Amazing falafel with loads of salad. This might even take my top spot for falafel in London after knocking off my long time favourite. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices more than reasonable. Another great takeaway in this small area on Fleet Street.

A particular member of staff there (short guy) should spend more time focusing on customer service, than making awkward inappropriate jokes and talking about his gym workouts. This wouldn’t have bothered me if he didn’t make a mess of my lunch and forget to put Falafel within the wrap I ordered - something I paid for that he acknowledged. Not going to recommend Garbanzos to anyone, go to that local Italian deli ‘Bilieto’ down the road - much better quality of food and service (the massive queue outside of it during lunch hours is testament to this)

I work nearby and I must admit that Garbanzos wraps are one of the few good things that makes lunch break much better. Alberto is really friendly, helpful and has one of the most amazing customer service skills I have seen! Thank you Alberto for being so great and also thanks to the rest of the team!

Great value for money, friendly and fully recommended... not a fine dining place but a pretty decent hummus, falafel and salad bar!

Used to come every day but has now been ruined by the introduction of machines. You used to be able to talk to the person making your meal and ask for what you want. Now you have to enter your order on a screen and then collect it, leaving zero room to personalise what you want beyond the limited options on the screen. A tragic example of service being utterly sacrificed for profit. I will now eat here a lot less as I can’t get exactly what I’d like as I could before, and I’m now treated like a number rather than a customer. So so disappointing to see.. :(

One of the best falafel salads I’ve had, not been able to find anything close to this! Anytime I am in London I have to visit them! Delicious!!!

Excellent quality fresh ingredients, promptly prepared, with care and attention to detail. I had a schnitzel salad which was delicious, and my other half had the schnitzel salad wrap which was amazing. Really impressed, we got there just before the lunch rush on a Friday and glad we did!

Food is excellent but even more importantly, guy at the counter is awesome! He goes above and beyond to make it an excellent experience. Hummus and falafel both taste awesome.

Very good quality, good falafel, good prices and an incredible friendly attention, specially from the italian waiter. One of the best pita falafel of London for sure.

Fantastic place, can't speak highly enough about this place. Definitely my favourite lunch spot in the city. Both delicious and healthy. The falafel is great, as is the schnitzel. Met one of the owners Ivano who was really nice and made a great wrap. 100% recommend.

Good food, and a bit less expensive than others around the area. Let down by the service a bit. You have to order on tablets, which try to upsell you. Then the person making the food tries to upsell you again even though you've literally ordered and paid already. I got a chicken bowl but they forgot the pita. The chicken isn't "grilled", it's like the wet pulled-apart flavourless stuff you'd find in a bad burrito shop.

Delicious chicken schnitzel and falafel wraps. Great customer service.

Had an awesome falafel wrap in here for lunch today. The ordering process was very simple, we used the tablets at the entrance to choose what we wanted and there was a receipt emailed to me. The wait was minimal and the team were friendly and made sure they got our order correct. The wrap itself was lovely and a good size. I highly recommend a lunch here and will be returning when we are back in the area.

Very nice place, with tasty food and great friendly staff. I had a falafel salad bowl. It was plenty, I couldn't eat at once and took the rest for my lunch.

Honestly great, portions are really good, tasty healthy grub. Worth a go, chicken schintzel wrap/pitta is fab
