    Hopefully they've gotten better over the years. I bought an oven, fridge, queen bed, queen bed set, kitchen set, tv stand and recliner. Paid for the warranty on couch. Warranty only covered stitching issues however the bonded leather started falling off after a month. Within 6 months I had to throw it out. They lied to me in store about the fridge I bought, they lied to me about my delivery and final payment. Fridge had to be replaced 2 months after warranty ended. Kitchen set was garbage from the start. Screws go loose if you so much as walk past them. Had to tighten every time before sitting down. Had to throw chairs out as front legs fell off while sitting in chair. Table legs I continue to have to tighten daily.the built in oven outlet on top fries anything plugged into it.

    My experience at The Brick North Bay was nothing short of phenomenal. I was someone who “didn’t know what I didn’t know” about beds and mattress-buying. Derek from their sales team walked me through everything I needed to know to make an informed decision, even ensuring that the delivery landed on a day that worked well with my schedule. The delivery staff were quick and efficient in bringing in my new purchase and assembling it for me. I am very satisfied with my decision to shop at The Brick North Bay, and would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates professional and courteous customer service.

    Fantastic service from the North Bay store! We went looking for a new mattress and box spring and the sales person who helped us out was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice for our needs. Additionally, the delivery was smooth and seamless! We will definitely providing the North Bay Brick with further business!

    We called the store half hour before closing and Derek Exner offered to stay late to help us. He was well educated on all appliances and took all the time we needed even though the store was now closed. We bought a fridge, and washer/dryer. We even shopped for furniture and he continued to show and explain all of our questions even though it was after hours. Great customer service!!!!

    Derek greeted us at the door and was heavily impactful upon our decision to choose which appliances were right for us. We couldn't have made the correct decision without his expert and highly attentive customer service.

    Needed a new fridge fast and the great team at The Brick were awesome! Fantastic service and sales prices were a huge bonus. Our sales consultant Jim is the best - very happy customers. Another great experience at this store.

    Whenever, I am looking to purchase new furniture or appliances I always go to the Brick. The staff is always friendly and very informative. Derek Exener was the salesman that I interacted with today and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and he also had a very good sense of humour. Unlike, other stores the staff at the Brick will tell you at the the time of purchase whether an item is available or will be back ordered and even if that is the case . They can still give you an arrival date. Shopping at the Brick is always a pleasant experience.

    Our fridge broke and we needed to buy a new one quickly. Not having bought one in almost 20 years, we were not sure where to start. Our sales consultant, Jason, was very helpful and informative. He made picking out our new fridge painless. He also helped us choose a new stove to match. Jason's expertise and excellent customer service made our shopping experience an excellent one. If you are in the market for furniture or appliances, go see Jason Cosgrove, you won't be disappointed at the Brick North Bay.

    Had a great experience with the customer service of the sale supervisor Derek. He has a very positive attitude. He was very knowledgable about the products, and answered all of our questions. He was also able to help us find the products that we liked. He was very kind enough to stay after closing to help us finish wrap up our purchase for 1 hour after closing. Very satisfied with the brick in North bay.

    Great job! The black flies were terrible but the young men stuck around and worked so hard. We are very grateful! It changed our mind about the brick and we will definitely buy from them again and refer others. Thank you gentlemen for your kindness. We love our furniture. It is perfect.     Just had to go on a full furniture shopping spree there to replace everything we lost in a flood. Beth was super kind and helped us find exactly what we were looking for at the best deals! We left with everything we needed which was a very pleasant surprise. And with super quick and easy delivery at our convenience!

    As a property manager, I frequently email The Brick NB, stating what I need. Within an hour, I have a selection emailed to me for perusal. Once the decision is made, they give me their best price and delivery options. I have compared prices often with other local suppliers and they are always competitive. In the rare instances where delivery becomes difficult, they are always able to provide workable solutions. The customer service is beyond great.

    Great experience with the Brick. The salesperson was friendly and went out of their way to find the microwave we were looking for. The price was good and they followed up regularly on the status of the order. It even came in earlier than expected! Love the Brick North Bay!

    The Brick this time with salesman Jim Gill, and countless times before is always 100%, and friendly, professional, honest and always competitive prices. We have purchased in store and online having our items delivered to the store. Shopping local is easy with solid stores such as the Brick.

    I’ve been a Brick customer for decades for my rentals and recently furnished a full apartment for a Ukrainian family. Michelle and Beth were incredible hunting for pieces and price checking. When delivery was short-handed, Hayden came from the office to work with Micah, moving everything quickly, and even creatively moving the large sectional through a small set of apartment doors. I highly recommend the Brick. Why shop elsewhere when you can get this level of service locally?

    I was fortunate to purchase a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Love seat and sofa in the past few months. Very knowledge sales representatives, great customer service and appliances/furniture delivered on time.     Today we had the pleasure of having Will and Landon deliver our new loveseat. It was a huge challenge because the entrances of our 100 year old house are smaller than most. They were both extremely professional, pleasant and worked with us until we finally manged to bring it in. We are thrilled with the loveseat and are very glad they were able get it in. Thank you both so much!

    I purchased some furniture a couple of months ago, using my Edvantage card to get a better price. I went into the store to pay, and the employees were nice enough. The delivery crew were good too - quick and helpful. However, I went to purchase another item through Edvantage today, and was told that this franchise location will not be fulfilling these types of orders anymore. To me, this is an awful way to get customers; I understand that maybe the franchise doesn’t get much out of fulfilling these orders, but not allowing me to purchase from them just means I’m going to go through a different store, and will actively dissuade the people I know from purchasing from here as well.
