Always seem to have issues with the staff at this location. Particularly the older woman with glasses. I’m not sure why but she ALWAYS has an attitude problem. Service industry is meant to make the customer happy, and it seems I’m always quite unhappy leaving this store. Probably won’t return.

As a trans woman just getting started the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were totally happy to answer my beginner-level questions and help me find nice clothes. Thank you!

I tried to return something 3 times - every time, they weren’t taking returns. It’s not even like I was taking up a spot at the till since I was also a paying customer at that time. I was told I would have no trouble returning my item at a later date and because of COVID, there were no timelines for returns. Went back a 4th time to return and they won’t take it. Please train your staff to give out proper information and if a customer is already buying something, take their return. It’s sad to see a company not being flexible with their customers during this trying time. They will no longer have my business. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. This is a larger location with much better selection than others. My only complaint is that their shoes seem to only go up to a size 11 now, they had literally no shoes of size 12 or larger in store, I was told I'd have to order them online and even the staff was confused. Disappointed since I saw a few pairs I would have liked to try on, but none in store.

Great selection of styles. Most were in my size. Nice selection of fall and Holiday colours. My sales person was very helpful and patient and showed me many items that found their way into my purchase pile. Good value for the price.

The salespeople here are always exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making it so comfortable to shop and browse. Easy to find parking in the big lot.

The staff here are amazing but the quality of the clothing is truly terrible! You would be better off shopping at Giant Tiger. Many items are not cut properly so end up being stitched wrong, things fall apart and please don’t even attempt to buy their leggings, they should all go in the garbage. Again, I love the staff here but I wish I was not a big person and have to put up with the garbage that is sold, and it really does end up in a landfill site.

I have a hard time finding jeans that fit right. The 2 staff working were very friendly and knowledgeable. They picked out jeans for me to try on and after trying on a few it was a no brainer which ones I was buying. I am not a shopper so it was great. Going back in the spring for capris.

Would have been happier if I'd have been able to return the item s I'd bought online..they asked did I have receipt which I didn't get one..and even though all had tags on and didn't fit said couldn't exchange. I may still shop here but not as much of a go to now

This store has really friendly staff and a great selection of sizes and fashion choices. Perhaps because Kingston is a smaller city, I can almost always find things in my size here that are sold out in Toronto. Very clean and lots of parking. Fully accessible store, change rooms, and washroom.

Staff are always helpful with returns and purchases. While some have found they too expensive I agree as well. If you watch the sales *emails* and shop the clearance rack items are very reasonable. The quality of some items has certainly changed however I still find their clothes last a great deal longer than *Wal-Mart or G-T Boutique

The staff are helpful and very understanding. They helped me to complete a vacation ensemble. Thank goodness for this store and staff as they have a clothing line that is designed for us... Rubenesque ladies....unlike George who obviously hates larger women. Yay Penningtons!
