My
Samsung
S20+
was
not
detecting
the
Sim
card
and
when
I
took
it
to
Samsung
services
and
other
repair
stores,
I
was
being
quoted
over
$300.
(My
mother
board
needed
to
be
replaced)
When
I
found
Maple
Cell
Phone
and
Laptop
Repair,
I
called
and
Ali
picked
up
and
told
me
to
bring
my
phone
in
so
he
can
take
a
look.
He
was
very
nice
upon
picking
up
the
phone
so
I
did
not
hesitate
to
take
my
phone
to
him.
When
I
got
to
his
store,
his
customer
service
was
excellent
and
I
felt
so
welcomed
and
trusting
of
him.
He
told
me
he
would
call
me
in
a
week
and
let
me
know
what
the
status
of
my
phone
is
as
it
might
be
difficult
to
find
a
replacement
part
for
such
a
new
phone.
Ali
called
me
the
next
day
with
great
news
and
told
me
that
my
phone
was
fixed.
The
fact
that
he
worked
on
my
phone
right
away
and
got
to
a
solution
was
the
best
part.
He
fixed
it
for
such
an
affordable
price
too!!
Prior
to
taking
my
phone
to
Ali,
I
took
it
to
another
repair
store
that
had
my
phone
for
weeks
without
any
update!
This
was
my
first
encounter
with
Ali
and
I
am
confident
in
saying
that
I
will
bring
all
my
devices
here
if
ever
in
need
of
a
repair
and
recommend
him
to
all
my
friends
and
family..
Ali's
store
is
a
30
minute
drive
away
from
me
but
I
would
make
the
trip
just
to
use
his
services
again.
