I was a first timer to BioPed North Bay. I am so grateful that I took the chance and made my online appt. The service was excellent to say the least, from the Frontline staff to the resident pedorthist, Josh Forsyth. Josh was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. Although my issues were not extreme, the orthotics I received were made in a very timely manner and the followup appt was very helpful as well. You will not be disappointed working with this team. I will be a repeat customer and refer anyone I can to this team.

Great people! Very friendly and helpful. My assessment was thorough and professional. I was given a detailed analysis of the issues with my leg and foot and suggestions were made for proper equipment to assist with correcting and supporting the areas. I've already received my orthotics which are very comfortable and seem to be working well. Will be returning for braces to help support the areas to stabilize and hopefully alleviate the pain. Definitely recommend BioPed for quick service and knowledgable staff.

I purchased two pairs of custom inserts, a pair of steel toe work boots and a pair of running shoes. I had a follow up and adjustments were made. Its been about a year since I first got them and unfortunately have had zero improvement. I had originally gave a 5 star because the staff were great and I had high hopes at the time
