I would give zero stars if it allowed me, this place is a joke, staff is miserable... they don't greet you, they aren't polite, the heavy set manager is a nightmare to deal with and needs to learn customer service. In my opinion the place was way better when the old staff like Yvonne worked there.. now its a sorry excuse of a business. Piece of advise, get rid of everyone and hire some better staff that understand customer service and how to smile :) hands down King of Trade blows this place out of the water!

Horrible service. End it up being short on rent so needed a $200 more and ended up bringing them a newer laptop. ($1600) 6 months ago. They told me the max I could get for it was $250 because they can apparently only sell it for $350 so I took it. Came back as soon as I got back from working out of town. 1 day after they put it on the shelf. They told me in order to get it back i would just have to buy it of the shelf. They had it out for $750. Wouldn't do anything about it and was told if I want my computer back I would have to pay that or leave. NEVER BRING YOUR STUFF TO THEM

Dont take your guitars here, they have little knowledge about them. The ones they have on their wall are way overpriced as well. The staff was rude to me cause they thought my 57' fender reissue was beat up but it's how it's made. Worth about $1500 minimum, was asking for 150 loan. Went to King of Trade and no problems.

Your staff couldn't be bothered to make ANY effort to notify me that you would be selling what I had pawned. 1 day late and my stuff that was EXTREMELY sentimental to me GONE!!! And staff are EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Thank you "Rick" for NEVER returning my phone call on this issue. GO TO KING OF TRADE!!!!!!

Not a serious business. Called ahead to bring in a commercial paint sprayer. They said yes. I brought it in so they could check it out. It’s a new model that retails for $3500. They offered me $40.

Best service ever. Kayla spent almost an hour with me going through my items. Unlike King of Trade, who just disappears into a back room & comes out with a offer with no explanation, take it or leave it. Huge shout out to Kayla.

Every time I have dealt with the Lethbridge team they have been very professional and understanding. I'd really like to acknowledge a certain staff member in particular who went above and beyond to serve my needs. Her name is Yvonne and she is an absolute sweetheart who understood my needs and worked to a very satisfactory level to make me happy. She definitely deserves a raise!!! Thanks Yvonne!!! Went in again today and had a very complicated task. Rod was super knowledgeable and friendly as well as personable. We figured out the problem in a time consuming and patient manner and we both laughed on the way out. Keep up the good work guys!!! 😜

Tyler was super helpful in assisting us find a new sound system that would suit our needs. We have had it for roughly a year now and had absolutely no problems with any of it. The store has done a complete turn around since the implementation of new staff and management, super impressed.

Staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are happy to check any piece of jewelry even just to give you some knowledge on the compositions and or base metals without having to pay, pawn, or sell. Full of all sorts of fun odds and ends definitely worth even just checking out.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Cash canada used to be so good and the people used to be amazing. They've completely gone down hill. The workers are rude and aren't nice since they've gotten new people, they have the stupidest requests if you're looking to pawn something. (Needing to hear the radio on a home theater system despite being shown the speakers work). If you're looking to pawn anything head over to King of Trade. They treat you amazing and they work with you.
