Prices have gone up in the last few years, but the service and products can't be beat. If you're looking for a great place to get body jewellery this is the place. Good quality items, they carry surgical steel and a variety of sizes and gauges for most piercings as well as a huge selection for spacers/plugs/tapers etc.

The jewelry is hit and miss, and costs a bit much. I’ve spent over $300 on assortments of jewelry and have had 1/2 fall apart or break completely within a month of purchase. Solid metals seems fine, anything fancy with jewels beware.

I’d like to start off by saying the staff are kind and informative. Unfortunately, I give this place two stars because of the quality of the product. I bought a belly ring from them two months ago. I tried it on that night at home, and a couple of the jewels immediately fell off of it. The next day, I went back to the mall to get an exchange for the same style of belly ring. Two months pass and my current ring has fallen apart as well. After making a phone call to them discussing possible options to get my money back, they said they won’t do an exchange or refund. They will only give me a discount on my next purchase. The truth is, I don’t want to buy from a place where I know the jewelry is going to fall apart shorty after. It takes me approximately 35mins to get to the mall from my house and it isn’t convenient for me to keep going back for low quality items.

I remember the first time visiting New Steel and being worried that I wouldn't know what to get and how to articulate my idea of what I wanted to the staff. It's not usually easy for a man to pick out something perfect for his wife(and have them like it too). Not only did they help me find something, they made me feel comfortable, so much so that I've been back many times, not just for my wife, but to make purchases for other family members and friends too.

I have had numerous troubles attempting to order curbside. I have managed once but only after calling the number repeatedly. They are not calling me back in regards to a voicemail I left days ago while I continue to try and call every day or so. If this had been a newer piercing I needed replaced it could have closed in this time.

My complete apology to the owner, I didn't mean to click the three start rating! From what I do know your store has so many options and the employees are equipped for any question that might come! Super friendly and I recommend them :D plus they have great prices :D
