Dr. Maranda really cares for his customers. He is not happy until you are happy. My husband has had problems with tinnitus. No real hearing loss. Dr. Maranda suggested a trial period with hearing aids to see if it would work. It really made a difference to my husbands wellbeing. There was no pressure to get hearing aids. I recently received a new set of hearing aids from Resonance Hearing in Lake Cowichan. I was extremely impressed with the pleasant and attentive attitude of the staff and the audiologist. Dr Miranda listened very carefully to my concerns with my previous hearing aids and why I seldom wore them such as wind noise and discomfort, and was quickly able to assure me that he would be able to address those concerns and provide me with a greater hearing experience. The new hearing aids he provided are a significant improvement over my previous pair with practically no wind noise at all. In fact I am able to where them while riding my motorcycle, despite the fact that my helmet doesn’t cover my ears, with no wind noise at all. The technology that allows the hearing aids to sync with both my phone and TV provide me, and my wife, with a far great level of comfort.
