I was looking for a particular Grand Seiko model and came across Knar Jewellery as one of the GS Authorized Dealers. I contacted their customer service for more information and from the get-go, they have been very helpful with my initial questions and even helped arrange for an in-store visit. During my in-store visit, I was warmly greeted by Sasha, who proceeded to show me their wonderful Grand Seiko collection and learn about my style and preferences. She was able to help me select the right timepiece for me based on information gathered from our conversation. They even had their watchmaker size my bracelet on-site. I'm extremely pleased with the caring, thoughtful and personal shopping experience that Sasha and her team provided. I would recommend their store, especially for Grand Seikos. What an absolutely class experience. Last week, the folks at Knar helped me purchase my first Grand Seiko. As a 22 year-old walking into a high-end watch store like this, I felt incredibly welcomed and respected immediately. Vicken and I became fast friends. He let me try on whatever I wanted, and helped me walk out of the store that day with a stunning GS SBGA293. I can't wait to visit Knar again.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Knar Jewellery Oakville. I did not have any history as a client with them, but was treated with respect when I went to find out about buying a Rolex watch. Not only did Sasha (our Rolex specialist) explain what the market situation was, she gave us very realistic expectations about getting the watches we wanted. Great place to shop watches and jewellery. Staff are just as excited to sell you a $600.00 Seiko as they are to sell you a $10,000 Rolex. Vicky is my go to because she’s very knowledgeable but all the staff have been great to deal with. On my last visit I was just doing research and Vicky took me for a full tour and showed me a little of everything. After about a hour I asked her what she liked best and she introduced me to Glashutte, which I was unfamiliar with. Her patience and knowledge is fantastic and I didn’t even end up buying anything that day. Sometimes I just want to see what’s new and staff seem to love just showing you the new items, even if you never intend to buy that particular peice. Was shocked they let you try on any Jacob and Co watches just for fun. Over all, it’s my favourite watch shop since moving to Oakville and I’ll be going there for a long time. I highly recommend going to talk to Sasha and Vicky, but no matter who I get on trips into the store, the whole team is pleasant and you can tell they love working there.

I have used Knar on Cornwall St since they opened for maintenance work like changing batteries for my various watches , insurance claims as well as minor repairs. I own An heirloom collection of Swiss watches, Rolex, Tudor and and Omega which is serviced here by Sascha and her team! The in house watchmaker is superb! No more hunting for battery changes or drives to the plazas like Square One or Sherway! Take your business there, you will be looked after in style and the price/ service relationship is in order! They look after you!

Thoroughly Enjoyed my visit to Knar Jewellery Store, was looking for my first Automatic from Seiko but was not sure about the Model. Rep named Vicki, really took her time to help me narrow down the options and to select one. I went with 5 series GMT edition and I am very happy with the purchase. Really Grateful to her. I was impressed with their ability to take the feedback seriously and address it as professionally and timely as possible. I've changed my review to four stars and will look forward to seeing how the relationship plays out. ----------------------------------------- I have visited this store once and they were friendly enough in person that I was interested in trying to work with them. I have sent a couple of emails, called to inquire about something, with a promise of a call back the following day. Have not heard back from them for three days now. I’m disappointed with their follow up… if they’re not interested in my business before even making a sale, I would be curious how their post-sale service would be.
