This store has amazing service. I cannot get into details about what they helped me with all I can say is that absolutely no big box stores would have ever allowed it and I won't say what it was all I can say is this store has a heart so please guys let's support our local businesses. I assure you as 1 human being trying to do good for the next that you will not be unsatisfied with them here. Also for any special requests or if you need help the name of the manager is Alex, we'll atleast the manager that helped me get out of a sticky situation I got myself in. I really wish there was an option for like a mini bonus star because these guys deserve 5 stars.

Cool place, clean , organized and friendly service. Looking for a specific switch poe and there were at store. Lots of equipments available. Saved my day.

I recently had a pc emergency (March 28, 23) and went to Memory Express for my needs. I was served by JohnT. I told him I needed a few SSD’s. He quickly located all the options for my needs and found excellent value that met my requirements. I also told him I would like to bench test the pc with the new drives. He said their tech was already gone for the day. I explained it was a dire need and he presented an option where we could have a look. Minutes later we confirmed the pc could see the new drives just fine. I explained that I would be setting up in a specific Raid config and he was familiar with it, I also realized I needed windows install media and so bought a usb drive. On request he was kind enough to load it on the usb I just purchased. I cannot express how impressed I am with his choice to go above and beyond to assist me in that critical moment. Kudos JohnT. You deserve a raise. I really appreciate the time you spent for my situation.

I am not sure about others but every time I visit this store, I never get greeted by anyone. Also, they never allowed eye-browsing during COVID-19 when Canada Computers did. For every shopping with this store, I had to provide them the item #... If I have to make every purchase by asking the front desk person with item #, why don't I just order the same item from online store, maybe with cheaper price? Completely different experience from using Canada Computers. Online community somehow recommends Memory Express over Canada Computers. I do not agree with that.

Jacob and the store manager were incredibly helpful. Jacob listened and understood what I wanted. From that he provided well thought out options to offer. Then thoughtful and helpful responses to my queries. In my opinion it read a great shopping experience and I ended up with a great purchase. Thanks for the guidance and help! Big thank you to all the team of the memory Express in Burnaby. They helped me out to build great PC with 4090. Patient, careful and supportive stuff which can guide you help you and make good suggestions. Discount prices during Black Friday week which actually was 1 month in their shop were really interesting for me. But really good deals on Black Friday ware only on 25th and 26th of November.

Honestly. Every time I go to Memory Express it's a god damn treat. Their staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I've never left their store unsatisfied. I recommend them to everyone if they are looking for PC parts or building a PC. I've been a long time customer and I'll never buy parts from anyone else.

I was by no means an easy customer; within the span of one week I made 3 returns - all purely do to my personal choice and no issues with product quality - but the staff were very friendly and accommodated each return, and they respectfully told me that doing this may deny future returns which I acknowledge. I really appreciate the staff here for honoring each return smoothly and without problem, and for how they handled it very respectfully. I would have no hesitation shopping from here again as long as they have the items in stock.

The store is good and have components in stock but the floor manager is one hell of a rude person. I have a business and I asked a simple question about GST waiver and he came up with lame reasons and started showing temper when he could not come up with concrete reason. He could have simply excused that they dont waive GST and I wont mind but he went overboard with rude response.

I've bought a PC from these guys before, but never again. Their "price match" is a joke. Found the exact computer at Staples for $300 less.. can have it delivered in a week. Was told it doesn't apply for price match because it's not in stock. That's really a slap in the face to your customers. If Staples has you beat on a price you should match it. The guy said he was the manager but he couldn't even offer me any discount to show good faith. I buy a lot of computers for my company so them not knocking a couple hundred dollars off the price will cost them more.

I went to memory express with my pc to see if we could get a newly installed graphics card working and even though the tech had left for the day, all the staff went above and beyond to get me walking out the door with a working pc. Turns out the graphics card was too powerful for my ancient computer, but they were more than happy to assist and get me the right graphics card the next day. Everyone in the store was incredibly approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to get all my computer parts and peripherals from here in the future.

Great place to find cooling fans, GPUs laptops and power supplies. service was super friendly and they were happy to help with my questions. great deals on some laptops but do your research because some are quite costly for what you're getting. but there are some great deals in there.

I have been to ME a number of times and have always been in and out pretty quickly. This time however, I had a compatibility issue upgrading my RAM. John took the time to work out the details with me onsite as I had brought in my tower. He was very professional, we had a great conversation and we ended up solving the issue together (I even learned a few things) Thanks again and I will be back!

Fantastic experience with customer service; quick, experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I went in thinking I needed a different PSU, and they were ready to do an exchange no questions asked - but the customer service representative, John, pointed out that wasn't necessary and took the time to help me get everything I missed when building my PC, setup and good to go! I have to say I had a really pleasant time being helped by John. I am building out a new computer and throughout have made some easy to fix mistakes. I had one previous experience where I felt like I was being shamed for not knowing enough about my rig (best buy techs) but John was excited and super helpful to get me up and running. Again it was a simple error that John helped me out with but he made me feel like 'everyone makes mistakes when they are learning to build'. So thanks John and if you are reading this, the case is called X-Proto and the riser cable that was needed for it is pretty unique... it ended up needing a dual reverse cable

I went to exchange a MOBO and sent in the unused one instead of the one I bought from your store, customer service called me within 30 mins and said that I have brought the wrong MOBO. The process was smooth and staffs are accomodating. And It's my go-to-place for price match and price guarantee.

UPDATE: I spent over 5K on a new PC build during their Black Fridays sale and not only did they not have the 4090 in stock, I didn't get a single Black Friday discount! As a result, I will NOT buy from them again which is too bad because as a PC Gamer this store/Brand has always been a favorite and even though I have no complaints re the customer service, I feel in principle some kind of discount should of been offered! Also the parking at this location is horrid!

The team here is awesome. When I got to the store to pick up my parts. The staff went over them with me to verify that nothing was damaged and all items were as expected. Then they even helped to carry to items to my vehicle. I didn't ask for that, they just offered. This is true service.

1st time customer today, looking to build my own PC at the moment, bought a case but having some trouble deciding on parts, staff were amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - super impressed, definitely will be coming back to get more components and a build after today. Great place to go, would highly recommend based on my visit today.

Compared to the other stores out there ( you know what I mean ) they offer good customer service. And the prices might not be the best out there. but they really do go out of their way to help you. they even refunded the money i paid for them to fix a problem I caused with my computer. Highly recommend them. They have a good team at that store.

Jacob H is the GOAT. (Greatest of All Time) Really helped me with my RMA issue, and helped me hold an item in the meantime until my refund gets sent. Jacob, you sir a testament to good customer service, and if I could give you 6 stars I would. Massive W's.

Had a good experience with this shop. I needed a video card, which was sold out everywhere, and these guys happened to have one and price matched with the other stores.

Just a really great store. Their repair techs are knowledgeable, and they always have a pretty good stock (and always seem to have some sale or another running, to boot!). I recently had an issue with a stuck GPU (embarrassing, I know), and they helped out without making fun of me, or making me feel as stupid as I already felt from making the mistake. So, yeah, really awesome store. Absolutely recommended.

Great Staff and Customer Services. Short story short, bought a PC case, turned out it was broken (should have double check the package in addition to the color of the case). ME staff confirmed the package left store with damage, exchanged the item within a week.

Great store! Friendly and professional employees with a keen eye for customer service. Got my first high-end PC built and had little to no issues, parts were picked out with care and within my budget I presented plus all the wiring in the inside was amazingly organized. Would highly recommend Memory Express to any avid gamers looking to buy and or build a gaming PC of their own! 5/5 stars would buy from here again.
