The staff, always friendly and courteous. The lounge settings were nicely spaced out. With COVID restrictions - The choice for food and refreshments was good (both hot and cold meals were available). Vino always tasty and appreciated. Great job Qantas!

All the usual trappings you'd expect to see in a Qantas lounge in Australia. Covid meant the place was pretty empty. Quality front of house and serving staff. Big thanks to Giovanni helping me print out travel docs on a trip to the US. Minor critiques are: breakfast is served on a small plate, not ideal for sausages, scrambled eggs, and toast; bowls for cereal are ridiculously small. Regular cleaning is back. Club staff are, as always, fantastic to dream with.

Not too bad as far as domestic business lounges go. Spacious, good ambience. Food is a bit limited with only 2 hot plates but I suppose we can't expect much more!

Whilst this business lounge isn't in the modern styling of Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth, it is nonetheless refreshed and with ample amenities.

Very tasty dishes to choose from. Flew on a Saturday and really didn't mind the 3 hour flight delay in the end. Plenty of seating and good selection of wine and other drinks to choose from. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I was hoping for more power outlets or USB charging points. I did find some under the TV screens but those seats may not always be available.

Staff looked sad and robotic. Saw someone getting in trouble for eating. Should lighten up and let the staff be more human. Will not be coming back

Not too busy - mind you, it was a public holiday - tastefully furnished, tasty eats and snacks, and plenty of workstations.

Great staff. Fella at the front great to have a banter with. Loves his NRL. Go Manly.

this is the nicest qantas lounge I've visited so far. well maintained, plenty of seating and very lovely staff.

Edit: after a heated family conversarion about me expecting too much and them enjoying the lounge I have changed the rating to four stars. The four star rating is given in the context of other Qantas business lounges in Australia. It is OK but it is not great. Compared to Perth it doesn't have its amazing fresh pizza option, compared to Melbourne and Sydney it doesn't have freshly made and served food. Another negative for us was the lack of airport views, we enjoy looking at the tarmac and watching aircraft taking off and landing. The staff is very professional, the place is spotless and has its usual all day dining food. Nice selection of wine and beers. Excellent wifi. Like most Qantas lounges, except the disappointing Gold Coast one, it's a great place to visit but in the context of a few better ones we could only wish it had some kind of a unique and memorable feature. Props to the wonderful staff but hope that the Qantas management can make it even better.

Good selection of food with barrister made coffee. Clean and very roomy. Not the usual announcements that annoys whilst been on conference calls . Big for Canberra airport with lower traffic flow compared to major cities such as Sydney and Melbourne

Dylon, or Dylan or Dylin at the reception is so rude, my sister & I entered the lounge with a member as his guests but after he left, Dylon took my sister's tuna sandwich and threw it to the bin saying we couldn't stay after the member had left although we had complimentary invitation and could link it but she didn't allow my sister to do so and asked us to leave. We were disgusted by her humiliating and cheap behaviour. You can do better Qantas. I still can't believe she took her tune sandwich!! and threw it out although we got in properly with permission. This is another level of cheapness

Beautiful space, spotlessly clean and relaxing place to wait for flights. Food however is lacking, few and poor options available.

It's a bit tired, but still a good place to get some work done while waiting for a plane. The showers are also good after getting back from a long-haul and needing to transit. Food is standard lounge food, and the drinks have a good range of beer/wine/soft drinks etc without being amazing.

This lounge has lost a lot during covid. There used to be great cocktails at the bar but now just awful beer and standard gin, oh and not so interesting wine. I hope they can get back to where they were.

Had the best breakfast here, there is a cool pancake machine and everything. A very well laid out and comfortable Qantas lounge 😁

Best place for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich and a glass of bubbly!

One of the more basic Business Lounges around Australia. Food options usually consist of a basic soup and make your own toasted sandwiches which is the normal offering in the standard lounges in other states. Good selection of alcohol at least. I've been here 3 times now and the staff on the desk always seem very moody and unhappy

Great place to relax or catch up on last minute work before a flight Very good choice of food and coffee. Bar opens later in the day, with an extensive collection of drinks. Staff are ever pleasant. Great to be back in The Lounge July 2022 - still great! Nov 2022 - Ditto Mar 2023 - even better

Lounge is well spaced out. Easy to find somewhere to hide. Decent healthy food options. Friendly staff. Clear boarding announcements.

A lovely, relaxing and quiet way to spend 3 hours waiting for connecting flight. Great coffee,nibbles and fabulous service. Felt very spoilt ☕👏

Lounge was lovely, fabulous COVID safe setup and staff services. Food wasn’t too bad either. Only downside was the internet via their WiFi dropped out every 20 minutes or so which made work a little bit of a challenge.

Clean and uncrowded. Friendly service, good coffee, nice snacks. Happy to be a QC member and get access to the business lounge when the QC closed.
