Just got some complimentary cookies from Lexus southpoint that were bought and delivered from cookie love for our 3-year anniversary of purchasing our Lexus.. They were absolutely amazing and delicious! Going to have to come down and check out the store and buy more cookies now! Holy cow were they tastyyyyyy! Highly recommend!

Yummmmm! Cutest little cafe hidden in downtown! Variety of great cookie flavors and ice cream. Their cookie ice cream sandwiches are delicious! I tried salted caramel ice cream in double chocolate espresso cookies... Omg! Ice cream was rich and smooth, full of flavor - and you can see how huge that scoop of ice cream was! Didn't expect that sweet bonus :) cookies were fresh, they looked perfect with crumbled tops and soft chocolate inside! What a treat on Monday or any other tough day at work!

I have only been here once and it was a really good experience. There are many different varieties of cookie flavours, and all cookies are baked to perfection. The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean as well. All the cookies are fresh and baked in store. Place for seating as well. I got the chocolate chip cookie when I went there. It's a soft cookie and it is also chewy. I will say that it is more on the sweet side if your interested in a sweet cookie. Overall amazing experience and will be going back

I recently placed a larger cookie order for a birthday celebration . Everyone loved the cookies! They were great tasting, had great flavour and just the right amount of sweet. I enjoyed my experience at the Cafe. Great service!!

Lovely cafe run by a.b. and Nadya. Took care of me from start to finish. Had the Donair wrapped in delicious pastry (higher quality than phylo). All in all, high quality ingredients. Would eat again. Note: with sizing, portions are on the smaller side of normal but still normal size. But I'd suggest getting a meal (soup and drink added to sandwich for about $15) if you want to feel full

Cookie love has Edmonton’s best cookies, hands down! Their fresh baked cookies are great gifts that always impress.

My daily coffee house (though I order ice tea, made in house). Friendly and fantastic service and delicious food (I've sampled more than I probably should have of the cookies, bagels, muffins and brownies). The caramel brownie is by far my favourite menu item. Since working from home, this is by far the thing I miss most of my workday.

I highly recommend Cookie Love. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with their large selection of cookies. I bought a couple of dozen cookies for my staff party which was a big hit. My favourite cookie was their gluten free chocolate chip cookie. If you get a chance Cookie Love is worth trying and worth your money.

Great place to grab a coffee. Stayed downtown and went in for morning coffee. The staff remembered me and my order and I was only there a couple of times. Next level service you don’t see much anymore. Cookies are really good too.

I haven’t tasted any of their cookies as they have false promises of their deliveries. None came last year and the lady I have spoken to told me to deliver 2 cookies to compensate but still failed. I told Lexus to cancel their payment for my cookies.

Cookie love cookies are my favourite cookies in the city. The chocolate dipped shortbread is the best!

I’m occasionally at MNP for meetings and I always stop here! Staff are very friendly, cookies are delicious, and they always have a wide variety. I also really enjoy the bacon cheese scone! You can’t go wrong, it’s all really good!

Really amazing staff and very friendly. Food was alright the pretzel pizza was way to salty than it should have been. It felt like I ate a spoon full of salt. But the pepperoni pizza was too thin and it tasted like i bit into a wooden cutting board. Maybe rotate the pizza? I gave them 4 stars for the staff's customer service skills

I called very last minute for a birthday delivery of 24 cookies for my husband and Cookie Love was awesome! They delivered within a couple of hours in town and my hubby was utterly delighted with the product. Ended up costing only about 2 bucks a cookie including delivery and tax which is more than reasonable considering the quality. Will DEFINITELY be using these guys again and I would absolutely recommend them :)

Nice little place, and the food is very good. As a tea nut, it would be nice not to have my grean tea at 170f. Cookies are good, but at $1.75 or $2.00 per cookie it's a bit more then what I would normally go for. (Please note that price will go down a bit if you buy in bulk)

The staff was not that busy yet somehow d still managed to treat me like I was a hassle, forgot the 2nd part of my order and when I asked for it acted annoyed and gave me the wrong one. Food was way overpriced. Cookie was good though.

When you meet the owners and find out they are as sweet as the cookies they make. Absolutely love their cookies And recommend this place.
