This is the worst management company I have ever met!When I moved in at the appointed time, the unit wasn't ready at all. The room was very dirty!There were no indoor laundry facilities or blinders as promised, and there was a big hole in the kitchen wall! Worst of all, no heat in the winter for a week! My child and I could not sleep at night because of the cold, both caught a bad cold! After I gave review on Google Maps, they played dumb.Instead of honestly admitting the fault, they blamed me. They denied knowledge of the matter and blame me for not informing them in time, even implied I lied! How can they sleep at night lying like that? I tried to upload more evidence but somehow only some showed up. But I have shown enough evidence to them, yet they still lied with innocent face!

I have just moved home from overseas and have been looking at places in the Niagara region for the past month. Shannon Jackson, the Property Manager at 614 Lake St Apartments has FAR out shined her competitors. From the very first interaction with Shannon, she has been extremely professional, polite and proactive in helping me find a home within the building. The whole end to end experience has been exceptional. I was beginning to loose hope as this is clearly not the 'norm' in Niagara. I myself coming from a Real Estate and Property Management background overseas was blown away at the complete lack of professionalism in the area. But Shannon restored my faith. The CLV Group clearly understands how important customer service is! Thank you Shannon, your hard work, attention to detail and excellent customer experience has not gone unnoticed!

Shannon is the absolute best. My son needed an apartment but was not out of the country at the time. Shannon worked tirelessly to help him find a place. When an incident occurred in the area and my son was uncomfortable. Shannon was encouraging and supportive She worked with him to find a place that was a much better fit for him.

In our search for a new home, our leasing agent Shayan has been fantastic every step of the way. Shayan was friendly and professional, answered our questions, and promptly communicated with us. The building is very clean, all of the units we looked at were very nice, and the tenants seemed very friendly. We are looking forward to making this our new home!

Shannon received us with a big smile and helped us complete the administration process, and everything was done electronically. The place is clean, beautiful and close to schools, daycare and the beach. No Frills is just on the other side of the street, and the bus stop is in front of the building. Had a nice experience finding an apartment here. Easily arranged a tour, and communicated with the rental office by email to begin the application. Friendly, professional responses to my questions. The whole application and approval process went very smoothly and quickly. Follow up on necessary next steps has been detailed and helpful.

Shannon is the best!! I first looked with her, but decides to keep looking but everyone else out there didn’t care at all to even try to find us a place. So we went back to Shannon and Cvl group, and it was spectacular. She found us a nice place and Always treated politely and respectfully. Thank you!

The cleaners are amazing. They are always on top of everything and the building is always spotless. My one issue with this building was with maintenance of my unit. When i first got to the building, they were quick at responding and fixing things. However, after about 6 months, I started to have a major issue. I contacted them over 3 times over a 7 month period and they never addressed the concern. I moved out after this issue and will never go back. It is very upsetting that they charge you a crazy amount for rent, plus personal parking, guest parking, and laundry on top of that, but arent willing to uphold their end of the contract when it comes to maintenance.

We leased our apartment in December 2022. Our leasing agent Mikaela was super helpful, she showed us a few places and answered every question we had and was there for us whenever we called.{witch was often} Maggie also went out of her way to help us through the moving process and helped with other things after moving in.{ we miss the Office} After the office moved Shannon has been there for us. Elizabeth and Barry have also been very helpful. Her cheerful disposition makes everyone smile, and Barry is excellent at his job and willing to help in any way he can.

What can I say about Cindy and her crew? they are always friendly and on the ball..This was my first experience living in an apartment building in over 40 years, and I have to say I have absolutely no complaints with this staff..always ready to answer any questions I would have and there when I needed them. The maintenance staff keeps the building and surroundings clean as a whistle. Cindy always brightens my day. She has a great sense of humor. More importantly, she keeps a keen eye on the comings and goings of the building. I would recommend 614 Lake St to anyone looking for an apartment. It is a safe place to live.

My partner and I just moved in to 614 Lake St at the beginning of October. We are young professionals and were looking for a quiet, clean and spacious apartment. We are both very happy with our experience so far. Stephanie has been helpful, kind and efficient since we first started the experience. We had no problems with move in and are loving our new space and surrounding neighborhood. Everyone we have met in the building have been very friendly! We feel very comfortable and feel that this can be our home for the next couple of years while we develop in our careers. Though we have only just moved in we would recommend highly based on our experience so far!

There is good and bad about this place the good is it’s quite and clean place the bad there is no parking for your visitors and they don’t put on the heat in the building it feels like -10 and very uncomfortable to stay in with layers of clothes on and a couple of bedspread on the bed. And you have to pay 80$ a month to park your car ( each car) and the rent is very high.

We have had a great experience finding our apartment, so grateful for the incredible and helpful staff. Shannon is great, very kind and has made the whole process seamless!!
