I was referred by many people that had a great experience at that clinic. I went and got a consultation with the doctor, finally I did it and very I’m happy with the results . I Would recommend it to everyone . Honestly I did my research all over cancun clinics this was the only one that reassured me and at the end was comfortable enough to proceed with the procedure . From getting information, the consultation, operation, post op follow ups and attention to every questions that I had, everything was excellent better then what I expected. Was initially going to go to Turkey to get this done. Spoke to a friend who suggest Perfect Hair Clinic and going to Mexico instead. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. Everyone was top notch.

I was lucky enough to find this clinic by referral of a friend and I feel very fortunate. Dr. Scarlett went above and beyond to make sure every doubt I had was answered before, and after the procedure. The Dr. has vast experience and I felt like I was in great hands. Office immaculate, and is located in a great plaza (bubble tea downstairs). I have been recommending Perfect Hair Clinic to my balding friends, so get an appointment while there's space!

I did my FUE hair transplant procedure with Dr. Soto about a week ago, having organized everything about two months in advance with Robyn. The two of them (along with the nursing staff and reception) make an excellent team. Dr. Soto responded to my original inquiry with a detailed proposal of the work that she would like to do and the vision that she had for my transplant, and met with me via video chat to answer all of my questions). Robyn assisted with planning the trip to Cancun: advice on hotels, flights, timing, etc. and was very responsive to all questions in the time leading up to the procedure. Upon arrival, Robyn took care of everything from transportation to/from the airport, appointments, blood work, etc. The procedure itself took place at Dr. Soto's office, which was clean, modern, and comfortable. Dr. Soto was present for and did the work for the entire procedure, along with two nurses. This was a huge plus and very reassuring, as many reviews for other facilities claim that the doctors often leave most or all of the procedure to the nurses, assistants, etc.. I'm only a week out, so it will take several months to be able to review the finished product, but I have nothing but good things to say about Perfect Hair Cancun, Dr. Soto, Robyn and the rest of the team in terms of the organization, office, and attentiveness before, during and after the procedure! I highly recommend for anyone considering an international hair transplant.

I had a HT at perfect hair about two months ago and my experience so far was wonderful. The staff is amazing and helpful and walked me thru the process… the transportation to and from appointments was a lifesaver. I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. I can’t post anything about results yet but I definitely will once it starts growing in. All I can say so far is I felt hesitant coming to Mexico for this but Robyn and Dr. Scarlet made me feel very safe and left me with no regrets booking this in Mexico and with Perfect Hair.

I was a little stressed at the beginning, but finally everything went well, the results are excellent, and I am satisfied, thank you to the whole team for taking care of me that way. I would highly recommend Perfect Hair!

Great experience getting my transplant done! Robyn handled all logistics (hotel/car/appointment times etc.) and made the whole process easy despite me being in a foreign country. Dra. Scarlett was super nice and she put my mind at ease with the procedure from beginning to end after I found her clinic online in my at home research on FUE. Definitely recommend if you need hair restoration work done.

Two weeks ago I had the procedure at Perfect, and everything was great; the procedure, logistics and recovery were been made as comfortable as possible. The team handled my ground logistics from hotel, airport and ground transport smoothly and with a commitment to clear communication. The actual procedure was FAR easier than I expected, and it has been pretty pain-free from beginning to end. I am rather afraid of needles, so that's really saying something! Healing has been going wonderfully, and I am really looking forward to enjoying the results in future. I sincerely wish that EVERYONE who would benefit from a transplant could get work done by Dr. Scarlett and her team at Perfect Hair Cancun.
