markham to Pickering and waiting in the store fro 35 minutes to my suprise i was told that they don't have one in stock. Go to any other part source, they employ insincere and underqualifed staff. They say " the parts the pros the price" but i didn't see the parts, and I didn't see the pros 🤷‍♂️

    Terrible experience. Spoke with a rep at 8am asking about the battery testing they offer. He said it's no problem and a quick check takes only a few mins. I specifically said I'll come now before it gets busy and was told it was no problem. I go to the store 40 mins later (840am) to be told they don't do these services until after 10am. First, why not say this knowing I said I would come by right away. Second, if it takes a couple minutes just run out and do it since you already wasted my time driving to your store without telling me ahead that you don't do it until 10am.

    I went to this PartSource to price match as their policy would allow it and I usually shop here. I was told they would not honor the price since they would lose money and that they do not compete with larger retail stores. I reviewed the policy and nowhere does it say that they cannot match the price of they would be loosing money. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I'm pretty sure they've made a lot of profit off of me. I guess I will be shopping and providing profits to another car parts company.

    Great experience here! Daniel was super helpful and I left feeling more knowledgeable than when I went in. I was looking for new wiper blades for my boyfriend's car, he gave a great recommendation and made me feel confident I was making a good choice! I would definitely recommend this location

    Clearly is no requirements to work at this store as they have delivery drivers who do not know how to drive or follow the rules of the road. Would never trust someone working here, delivery or behind the counter

    I was told my plugs would be in for 1pm went to the store and was told the did not pick them up from the danforth store would have to back at 4 pm Gas is not cheap driving from Claremont
