Not worth it to you by tools from that's for sure. All the tools there are moderately used for the price of brand new if not more expensive. It's much better to wait for deals at the store or online than to buy from here

Daughter Christine gave cash for Father's day and my wish list included a jigsaw. I entered the Avenue store and was directed to a shelf offering two choices. A jigsaw in excellent condition at a favourable price was selected and the salesman took my purchase to his sales desk so that I could continue shopping. I saw a car radio, also reasonably priced, in a locked cabinet. A deal was made and I was informed that the radio could be returned if unsatisfactory. Can you beat that, all done in minutes?

At Ottawa pawn shop the pink haired woman couldn't conduct herself in a professional manner. I went in today simply looking to sell something, the customer service representative of Avenue Pawn Shop felt the need to tell me how many of the same items she owns. I asked a question and she insulted me, I'm completely blown away by this experience. I returned to the location with different items, with serviced by a different representative and treated with respect. For that reason I did this review three stars because of the gentleman.
