Not only did the team have my phone into the phone tech plus fixing the problem plus returning it back to Me within 20 minutes! I could not be more happy to have saved more than $150 in taxes, further repairs it could have been. The fix has saved me time, huge huge money. Google any other shop. Bad reviews and double the price. These guys have your phone back up and going for people on the tightest of budgets. Huge shout out to the entire team! A++

I am so Happy with my experience With the awesome Guys at Kamloops Cell Repair , I have had them replace screens on my husbands Ipad 3 times in the past fast and friendly service. Today I had a problem with my Android charging port, I use my android for games , photos and more But most importantly it is my Blood sugar monitor so it was a big deal for me. They had it fixed and partially charged when I came back to the shop in an hour., and it didn't cost me a lot . Thanks so much

I'm hard on phones. Kamloops cell has fixed them, same day, usually within an hour, no appointment necessary. Very cost effective. Don't assume your phone is done for. Take it to KCR first. Awesome staff, too.

Was quoted a week (Saturday) for a screen replacement on my daughter's IPad, got a call Monday afternoon (2 days later) saying it was already done!! Friendly helpful staff. Big thanks to Dan, Mukit and the gentleman who did the repair (unfortunately I did not catch their name) we are very impressed with our experience and my daughter is thrilled to have her tablet back so quickly ☺️

would recommend! i had my phone camera lens replaced here - staff were friendly, and were also able to order in the parts needed to fix the lens. only had to wait 2 days, and then my phone was fixed within the hour:) before going here I had tried going to a couple other cell repair shops, but they kept forgetting to order the parts and asking me to come back another time. definitely had no such issues here! If you would like quality and valued service, I'd recommend coming here first for sure!

Efficient, reliable service. They replaced the screen for my old Samsung Tab S2 quickly - I phoned them inquiring if they could, they said yes but mentioned a screen would need to be ordered. Within three days I had a brand new screen on my tablet! Great service.

I have been trying to get my note 8 fixed for some time now the price I was given was far cheaper then my previous quotes my phone was fixed in 45 min I did buy a case and phone skin but thay were quite generous and still gave me a discount after already fixing my phone for cheaper than anywhere I have looked Peace and love

I was very impressed by their service. My phone was smashed, they fixed it quick and provided a warranty. I had a few issues following the repair and I expected to have a struggle to get them fixed, but they went above and beyond to correct my problems. I highly recommend them. They replaced my new screen again and everything works 100% now.

Had a really bad bike accident, screen got DECIMATED in the crash. Left my phone with these guys for a day, came in and it's good as new! I'm actually really pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend getting phone fixed here, everyone is professional and friendly.

Had my iPhone battery replaced by these people at the end of last May and a few weeks ago, the battery starting discharging over 10% per night. Took the phone into these people and got nothing but a run around. They said that the battery only dropped 2% in 2 hours. It should never drop that much overnight when unused. I was told the warranty was 90 days and I was 5 days over it. Sorry but to me that is damn poor service. I couldn't just drop everything and take time off work to drive almost an hour each way for warranty. Had the phone looked at today by a different shop and was told the battery was poor.

I just needed a new screen protector put on my phone. It was reasonably priced and done well.

Highly recommended! I was having some technical issues with my I Phone, so I brought it in for advice. The sales associate was very friendly and patient… he resolved my issues in a very short period of time… free of charge. I will absolutely be returning to this business in the future.
