Several times, employees were rude. Two separate times when we were checking out, the cashiers wanted us to re-new our membership. They said we had only one week left on it. We had seven (7) months left on our membership. Both times, we requested a manager, and then both cashiers immediately said it was okay. Sounds like a scam that someone is putting money into their pockets 🤔. Beware!!!!!

It is a really nice Whole Sale store. I visit it frequently and I really like the products they have. You can find what you need, select it, pay it and go out of the store in no time. They have different products than other ones. It is a nice place. The only thing is that the food court is decaying every day, it is expensive, they give you the food "not in the mood" and I think that is why it is always empty. The store is really good, the food court could be modified to be better.

Ordered a icee drink from the cafe. Red flag should have been that no staff were visible on approaching the cafe. I was able to spy one around the corner and they were open. But then made the mistake of paying in cash. The till didn't have the correct change. The staff member dug around in something behind the machines for abit then got another staff to help who proceeded to help another customer and take their payment with a credit/debit card. I offered to pay with cash but the staff disappeared with my cash and after a minimum of 5 if not 7 minutes returned with coins and change. Then the dispensing of the drink seemed like an experiment. But my children drank most of it. I will say my inability to speak Spanish did not help.

Very friendly people and good prices. Good selection of ink for HP printers. Unlike Costco, more than one person per family may enter (as of 7/26).

Very convenient as there are many houses, apartments and businesses near by and don’t have to drive to cancun downtown anymore. The variety is the same as in downtown but with less crowds. The only thing is that they still do not delivery to many places, so you have to go and pick it up or to buy it there instead of using the online store APP to

Good value for money. I recommend buying your sim cards at Walmart though. I liked that the cans of diet coke here are full sized

Kinda sad if you compare with having a Costco membership. You can tell the rona season has had a big impact, I wouldn't be surprised if they closed up shop because of the lack of business they're able to keep up. I'm a big shopper and found it difficult to give them my money without feeling pity.

Is ok but they need to be more helpful to their customers. They ignore Customers a lot

Well stocked and you can finally use your credit card at Sam's Cancun... it always looked at the Cumbres location though

You can find basic groceries and a little more and there is always parking that I love

Free parking if you get the attendant to verify your ticket. Lots of private security.

Doesn't have much food wise and not very fresh
