I had booked a stay here for early September but unfortunately had to cancel. I was aware of the cancellation policies and understood that I would have to forfeit my deposit due to my short notice cancellation. The owner, Steve, advised me that if he was able to fill the vacancy of my cancelled reservation, he would fully refund my deposit. Thankfully, he was able to do this. He could have easily told me that my room remained vacant for this period. This policy and the fact that he refunded my deposit shows the honesty and integrity of this man and the way he treats his clients. Hopefully I will be able to rebook a stay and visit PEI in the future. Thanks Steve.

Stayed at Around the Sea for a week and had an incredible experience. The property is immaculate, the area is beautiful, and the hosts are very friendly. I hope to make this my go to place to stay every time I visit PEI. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Steve has a really cool house! Great views, location, and every room gets an ocean view (every other day). We arrived late and were out during most of our stay, checking out the nearby sites so we didn't experience the rotation. However Steve took the time to start the rotation of the house earlier and gave us a tour of the basement to explain the inner workings on the morning of checkout. The rooms are good size and as an added bonus they supply beach chairs, beach towels and also had a pop up tent for the beach! Washing machine was available to use and we took advantage to do our laundry.

Lovely suites, great layout and every amenity we wanted. It looks over the Gulf of St Lawrence and is near public beach and Provincial Park. Amazing round house that rotates. Owner Steve gave us a tour of basement and explained its workings. North Rustico is very nice area and has wonderful boardwalk along the harbour. The Blue Mussel Cafe is excellent for delicious seafood.

I stayed here for 3 night early May. What an amazing concept and watching the 'world' go by was interesting and I loved it. Beautiful fully equipped 'apartment' with all the conveniences of home. I loved the 'spin' and would highly recommend. Thanks for your hospitality.

Beautiful place! Best location, comfortable, clean, spacious, and great hosts!

Stayed for two nights here and everything was perfect! The condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and close to the beach. The welcome basket is a nice touch. Steve is a great , friendly responsive host who goes out of his way for guests. We had the sea view for the most part as it was low season I would highly recommend staying here in PEI.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June and it was fantastic! The owner is super friendly and had two younger girls that our daughter loved playing with and they even lent her some toys for our stay. It is within walking distance of the beach and has a great ocean view from the back yard (or your patio door when rotated that way).

Our family got great experience here! 😄💫We stayed in Rotating House 2 nights: absolutely comfortable condo with different beautiful views 24 hours!😍 At night time house doesn't rotates 👍 Warm-hearted owner and good recommendations from him what to explore nearby. We would like to visit this place again💞

We had to hunker down at the rotating house for hurricane Fiona. We were very safe and the hurricane was a highlight of our east coast trip. Steve was very good at keeping us informed and protected. We were fortunate that we had toured the area the day prior to the storm and North Rustico and Cavendish area were beautiful. The accomodations were excellent, roomy, clean and inviting. We had great views of the ocean during the storm and when the power went down Steve had an emergency generator available. We still had a great time despite the storm.. Thank you to Steve and his family for making this experience a happy memory despite the hurricane.

My parents stayed here for 5 nights and they loved it. Very comfortable and spacious. We visited on several occasions and was very impressed. Steve was very welcoming and showed us the inner workings of the house. A very interesting place. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodations, Steve always replied quick and helped with anything we needed. The view & sauna were wonderful, and great beds.

Had a great stay here...everything was good except the a/c was dripping water from inside. ..if not for this problem would have given a 5*

Rotating always in the morning what really bother me was I was trying to sleep and the light outside was on for 10 seconds and then off for ten seconds but other than that it’s was I wonderful place otherwise
