I sought out osteopathic services for the first time ever in March when my GP wasn't able to help me with a concerning issue I was having with my leg. From the moment I stepped into the clinic I felt welcomed, heard and understood. Sandhya Jain understood my issue, explained what I was feeling and how she could help and after the first appointment I felt relief for the first time since the condition appeared a month ago. Three treatments in and I definitely feel that the issue is resolving. I've experienced firsthand HOW's philosophy of holistic wellness and it is powerful. I understand the richness of having more than my GP involved in my wellness. Sandhya is simply wonderful. She makes me feel calm, serene and confident every time I see her. HOW Clinic was recommended to me from a friend. In particular, it was the Live Blood analysis that I was initially interested. What an amazing experience that was. Loredana is so kind, patient and clearly explains everything. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, but so personable as well. I've been going to the Holistic Osteopathy & Wellness Clinic for about 4 years now. I started seeing Aldo (Osteopath) and other than connecting on a personal level which is important to me, all I can say is that he changed my life. I injured my back at the gym about 7 years ago and from that day I saw chiropractors, physiotherapists and acupuncturists outside of this clinic. By chance I found Aldo and he was the only one that was able to address my injury problems. It's a pleasure to go see him when I need a tune up and I leave the clinic feeling way better than I walk in. Thanks Aldo for being great at what you do! Recently I've also started seeing Fozia who is an Anthroposophic Psychology Practitioner/Counselor. People come in to our lives for a reason and I'm so grateful that life introduced me to Fozia. I've had my struggles with mental health for majority of my life and Fozia has been able to unlock the root sources as to why I've had those struggles. Her approach is soft and calm but she can also be humorous when the time calls for it. I love her spiritual insights which connect with me very well and she is always providing support even outside of our sessions. I'm confident that Fozia will be able to guide me to a more fulfilling life and there will be work for me to do along this path but I'm happy that life found someone that will help me see the way. Again, thank you Fozia for being great and see you on Thursday!! :) On a quick note now that I've said this much haha. The clinic is very welcoming starting from Natalie who manages the front desk and her energy and humour is infectious. I've only had small encounters with the other practitioners and they've all been really kind with a smile. I've been to many clinics in my life and this clinic is best suited for me and if you're reading this lengthy review, I suggest you give them a try.

For some time now, I’ve been going to Aldo for osteopathy treatment and Abbie for massage therapy. The pain I was having in my neck, shoulder and lower back - due to a car accident a few years back - has been almost totally resolved. Previous physio and chiropractic treatments, while providing some temporary relief, had not resolved these issues for me. A very friendly clinic all round and it has been a great experience. I unreservedly recommend the how clinic.

Both my wife and I are clients as are most of our friends, and the staff have helped us with many ailments over the years. Sun is wonderful with my 2 month old son and has helped him tremendously. He use to cry hysterically in the car seat for the entire time we were in the car and I had no idea why. I had tried everything I could think of to help calm him down and nothing worked. After his first treatment with Sun where she identified that his torso and pelvis were twisted he was much more relaxed and driving with him in the car became much less stressful for everyone. Only a few treatments needed and definitely worth it. So happy to have Sun’s invaluable expertise and help!

I have been a customer for many years and referred many people to this clinic. Previous I tried several chiropractors for years with little success and after a couple osteopath visits was 95% pain free. Love that they seem to connect other issues in the body with my sore back. I would give them the highest rating. I have gone to see Aldo and Pen over the years, both having different styles to tackle your issues. ( same result) walk in with pain, walk out with allot less.. Booking online is easy for follow-up appointments and my healthcare benefits covers it all. I also like that their is a plan to finish up the treatment, and now I only go maybe once or twice a year.
