Come to this place guys! We ordered the best fish tacos. They were wrapped in a warm corn tortilla and then garnished with shredded cabbage. Comes with sides (avocado, salsa, opinions, etc). For these tacos, a really great tortilla can make the difference. Thanks for the great service Gabbie, Alma and all the chefs.

Great local spot! Feels like a better experience each time we go. Staff are friendly, reasonable pricing, and it’s always busy here. No pictures of the baja fish tacos but there’s is amazing! VERY generous with the fish per taco (no compliant about that at all!)

A great little gem. The food selection is wonderful, and the flavors will send you south of the border. It is a bit pricier than I would like, but the food is great, the portions are nice, and the atmosphere is great. A wonderful option to go with your work crew or to go on a date!

I love this restaurant 😍. It's intimate and welcoming. The music is great and not too loud. It has a sincere Mexican feel. The service is wonderful. The food is generous and delicious. We both enjoyed our tacos. I had the Baja fish tacos (amazing) and my friend the shrimp tacos. I ordered my two year old the kids menu fried plate ( chicken, fish and mozzarella cheese fried). Drinks were yum and good price. We will be back to try some more food. I recommend 👌 👏 The sushi is next! OMG

Good Mexican food.. They have a separate vegetarian menu which is awesome. However, the food is on the expensive side for the quantity. Overall, a good place and definitely worth it

There are not many Mexican sit-down places in Woodbridge, but this fits the bill. This place is hidden away in Woodbridge, but inside is a whole new world. It is highly decorated with various Mexican references of important people and pieces of culture. The menu has quite a few options, including their highly touted “sushi”. My friend and I made sure to share what we could: we each ordered one sushi meal and 3-piece taco dish. Sushicharron and carne asada tacos were my choices, and my friend got the birria roll and al pastor tacos. It took a bit of time to come out, but the place was nearly full in fairness to them. They did come out however, and the portions here are decent. The food had flavour but I found the meat to be a bit dry, not a big deal though. I find the prices to be fair for the amount of food you get, as well as the taste itself. Our waitress was knowledgeable on the sauces she had brought out and was able to answer all of our questions. Good job!

As someone that never liked sushi and did not eat a lot of Mexican food, this has become one of my new favorite restaurants! I have been here multiple times for dine in as well as ordered online and have always received great food and service! My favorite dishes are the tatito roll and the carne asada quesadilla. The chocolate churros are also amazing!!!! The inside of the restaurant is a bit small but it is nicely decorated and has a very welcoming ambiance. The staff are friendly, prices are fair and the food is always tasty and fresh. If you are like me that didn't like sushi, you have to try it here, trust me you'll thank me after!

Decided to begin the long weekend by trying something different and unique: Sinaloan/Sushi Mexican food. The restaurant is quaint and decorated with many awesome pictures, with great Mexican music in the background. The service is friendly & helpful with the menu, which is varied, with tacos, tortas and sushi-based creations. Decided to order a birria taco, a couple of al pastor tacos, a breaded birria sushi roll and the sinaloan roll. One of the stars of the meal was pineapple margarita, which was very tasty with spicy citrus-salt rim and a fresh slice of pineapple. Highly recommend it. The tacos were very good. They came with side of avocado crema and fresh pineapple habanero salsa. There was also two salsa types, confit onions and a bottle of soy sauce with citrus juices for the sushi rolls provided for the table. The pork in the al pastor taco was nicely spiced and went well with the salsas and crema. The birria taco was dipped in birria sauce and the meat was very savoury. As for the sushi rolls, they did not skimp on portion size, filling or flavour. They went well with the dipping sauce but our eyes were too big for our bellies. Both my wife and I were only able to finish half our food and were given containers to bring the rest home. My wife and I enjoyed the laid back vibe of the restaurant, with the music and the food. It is a great place to go after work with friends or on a date night with your partner.

Unique fusion food that is pulled off very well! The birria dish was so soft and good. We also got the luigi roll and fish tacos. It was definitely heavy food which I usually don't like but it was worth it. The server was very nice and checked in on us frequently. The only small dislike was there were several flies in the corner of the restaurant where we were sitting. I would come here again!

I've been here 3 times in as many months with my husband, each time we get the same server, Alma, she's awesome, super friendly and makes sure to check on you, all servers seem to be nice, but we've been lucky on having her each time, she always remembered us! The food has been consistently great, the Mexican sushi is delicious, you get huge portions here, just like in Mexico. This has been the main reason to go back for us, as I am Mexican, and missed this type of sushi, it's awesome to have these flavours in the GTA. Worth the 35 min commute for us! Sometimes they might be too busy, however, Alma has been great at letting us know and even bringing us more chips and salsa while we wait for our food. This time I finally tried some of their tacos, the Birria taco was great, lots of meat and flavour, plus extra points for the tortillas tasting homemade and fresh, definitely adds up the flavour along with the consome soup. The Shrimp taco was also good, huge portions, but the main flavour here is definitely their chipotle sauce, not complaining, as I love it, but it does overpower the shrimp. I recommend you start with some tacos and then get the breaded sushi, you'll have lots of left overs, oh and try their Jazmin Ice Tea, it's delicious, not too sweet, and you get free refills. Overall, great food and great service. We will be back soon!

The food here is simply amazing! Hands down one of the best mexican restaurants I've visited in a long time. The staff is super friendly, the food is decently priced and the portions are more than generous - I ordered the Carne Asada roll and the Birria tacos and I can't wait to try the rest of the food. You must put this place at the top of your list of places to go, you won't be disappointed.

Our waitress brought us to a dirty table and we had to wait for her to clean it. (Took some time). She brought us chips but never gave us the salsa. She took forever to take our order and when the food came, she didn’t give us the consomé which comes with the Birria. We asked for lime (when we ordered) and didn’t receive any, no napkins and she gave us ONE spoon (we shared a plastic spoon). We waited like 10 minutes just to ask another waitress to bring us the remaining items. (Never got any napkins). By the time she brought out the salsa, we didn’t even want it anymore. Our soup was cold by the time we had everything, so it didn’t taste that nice. Our main waitress ignored us the whole time. She was literally picking up peoples empty plates instead of bringing us the items to our table. (Disappointed and I am not tipping under these circumstances) When she gave us our bill, she was very cold and didn’t say anything LOL it’s like she was upset with us??? We didn’t even do anything at all. I think that the service here would turn people off from returning. I attached a photo if anyone is curious as to what the Birria and consomé look like.

Stumbled upon this little gem which had amazing reviews and decided to give it a shot. They open at 12pm but arrived 10 minutes before opening- the staff welcomed us and told us to come on in with no hesitation :) They give us time to look at the menu and provided tons of recommendations. We ordered shrimp tacos and arrachera tacos. Lots of flavor and a generous portion of seafood / meat. We also got the V.I.P. ( ceviche) which was extremely fresh. Our servers constantly came by to check if we wanted more tostadas. Highly recommend and we will be returning for sure :)

This a good place to try “mexican style sushi” I ordered YAKIMESHI SPECIAL (rice) 10/10 and GUACHIMULITO SUSHI also 10/10, both very tasty and very well portioned, their service is fast and effective.

I tried this place out for the first time on Dec. 11, 2021 and WOW. It is absolutely amazing. I got the Baja Fish Tacos, Luigi Roll, and Shrimp Quesadilla. My favourite things were the Luigi Roll and Shrimp Quesadilla. I had never heard of Mexican sushi before and wasn't particularly excited to try it out, but I decided to take a leap of faith and it totally paid off! The Luigi Roll was so good, the container even came with instructions on how to eat it best and came with house made soy sauce, chipotle mayo, fried onions, and a pepper. It was so generous and it really elevated the flavours and added to this very unique experience for me. The workers here clearly care about the food and their work because all of the food was so good. The one thing I can say is that I thought the Baja Fish Tacos were a little bland, I don't know if it was because it had been sitting in the box for so long, but I just didn't enjoy them as much. Honestly, the only reason why I got through them was because I loved the pico and guac it came with. Besides that one thing, the restaurant was very quick and the food was spectacular. If you want good Mexican food, come here! I totally recommend the Shrimp Quesadilla and Luigi Roll. Can't wait to come back and eventually try everything on the menu!

This place is a 10/10! The food, the service, the vibes were all on point. First time here and my family and I had the best time! Paul, our waiter was nothing short from amazing! There was live music and played the best Spanish music. We will definitely be coming here no doubt! Thank you for such a great time!

Wow, this place is amazing, food is one of the best I have tried in town. Paul was an amazing host. Decoration of the place very unique, and very authentically Mexican. I have never tried Mexican sushi before but this place puts a twist to it, with flavours exploding in your mouth!

Found this place on ubereats and went in person. My pictures don’t do it justice hit the taste is incredible. Especially the fish tacos! The texture is so buttery & tasty. Everything was amazing

The food was amazing. I tried the birria, al pastor and cuchinita tacos but by far the best were the shrimp tacos. Both starters we ordered (the rock shrimp was great, the bomb was huge!) were so good. Service was excellent too. Lastly, we tried chocolate and caramel churros but I only really liked the chocolate churros. I will definitely go back.
