Came to this location for our daughter’s birthday forgetting that it was Super Bowl Sunday but we were promptly seated. Our server Jessica, and manager, Lianne, were very friendly and always checking on us. Lianne even communicated with my daughter in ASL!!! The food was great as usual. LOVED our experience and would come back again for sure with service like this.

So my sister went out for dinner here and ordered the boneless chicken wings, and brought me back her leftovers. I take a bite of one and it’s completely raw on the inside. Luckily she said her wings were mostly fine, but a few looked off and she just spit them out. I’m really hoping that this is a one time incident, as they are usually on top of their food, but sadly what I received was raw chicken.

Came to Chuck's to celebrate a graduation. We had a great time, our server Ashley E was amazing and incredibly friendly. She had such great energy and a positive friendly attitude. Everyone else working was very friendly and made the place very welcoming. The restaurant had a welcoming, chill feeling, it was spacious and music was playing as well. The food didn't take long to come and was affordable. We went on a Wednesday so we got the Ribs special. Recommend the spinach dip for the appetizer for sure! Definitely recommend this restaurant!!! :)

Pass on this place. Attended for early dinner around 330pm. A few tables seated. Server took me to a booth. Took my order and didn't show again until I was done. Whatever happened to checking on your customers? Check for refills or food quality? Manager who brought my food was asked for some mayo for my cheeseburger....was told it's a $1 for mayo??? Really??? Ordered the starter Cesar salad and it was awful. Lettuce looked like it was made yesterday and had little to no dressing. Ordered the cheese burger with fries(chucks roadhouse so should be good right?) I should have went to McDonald's. Fries were frozen and oven undercooked. Burger had no taste...not salty or flavored meat....none... garnishes looked like the salad. Pure garbage food. Lots of better choices including McDonald's.

Went here with my family, my daughter loved the lobster, my son enjoyed the burger but found it too thick so you had to deconstruct it to eat it. We also had steak and it was also good. My fave was the nachos. It was crunchy and they didn’t skimp on the toppings.

We've been going to this restaurant often for so many reasons. They have wide selection of foods that are not just so good, but very affordable at the same time. They even have 50% off after 9 PM for their appetizers which have so many choices and reasonable portions. The servers are even very welcoming especially Trisha who's been so accommodating and caring! Definitely a new place to hangout frequently especially if you are planning to watch big games.

Amazing place to hang out with friends and have fun. Large dining space, good customer service, honey garlic chicken wings was great. Belgium blue moon beer was the best thing tried from here. Variety of beer and food options are available in the menu like burgers, nachos, steaks, lobster, fish etc.

- Food/ they need working more on the quality of the food - Service/ the crew need more training for catering and hospitality -Atmosphere/ not bad but the restaurant need some cleaning, lights and some renovation - The advantage / the price affordable comparing with other bars

My favorite steak shop in Ontario. I used to go Keg all the time in Vancouver. When I moved to here in Ontario, there is an unbelievable reasonable price with nice steak here at the Chuck's.

Just finished our meal and the food was amazing. First time coming so wasn't sure, but the prices were affordable, the portions were big and the food was well done. Liked the multicultural atmosphere of the diners as well as the waitstaff. We were constantly asked if everything was OK, which it was, and everything came in a timely fashion. BK, the owner, was very pleasant, thank you!!!

4.4/5 for value. Service was excellent and everyone was very nice. The location has a large space with cool roadhouse charm and design (like a real Harley Davidson in the entrance). The star of the show is the pricing. Specials on burgers ($8) and beer ($4), martinis for $5.99, etc… The food quality is very good for the price point. I had the special feature, fish tacos, and they were good. Battered haddock in nice sized tortillas. I’ve been to different locations. Manage your expectations. It’s a well run, well priced casual bar/grill with fairly good food.

The best part of our visit was being served by Trisha B. She provided excellent service and did it with a very cheerful attitude. This made her memorable to our family. The ribs were amazing and so is the steak. We will definitely come back

Great experience with our server Jaden, she was very prompt honest and kind. I really enjoyed our time at chucks for our late lunch. Great spot with great prices. Can’t beat it. Plus $5 domestics pints 😀

We went here for dinner with family. The server was so quick in arranging our table even though it was peak hour. Services were fast and super friendly. I love their fish taco & fish and chip, definitely recommend. Howeve, the steaks we ordered (Porterhouse and filet mignon) were under seasoned and way too chewy and I'm really disappointed since the dishes were amazing at the other location.

The staff here are very friendly and smart. One thing I noted was a server came by with a dish and seemed hesitant to drop it in case it wasn't for us so she cleverly asked if we had everything we needed. We did, so she knew the dish wasn't for us. Very clever of her to check. The overall food was delicious the fries are nice and crispy and the burger I ordered was to die for. Bacon was cooked to perfection. I had slight regrets ordering the special fries, not because they weren't good but they were so filling I felt like I could burst. The washrooms are also very clean when you go in and easy to locate in the restaurant.

Full rack ribs are 14.99 on Wednesdays and their original price is 21.99. Pretty filling portions! I definitely could not eat it in one sitting so they gave me a really big and high quality take out container for the ribs. Good place for drinks and social setting with friends. Spacious dining area and also has a robot server to help with sending out food.

Loved the vibe of the place, super clean and nice environment. customer service was amazing everyone was sweet and professional. The food was good, got the new york steak i believe and the smoke house burger or something. they were well done! but the burger’s buns were a bit dry and had no taste, they weren’t fresh. And the steak was missing something, like maybe a sauce to add on top or some more flavour/spices, other than that it was great! will try again. nachos 10/10!! great prices and portion as well i promise the food looked amazing just the pictures were rushed😅

We love their Just wings! We finished it in no time! The steak was perfect with their signature sauce. We went with our 2 kids and they liked the burger. Sarah was wonderful as she always checks on us. We’ll be back for more!

The steaks we got there were tender, flavourful, and juicy. The servers there were really friendly and helpful as well. The price was also reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we got. It was an amazing experience there and I would def visit again!

I came here for dinner around 7 pm on a Saturday night and it was surprisingly not too busy. Our waitress did mention to us that it is usually busier but for some reason, there weren't that many tables tonight. Either way, I kind of preferred that it wasn't overly crowded. Upon entering, we got asked if we wanted to sit at a booth, table, or high chairs; and got accommodated accordingly in a booth, as per our preference. Seating is decent, as the tables weren't too close together. Upon first impression, cleanliness could be improved though. For food, I personally ordered the ROAST BEEF SANDWICH. I found the portion a little disappointing, especially compared to my company who all got burgers that were more typical in size. There was a decent amount of meat given, but I felt that the sandwich was underwhelming. I could have used more to elevate it - like more cheese or even a more flavorful sauce pairing. The au jus it came with was delicious though, so that helped with taste. Though the dish usually comes with fries, I opted to upgrade to a Caesar salad for $1.99. I was overly happy with my salad. I had a taste of the fries as well, and they were quite good - potato-y! My favorite part of the meal was actually their BUTTER TOFFEE BREAD PUDDING! I didn't expect to like it as much as I did but it was absolutely delicious and 100% would order again. It was on the sweeter side but I wouldn't change a thing. The candied pecans really made it even better with the slight crunch. The highlight of our meal was the service. All members that served us tonight were very friendly and checked up on us regularly. I do want to note that they charge an "honest to goodness" fee which is a 3% charge, said to help them keep their prices low. And I must say, their prices are definitely low and reasonable, compared to what you'd have to pay elsewhere.

From the moment we walked in, Trish greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel welcome. She was attentive to our needs throughout our visit, ensuring our orders were taken promptly and accurately. Trish's cheerful personality and excellent customer service skills truly made our dining experience exceptional. We highly recommend Chuck's Roadhouse, and Trish is definitely a star employee who deserves recognition. We'll be back for sure!

It is less cost than usual suspects. The food quality was acceptable. However, I would not rate it above another known place in the vicinity. The service was right on, no complaints about anything. Would return to try something different.

Trisha was an exceptional server. She was helpful in telling us of nearby stores as we are out of town, had great attention to detail regarding our table and quick service for drinks and food. Our first restaurant experience visiting Toronto. It was a good one! Sports bar atmosphere - hip and cool!

RG was our server and really great, really positive, friendly, quick, attentive and kind. We ordered shrimp tempura apps - these reminded me more of a beer batter than a tempura but still very good. Husband ordered Rib Eye steak and Caesar salad; I ordered Top Surloin and Caesar. The salad is really good, topped with fresh bacon (not the imitation kind). Horseradish sauce was good too. First time at this location. Recommend!

We had a really great experience here. Nice food, nice setting, and exceptional service from Ash. Ash went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was pleasant. Her friendly demeanor instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable. The restaurant manager was also very welcoming. We left with smiles on our faces. We will definitely come back soon.

Tried Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill in Mavis Road, Mississauga ON - Ordered a Porterhouse cut 20 oz steak with fries and corn. Our second order was a top sirloin and lobstair tail deal with diet coke. Good food, fair prices but the only disappointment was the small side of corn. It was dry, small in size and lack of taste. Service was friendly and staff were responsive, attentive. All in all good experience.

Great ambiance with reasonably priced food. The waiters, however, need training on informing customers about additional costs when presenting them with side options while placing an order (see below). I didn't enjoy the fish and chips as it had a weird chemical taste to it. Maybe it was the tartar sauce, I'm not sure, but it was very off-putting. BUT.... the Sticky Toffee Pudding is to DIE FOR!! BEST DESSERT EVER!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! Management Note: When placing my order, the server tried to trick me into thinking I had options for sides without telling me those sides came with an extra charge. You are supposed to let the customer know when ur offering add on's and that they will cost more. Dont make it sound like i can choose from sides for free in my meal. My waiter did not once mention addional cost when offering me choices for sides and rather made it seem like I had options in the same price. My cousin had to tell me it was for an extra charge, which is when I refused. You can't fool and trick your customers this way or assume they know that it comes with an additional cost. Pls train your waiters better and don't upsell without informing of an additional cost. Trust me when I say I wouldn't have paid for the additional options had I eaten it and then saw the additional cost in the bill as you didnt inform at the beginning. You need to inform the customer when selling something that comes with an extra charge and get their approval for it!! Do better!

My friend and I had a great time here! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The server assigned to our table, her name is Rachel, provided excellent service! Plus the food we ordered are so delicious especially the Peppercorn New York Steak that Rachel recommended. Highly recommended!
