I went their for my eyelash lift. Spend £65 . The girl done my treatment was untrained. During my treatment I was in pain. At the end she hasn’t done the job properly one eye lift was long and other was short I told her and she just told me just use the brush. Waste of money. Disappointing service. Will never go there again. After a week I went again to show the fault I spoke to the one of the management lady she accepted the mistake but refused to refund. Very bad service

I booked yesterday a tanning session through Treatwell. I can provide booking number and name upon request. I've frequented tanning salons often, but my usual spot closed, so I tried Heavens Salon. Despite buying my standard 12 minutes, the standing sun bed was intense with no ventilation. I had to leave after 8 minutes, initially attributing it to poor ventilation. Surprisingly, a day later, I'm burnt and unwell, contemplating a hospital visit as I'm concerned that something might happen to me. They know the bulbs are strong they should advise not to do 12 minutes. It's unacceptable, expect complaint as this a customer health and safety matter.

I’ve visited the Heavens few days ago. The lady who served me was very understanding that i had a lunch break at work so she did everything quickly but she made sure I’m satisfied with the effect. She redo the nails / pedicure that I had done in other place and she did it perfectly. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I’ll be back regularly. The best waxing in the area. Highly recommended.

Avoid like the plague. I came in for a dry haircut, the woman drenched my hair before cutting some of the back parts of my hair. She then cut the front parts completely separately without comparing it to the rest of my hair, so it was completely uneven. After that, she took a straightener to my dripping wet hair and burned my hand, because the hot water from my hair dripped on my hand. It was honestly the worst hairdressing experience I’ve ever had. I’d have done a better job myself, the only reason I went to this place is because for some reason it had good reviews on Treatwell. Convinced that it’s all a scam and the reviews are written by friends and family

I had asked for a dark ash grey root and ended up with what looks with reddish brown. The lady also ended up staining my skin on my forehead from the hair colour, she tried rubbing it off 6 times and it still did not go. She had also given me a terrible hair cut. I was so upset by it I told her it was okay on because I didn’t want her ruining my hair anymore than she has done. Not only that I had been in the shop for over an hour and not once was I offered any refreshments, yet a couple that had been there for nearly 20 minutes or so were offered water, twice! Also when taking her gloves off during the hair washing process the lady had punched me by accident. I was expecting an apology yet nothing was said. Oh, and not to forget when they had asked me to move from the chair to go and sit in the hair wash area, they didn’t bother to clean the floor which had water all over with the foot spa equipment from when they had used it on a costumer prior to me sitting down. I was so upset by the overall experience I ended up in tears. And it was only when I was in tears the lady had said she would change the colour. But I asked her to stop as I didn’t want her touching my hair anymore. I had spoken about the experience to the manager and he had told me the price was £90/100 and he would knock down the price as I did not want to pay the full price. Yet the lady I had spoken to on the phone when booking the hair appointment said it would come up to about £85. Ended up paying £70 for something so disappointing. I had to go home and fix the haircut myself. I have never been so disappointed, especially as a costumer who has used their service before. And because of the fact they did a great job in the past I thought to try them again. Never again would I go here again.

I got a Hollywood wax by a lovely lady, her name begins with R, totally forgot her name. AMAZING service, her attention to detail was incredible. I really appreciated her effort in making me feel comfortable, I will definitely be coming back here!

THE WORST BLOW DRY I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE, the products they use are diagusting my hair ended up so dry and bad, please avoid !! They dont know what they are doing , I did my booking with class pass

Came for a lash lift and tint and felt a sharp pain on my left eyelid partway through. After the session I looked in the mirror and saw a cut on my eyelid. I pointed this out to the aesthetician and she quickly said, "oh, you had something there before." This was false-- I did not have any sort of wound on my eye before the session. When I got home I could see that she had not only pinched my eyelid but perming solution had been misapplied and the ends of my lashes were badly burned.
